Stay far away!!!!!! We took in our truck, which is under warranty, for concerns with the transmission. Miguel, our service contact, lacked basic customer service. We never once received a phone call from Miguel informing us of the status of our vehicle. After multiple calls to Miguel, who promised repeatedly to call us and never did, and Diamond Chevy having our truck for one week, they had finally run a diagnostic. After the diagnostic they still had no idea what was wrong or when they would be able to assist us. We are now out $300 for a week long rental car and $200 for a diagnostic without anyone being able to tell us what is wrong or how long it might take. After one call to Tom Bell Chevy they were able to get us in the same day and provide us with high quality service. Miguel was unapologetic and unwilling to help us. Stay far away!!!!!!Service: Transmission repair

Great service and the staff was friendly. I would say that the only negative is there was no status update on my vehicle. We dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning and it was done in the afternoon, which was fantastic. Though, it took about 4 phone calls to speak to a service representative and find out that the truck was ready for pick up. We only kept calling because they were closing soon and closed for the weekend, other than that, I was impressed with the service and will be back again

Troy is an awesome salesman there make sure to ask for him!!! He s great respectful, honest and straight forward. He takes care of his clients and offers his absolute best service. Super hardworking. I m happy with my new truck

Could had been better. The sales person David keep trying to sale extra things wasted both our time. Made multi unnecessary trips to dealer when bank docs were not ready. Fin dept Leland was great.

They advertise good prices online but will not honor them. I understand some dealers are doing market adjustments due to the current restrictions, but the honest ones will disclose that online so there are no surprises. On top of that they have a mandatory diamond package that is included in all vehicles. All in all the price was about 8K over the online advertised price.

Had a great experience with Carlos Gonzalez. He's a great salesmen, he's the real deal! He's patient , curtious and explains the process in great detail! He really went above and beyond for us. Great experience over all! Greatly appreciate his worth ethic!

Beware! Their advertised prices do not include a mandatory dealer prep fee of f $2,293. I set an appointment with Nathan to see a vehicle that was advertised at $34,497. I asked on the phone was that the price and he said yes that s it so I came to see it. Once there I dealt with a salesman named Rick. I asked the total price of the car as I m a cash buyer. Good luck getting them to disclose that hat to you early. They kept me there another two hours talking about financing, this incentive, that incentive and on and on. Adding up all the incentives which were supposedly another $1,400 off the $34,497 purchase price I was finally shown the price of the vehicle of $37,767 before taxes or something very close to that. This was for a vehicle advertised at $34,497. I asked how he came up with that number and after 2+ hours of waiting on him (which is of course a sales tactic) he said that the advertised price does not include dealer installed options of $2,293. Now he had told me earlier that the vehicle had not even been through dealer inspection so nothing had been done to it. I said then we ll I don t want the paint guard and whatever I ll take it like it is. Nope they were going to put it on anyway. Super disappointed and I told them they were playing games and I left. This old school switcheroo tactic should be illegal in my opinion. You should be able to buy a vehicle at the advertised price. I would not waste my time here you will undoubtedly be fleeced one way or another. Typical shady car dealer.

Went in to get my trucks first oil change. After they were finished I drove to work and on the way there notice oil on leather dash, door panel. Got to work and noticed more oil on the inside of the door and on my hood. I called to complain and the lady that answered recommended I bring it back to have it cleaned up. Well taking a day off to go back wasn't what was going to do so she recommended I buy a cleaner and proceeded to look for on amazon for me. Just a disappointment that this happened to my brand new truck. The oil on the carpet is still there; I couldn't get it out. My lose, and I guess there lose too I can't go back. i have not been to this dealer for good reason for years. Well tried to use them again to change my oil in my truck. I made a apt and was told it would only take a hour. I got to the dealer early they took the truck right in. After 2 hours truck is still not done. This is the reason i stopped years ago coming here is the SLOW services. I usually change my own and done in 30 min. never again just be warned

I took in my vehicle with the ABS light. The tech could not find what's wrong with it. After spending $150 on that visit and over $250 in the past in repairs on the same issue with this dealership, the ABS light is still not fixed. Sent emails and phone calls to the service advisor, Ricky. But never received a response. Went to see Ricky, but he said that they're too busy. Not sure what to do as my ABS brakes are not working.

Do not trust their prices. All prices are simply lost leaders to get you in the door then they add 10k to it. Save yourself the time and effort and find a more honest up front dealership. If you you proceed with them have them add all there extra fees and email you the price. It would be a complete waste of time to actually go to the dealership without getting past the made up bait prices first in my opinion.

I was lied to about my credit score! They owe me a check due to me having to pay for my own service they promised (company wont deal with them due to ugliness and lack of payment) excused me of wrong doing when I asked about the check Tried bribing me give them a good review...I should have known better then to buy anything from them their service dept sucks too. I cant get any help from any MAN there...Its just all bad right down to the greasy haired financial guy thinking he is slick.

Customer service is horrible they do have a new service manager. And I really hope that he can make improvements. When I bought a vehicle from Diamond Hills I was treated like gold but after purchasing the vehicle it was like I didn't matter anymore. It pains me to say it but I thought I finally had found a dealership that not only cares about selling you a vehicle but also about taking care of the vehicle they sold you. At this point I think I was wrong

SCAM!!!! DON T BELIEVE THERE ONLINE PRICING went there last week with my farther about GMC Serria 1500 Duramax that was advertised at 41k when we got there the truck wasn t on lot and when we try to get the same price on another truck the salesman immediately drove price up to 50k even tho the truck had the same exact options. The moment we told the salesman we couldn t do that price he got rude and walked away from us.

I took my Silverado 1500 to Diamond Chevrolet to have a airbag replaced under warranty. When I spoke with the Service Rep Ryan I told them a motor mount needed replacement and asked for a quote the dealer would charge for the repair. I was quoted a price of $670.00. I declined the service. When I went to pick up the vehicle. I was charged $155.00 for "Customer request price on Motor Mount Replacement". Incredible. This gives new meaning to Stealership.

Worst experience at a dealership. Salesman was not professional. He was lazy and very rude. Took long to get the keys and show truck. Soon as I got in he asked if I m ready to sit and purchase. I told him I want to look at other options and I asked for his card all he did was reach over me and grab the keys locked it and walked away.

This dealer is a joke, salesman A-Rod (nickname) lied to me several times about the "availability" of a 2500 Dilverado HD. He told me it was physically on the Banning lot, but naturally it was not. It was in San Bernardino, but was it really there? Someone MYSTERIOUSLY put a deposit on it after I last talked to him at 8pm the night before. Pathetic liars won't get our money.

Had everything nailed down with the salesman the VIN number of the truck the price and the interest rate to finance based on my beacon score of 820. Well guess what true to car dealerships nothing was the same. This dealership will tell you anything to get you in the door to get your money and nothing is the same when you get there. Was excellent credit they refused to honor the discounts and wanted 5% interest to finance. Even though their websites is 1.9% interest with good credit. Buyer beware!!! Dutton Buick GMC was bad, Diamond was the absolute worst!! I bought my truck at Hatfield Buick GMC in Redlands. Hatfield Buick GMC was courteous, straight forward, professional and fast!!! No funny stuff there!!
