I definitely recommend this business they were fast and very courteous with me. I was in a tight bind with not working and trying to come up with deductible of 1000.00 Issac worked with me so I was able to get my car out and not lose it. Thank you to all the employees at California collision you are all the best! Five star ratings all the way! Also Tony did amazing work on my vehicle fixed the alignment and you can't even tell it was hit by a off road navy vehicle. Thanks Tony you are the best man!

Great customer service from the moment I walked in to their office. They were very detailed on explaining the work that my car was gonna get done. The best part that I got my car back 1 day early. I have been most satisfied with my experiences at California Collision.The people there are very friendly and professional. I highly reccomend this business and have been most satisfied with the workmanship. Most important to me, they are very honest.If you are struggling to find a good mechanic, honest people, and satisfying work, give this business a try! I'm thankful I did!

We are so happy with the fast service we just received from this business. Our son got his mirror smashed on his car over the weekend. Called this place went in for an apt., on Monday. They had to call all over to get this part as it is on back order everywhere and our son is leaving back to college next week. Well this morning 8:30 got a call from Tony mirror is in, pained and ready to be installed. Our son was there by 9:30 and just walked through the door at 10:40. Thank you for the amazing, fast and very great prices. This place went above and beyond for us and you could need beat the price. What a fantastic place! I had the pleasure of dealing with Christina! Basically, several months ago I bought a used car and have been driving around in a death trap. Tires are from 2012! Essentially.. it appears I bought the car literally blindfolded and failed to acknowledge the need for maintenance. They did an inspection on all fluids..a long overdue oil change..screw out of back tire..and inspected brakes and the need for tires asap! Explained EVERYTHING to me including pricing etc. Amazing, caring service. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you!

California Collision center is the great example how any automotive shop should work. Great and Honest service! Quality of work is superb! Been doing business with them for 20 years. Never had complains about any services performed. Highly recommended!

They have the most wonderful services in the Entire Riverside County. Everybody there are so professional and respectful. Tony has always helped me and my family through hard times to keep us on the road. I wouldn't have it no other way. but to suggest this shop. Because he helps the community and puts back into the same community where he makes his business at.

Christina was great and Tony seemed to be a nice guy. However i drove in from out of state to pick up my car after an insurance claim, to find my license plate light wasn't repaired, left side skirt wasn't repaired, and multiple scratches along the body, all of which were mentioned by me to them as being part of the accident, were entirely ignored.It appears to me that fixing these items wouldve raised the cost over the threshold causing the car to be totaled and they all just wanted a payday so chose to ignore some of the damage in hopes I wouldnt notice or do anything.

Went to another shop that did shoddy work on my vehicle and charged me a whole lot of money. And when I went to pick up my vehicle they gave me another quote saying something else was wrong with my vehicle. I went to california collisions, they fixed my car properly and charged much less. Not going anywhere else

Took my moms van in to check why the tire keeps losing air and the mechanic found a nail within 3mins. Fixed the tire at no charge! Parents bought tires there 3yrs ago and California collision didnt charge us to fix the tire!

Had a problem with my door lock and the owner got it fixed in a few minutes and charged us nothing. Great honest people and would recommend them anytime!

I went there today I didn't notice their office but there was a guy working I called him if you have a minute to talk to me then suddenly some old man came out of the office and said rudely when you come you have to go to the office instead of calling the worker I said sorry I didnt notice the office it's my first time he replied on the rude way yeah ok then I told him why I'm here and he refused to work on my car just because I didn't go to the office straight at the first point like seriously this is how you run a business ugh

Really good people they look at your vehicle tell you what's wrong and also tell you that if you don't have to replace it now then you don't have to get it now cuz it'll last you awhile
