Expecting a simple oil change I found a overall great service. Inpected the car and usually you get charged to just look at the vehicle, gave me good recommendations but did not pressure any unwanted services. Filled up tire pressure and would recommend to anyone wanting an efficient and time saving service.

Had an oil change on December. Red oil pan light blinked 3times on me in one day. Checked dipstick and had no oil. My next oil change is on march hbent even hit the 3000 miles mark. Even when they were done I was surprised at how fast they supposedly changed my oil. There s no oil leaking either and my car not burning oil either.

I ve been coming here since they opened and am just acknowledging their service and professionalism. I would not go anywhere else. I like that I can sit in my car while they service my vehicle rather than in a waiting room on an uncomfortable chair. Jeffy Lube who?!?

This location shattered a piece on my car that caused my car to bleed oil on the interstate. Subsequently, it ran out of oil. There were metal fragments found in the remaining oil (indicates engine damage).Thankfully this review got the attention of Valvoline, so I was compensated for the costs I undertook for repairs. Hector, the manager, refused to return my phone calls, speak with me, or be of any help.

I got the Groupon deal for a fully synthetic oil change. You can only do two. First time I went seemed like a great experience. The staff is extremely nice. I was in and out within about 15 mins tops. I went home for the evening. Next morning, I wake up, my tire is flat. Apparently when they checked the tire pressure they hit my valve stem and didn t say anything or notice. They just put the cap back on. Easy fix, no big deal. Close to my oil change life expiring I start to feel my car kind of very lightly jerking , so when I went back for the second oil change through Valvoline, I asked if they check transmission levels. They said yes but that my car didn t have a dipstick because it is a sealed transmission . Doing a few things on my car today with my man, and look at that .my transmission dipstick. Hmmm. Needless to say, I don t think I will be going back and paying over $100 for an oil change if they don t care about my safety on the road.

I had someone take my car here to get an oil change. My friend who didn't know any better got duped and bought me a new air filter. That's ok. I know you're just trying to make a buck, but I had a K&N air filter in my car. They are cleanable and reusable, so I need my K&N air filter back, please. Also, a few tree clips were left off of the oil pan heat shield, which caused a horrible rattling sound. which ok I get it a mistake, but when I took the car to the Valvoline on North Chester they lied and said there was nothing wrong with it that the heat shield was just loose, etc I just had the car at an independent mechanic shop and several tree clips on the heat shield were replaced. Because of the dishonesty, I won't be using any Valvoline stations again.

Great workers. Prices are good for oil changes but it seems like everything else is a bit pricey. I was quoted a cabin filter for $72 which is pretty steep. They are inexpensive and takes only 30 seconds to replace. They do everything in front of you and you can see on their computers what services are needed for your car which helps the rating a bit because ill know what my car needs but it's my choice to do it with them or not. The place is marketed and advertised for its oil changes it's best recommended to go for just that. The oil quality is great.

Coming in from out of town to get an oil change vehicle was way over due for one stopped in to get this done and wow this group of technicians are awesome Miguelito is the gentle man that checked us in and he was so knowledgeable and just over all amazing customer service same with shani who was awesome and the techs in bay 1.

Super friendly, super fast. Always awesome customer care here. Keep up the good work gentlemen!! Not to they put the wiper blades and air filters on for free. Even though I had purchased else where. Aired my tired up and topped off some fluids. These guys are seriously wonderful. Make sure they know how much their hard work and wonderful attitudes mean to all of us customers. Been here a few times and they got me in and finished in minutes every time. One thing to know, check out Groupon and purchase the coupon a day or so first and save a lot more. Don't make my mistake and just drive in, I still had a $10 discount but I could of saved way more and enjoy their expedient service.

The staff was awesome they were friendly quick and thorough! They say it's 15 minute oil change but it actually only took them 11 minutes! I'd recommend it any day!

Used Groupon, the guys were very nice, explained everything, I added a couple of additional services and received 25% off with Groupon. Fast and convenient service. I Pulled my vehicle in and waited in the car while they changed my oil, filters, and rotated the tires.

This business formerly received five stars until I was apprised of never receiving one email of payment to them. They hide your invoices to protect themselves so ask yourself what will happen if they screw up your car! They never put my change oil to reset either and now claim they don t have all my receipts, yet never sent any invoices to my email for years.

As far as oil changes go this was a very nice experience. Dwayne was enthusiastic and smiling the entire time I was there. They were busy when I arrived but got through the crowd very quickly and efficiently. Overall a good experience.

The customer service rep Jesus did an outstanding job. If you need a fast friendly oil change I highly recommend this place. Super efficient job, I will definitely be back. Thank you had my oil change a few months ago, but I felt the need to leave a review here.

I love that I didn't even have to get out of my car the service was fast and friendly and they explain everything to you and give u options to get other service done as well . I'm gonna take my car back here again

I was so dissatisfied with customer care. I've never had a bad experience here, but maybe they were just having a bad day and that's understandable. They also lost screws and they had to order them for me from the Hyundai dealership. I did not understand that and I have not yet to hear back from the manager. My visit there was a week ago and he did tell me it would take up to 10 days. Let's see what happens

Had my oil change they did a good job & were friendly. I like that they took their time to do the work. They did forget to put my engine cover back on but called asap I didn't make it down the block when I received the call to come back & have them put it back on. I've gone to jiffy lube but they didn't take their time it was done so fast they didn't check my filter. I recommend Valvoline!

Awesome service!! They were very polite, had great team work, visual and verbal communication. Got my wipers, fluids checked, tire pressure, oil change, transmission flush etc.
