I took my Jeep to get a simple wash. Once the they were done they rushed me to get straight into my car to leave. Once I got home to load the back of my car with boxes for work, I realized that the tailgate check was completely ripped off/broken. No one had the decency to tell me or offer to fix before leaving. I went back and front desk had me fill out a claim form. They assured me the owner would view security footage and give me a call to resolve the problem. I've called and called but "owner" is nowhere to be found. and I STILL have a broken tailgate check.

OMG great great job these guys do with washing my car I was very impressed & they all have great great customer service too, & Jesus was great & very patient with me while explaining the packages in me asking a lot of questions lol great customer service he has & very helpful.. I give this place & employees 5 's... I will be coming back & recommending them to my friends & family for sure.. Hope you see them soon with all there happy faces & polite employees... Thank you...

Car wash was descent, hand wax also descent, but unfortunately the windows were not cleaned, over use of tire dressing causing dripping which would spray up on side of vehicle and windows. Suggest they use clean towels or paper towels with 50/50 alcohol and water for windows and go back over the tires to remove access tire dressing. Price is good but then the service on vehicle was poor.

They always do a good job on my car. Get the Gold Service. Thank you, Eco Car Spa!Update: Arrived at 11 am today and told they re not taking anymore cars and it s a 3-hour wait. No thanks. Do not recommend. Went to Amar Sparkle Car Wash instead.

I was greeted by a team member name David. He was very helpful, pleasant and professional with a very positive attitude. I was very pleased with his recommendation, service, as well as the specials he offered. I went inside and met the cashier name Esmeralda. She gave a very welcoming greeting and had a great attitude. I waited in the air conditioned facility while my mini van was being vacuumed, washed, cleaned and dried. The weather was 89 degrees outside. The staff still took their time to do a the job throughly. The did not rush and paid attention to every details. Because of the welcoming personality of David and the rest of the staff, the quality job and the great value, I will be a customer for as long as I lived close by. Thank you Echo Hand Car Wash and Lube for my satisfactory experience!Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

They are very friendly and the service to clean your car is good but sometimes they slappy to do wipe the windshield and windows.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my "mini detail". Only one of my two side mirrors was cleaned. The armor all was not thoroughly done and when not done properly, it turns out looking like a greasey streak on the vinyl with the remaining outer parts looking dull and dusty. The guy that honked for me noticed my disappointment and did what he could to rectify the situation but the water spots and all the missed areas were just too much. I tipped him for trying anyway but won't be back unfortunately.

Brought in my sons Scion xB for a basic wash before he drives to Northern California tomorrow. It s been 2 weeks since it s last wash and was told it was very dirty, but for $10 they would run it through twice. Isn t this why we use car washes, because they re dirty?It has a layer of dust from the morning moisture.. I could wipe it off with my finger and that s considered very dirty? This is the second time I ve been here and will be my last. I ll take my cars elsewhere.Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

new ownership with great customer service. great job washing my car as well.Update: the workers always do a great job washing the cars; however, the so-called manager, Jose, does not understand customer service. My wife and I have been coming to this place for over 3 years, always getting the mini detail on both cars.( mini detail cost 80 bucks a piece. )I got a mini detail yesterday, and I asked an employee to help me put some wheel covers on my rims, which they have helped me with in the past. I have a bad back due to a motorcycle accident, and they have always been accommodating. The employee couldn't finish the job yesterday and asked me to arrive at 8 am the next day. I show up, and the manager says if I don't get a wash, the employee can't help me. I explained that I was told to show up the next day and to get the job done. He said I'm the manager and will not allow him to do this unless you get a wash. Wow, talk about loyalty and helping those who need it. I asked for the name of his manager, and he said he was not allowed to give and even if he was, he would give it because the owner would provide the same response.To the owner please call me: you need to do something with Jose. He is making you lose customers.

Went to wash my car at this spot, and it almost seems like they re selling you timeshare, it felt threatening to be obliged to get a car washed there. The person/persons was very unpleasant and upset that i desided to leave, and mumbled some profanity while I was driving away. Don t go to this place you ll pay more than what you bargain for!!!

They're thieves. I had left a $20 bill in my coin holder to use for a tip. Depending on the job, I give accordingly and get change. When I told the guy hold on let me get your tip, it was gone. I checked before I gave them my car and thought about taking it with me but I didn't have pockets to put it in so I figured I can trust them and they totally failed. They claimed that it could've been blown out with the vacuum but how does that happen if it was in that compartment? It wasn't on the floor to confuse it with trash. I got tired of hearing the excuses and took my loss. He offered a free car wash but honestly, it's not worth it. I've gone to many places and left cash in my car and they haven't touched it. I tried this place for the first time because I was pressed for time and it was the first one I saw while driving by. First and last time. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Just paid seventy dollars for a special hand wash due to having tree sap on my truck, I thought cool, guy tells me we will vacuum, wash floor mats, do all the outside trim, interior including windows, wheels and tires. Okay, I figured I do have tree sap and wax will help with the sap not sticking to the paint. Said it would be an hour well an hour and a half later the dude finished my truck. I had a prior engagement and this delayed me a bit. Gave wash guy his tip and drive off. Once I get home and I shower, get ready for my engagement go out to my truck and notice the outside of my mirror is not cleaned, I wipe my finger across it and there black road soot all over my mirror, check my passenger side mirror and that one is the same I grabbed a rag and wiped both mirrors off, needless to say rag came out all black with road soot. Okay, the dude didn t do the mirrors. Well on my way home from a party as on coming traffic lights hit my windshield my wife noticed inside haze, as if window was dirty, I checked my side and yup, looked like dude passed a wet rag over inside on windshield but never wiped it dry. The more I looked the worse I noticed the windshield. As I get off the truck and walk along the passenger side bed, my cover still has tree sap spots on it. This is my second time here and unfortunately $70.00 bucks is a lot of money for a hand wash. Guess I ll have to find me a car wash with more integrity and work ethic. Unprofessional service. Details are rushed and they don t vacuum your car. They only pick up the small pieces of trash and don t go in between the seats. Windows are left with large streaks and they use dirty towels. You have to ask them to do the job right so you can get what you paid for

Purchased the basic car wash which includes hand wash, interior carpet carpet vacuum and window cleaning. They do the worst job of vacuuming the carpet. Be shure to check before you leave. Gave them a second chance and purchased the Silver package which includes hand wash, interior carpet vacuum, window cleaning and tire dressing. Again they did the worst job of vacuuming the carpet again. I don't know if I can trust them anymore.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

If you hate pushy sales people like I do, stay away, they will try to upsell you about 3 or 4 times in a row even though you say no. Having said that, they have good customer service and they do a great job at cleaning your vehicle.

I pay $29.00 today for the diamond wash and I ending with the cheap one one BMW don't start and this people ending washing the cars with a hose the guy leaves my windows with a lot water spots really a bad service they need to have a people know how resolve problems and no make worse the situation

If you just want a standard, hand car wash and it's Sunday afternoon and you're in any kind of a hurry, then go someplace else. They have a large, covered "drying" area in the front with 10 finishing stations and finishers in each station. Looks impressive. I pulled in and there are 4 vehicles in line. I get to the front and ask for the $20 service. I am immediately offered a $60 service for "only" $50. I say, "No, thank you." Not wanting to give up, I'm offered the $30 service "which is a much better deal." I say, "No, thank you. I'd like the $20 service." OK, it will take 30-45 minutes. Well, that seems a little long, but I'll wait. After 50 minutes, I ask where my car is. It seems they actually have enough room for more than 10 cars behind the building you can't see when you arrive. I finally got my car after waiting 80 minutes. The quality was good, but the wait was terrible.

The guy who too. My car who I believe was the manager upsold me a $50 car wash which I thought was going to be great when I got my car back there was these blue speckles all over the front end of my vehicle that will not come off. For $50 I would think this wouldn t happened. Stay away. These blue dots WILL NOT come off they re all over the front bumper, grill, headlights and part of the fenders.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Pay $20.00 to get a special vacuum in my car as soon I get my car I notice there is food in the middle of the seats and and between my seats my windshield is dirty my dash is dirty and I can go on I m very disappointed with this car wash work

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!Brought my car here and a synthetic oil change was only $50-60 with new filter so seemed like a good deal.The next day, my driveway was covered in oil that had hemorrhaged from the engine because they people overfilled it.More than that, they didn't even replace the filter. If I had driven their recommended 8000 miles like this it could have seriously messed up my engine.These people do not know what they're doing with respect to oil. You get what you pay for.Service: Oil change

Very polite employees! But for some reason know matter what carwash you go to no one knows how to clean windows. Always smears and didn't clean them. Its not noticeable til you drive away. 8/23/21 been coming to eco carwash in Baldwin Park and twice a month I get the mini details. Except for my last review everything has been great no complaints until today! Again wind0ws. I let the worker do it a 2nd time and still didn't do it right so I frustrated I left. I was there already from 9:53 am to 11:43 am I didnt mind the wait but not to do my windows good.

I come in all the time when my car needs a very good wash inside and out. I've been coming here for years now and haven't had any complaints. My car always look fresh coming out of the car wash and with a mangers wash with check-in for 20% is definitely worth every penny. If you're a local or even willing to drive down here, I would definitely recommend coming here. I haven't really found anything better in the area other than self-car washes when you have the time to wash. Hands down by far always satisfied coming in and out.As far as a recommendation on when to come to avoid waiting, come early mornings and before 1-2pm after that it gets pretty packed.P.S. on yeah they are rated 5-stars so, the reviews might be misleading due to little reviews.
