Not the first time we had issues here. But apparently they forgot to bolt these back on and I dragged them all the way home. Definitely not coming back or would I recommended this location

Johnny was super professional, friendly, and helpful! Was in and out in 15 min and even changed a brake light. Gave me all of my car recs and topped off oils but wasn't pushy about services which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming back to the white lane branch as they have shown to be super reliable.

Drive thru oil change, team works good together. All fluids topped off, and visually inspected. Prices and fees are thoroughly gone over, & additional services are explained.Prices average compared to other locations where waiting 1-2 hrs is always normal. 15 minutes in & out

My daughter took my car in and didn't know what to expect. The team there made her feel at ease and walked her through everything. She said they were absolutely amazing. It will be a lil bit of a drive for us but we found our place.....finally!!! Thank you, Valvoline Team!!

Have brought every vehicle we ve owned here for years. Never an issue. One worker checked my air filter and asked if I wanted a new one I said not at this time. Then it takes him and another worker to put it back in and as they re doing it they re using such force it s shaking my whole car. I go to start my car to move up and it dies right after turning on. Tried again and dies again. Then another worker comes and says it s because there s no oil in my car. Didn t make sense cuz my car had no issues what so ever and I told her that. Finally was able to get the car to start and move forward. Manager says it s because there s no oil and they ll syphon the oil to see how much is in there. 1/3 oil is in the car. He then says the filter wasn t on correctly so his assistant manager will make sure it s on right. Paid $80 for an oil change and then he just says take it to a mechanic if it continues. I told him to check because the two idiots back there were doing more than putting the filter back on there s no need for that much force to used for a filter. He ignores me completely and says have a good day. Car continued to have issues and was about to take it to a mechanic when my FIL and husband checked it and noticed that there was a part right next to the filter that wasn t connected where it needed to be. Connected it and works perfectly fine now. Idiots working for a bigger idiot. All he cared about was getting a certain amount of cars for the day he kept yelling that the whole time they were doing my oil change. Never going here again.

I was amazed the whole time! It was my first time going to Valvoline, and I was just so happy with their customer service and the fact that I could sit in my car while they did all the work and explained everything to me. They showed me my dirty filters that needed to be replaced and showed me my oil and transmission fluids that also needed to be changed. Seeing their teamwork as they all worked together to provide quick service was awesome. Sean is the first person I encountered and the one who explained everything to me. He was so pleasant and patient answering all my questions. I felt no pressure or like I was being deceived. Their service is fast, but I suggest going in the early morning between 8-9am as they do develop lines, especially on Friday and Saturday. I went on a Thursday morning before 9am and drove right up and began being serviced. When I left, there were 2 cars lined up behind me. I will be going to Valvoline for my oil changes from now on!! P.s. I also appreciated being called Miss and not Ma'am.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was fine. During the tire rotation the lift wasn't working properly and they kept trying to force it to work. At one point we were leaning really far towards the driver side and he kept trying to get it to go up and down. At another point it dropped us about 6 inches. We didn't even get am I'm sorry for it.

The staff is very helpful. I was traveling and got there when they opened, and I was first in line. They did a great job with my oil change.

Just left and was compelled to review quickly.As we RV around I am always slightly concerned when I pull in for an oil change.Out of town car and family, could easily be written off.NOT HERE, Sara and the crew were exceptional.No pressure information on my cars needs and assessments. Informative and pleasant.The most notable, the team's energy. It was fantastic! From the pit to the pads they were communicating, laughing, and exuding positivity.If they treat out-of-staters this way, I'm sure locals enjoy the shop regularly.I can't say when I'll need an oil change in Bakersfield again, but if I do, it will be the place.Highly recommend!

The employee AJ who assisted me was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. The service was quick, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. I felt well taken care of and confident in their expertise. Once you pay you aren t important anymore I m sitting here waiting for my tire rotation while they work on new customers, only reason I raised it a star is because Tyler is a solid guy while mike who was supposed to be helping me went on lunch and took phone calls while I m waiting. Well now they lost a lug nut too so I get sent to a place that says they don t have those in stock I will never be back to another valvoline actually insane how much time I m wasting

Fantastic customer service. Speedy as well. Everyone there was polite and helpful. I recommend going online and getting the coupon for oil change before you go in to save a bit of money. Next time I need an oil change I ll definitely be going here.

I like there drive up quick service. Love their service I have 4 cars in my family and all four cars are serviced here, It's never taken more than about 20 minutes to change my oil every time I take my vehicles. If you're not into doing it yourself For extra charge, they can do other minor repairs.

Quick and friendly service. It took less than 20 minutes from the time I arrived to completely finished. Some pressure to purchase additional services but they didn't push once I declined. Price on par with other oil change services. Less expensive than the Toyota dealer and much quicker.

Really amazing service here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they seriously worked together like a professional sports team. I came here because I had a light come on regarding my transmission fluid, and they did the service quickly and effectively. They did not try to sell me extra things, but they did give me helpful information about the state of my battery. They also seem to enjoy their work and I left here in a great mood!

Good place for an oil change. Manager said they do about 110 cars on Saturday with three bays. They seem very efficient and organized. If you are a first time customer call them and they will email you a $15 coupon. Clean bathroom and they keep the place up.

Had my oil changed and my transmission oil changed also. The staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. Everything is done while you wait on your car. They are very thorough with everything.

I was in Bakersfield visiting family the day after having my oil changed at a dealership where I live in San Luis Obispo. I arrived to my family's house in the afternoon and noticed oil leaking under my car. I couldn't tell where it was leaking from but it was significant. I looked up some places online and it being a holiday weekend, it was hard to find a place open, especially since it was later in the day. This shop was closing up when I pulled up but the still accepted my business. I pulled in and they examined the issue and discovered that the dealer where I had my oil changed, over tighten the oil filter, busting the seal. They took my phone under the car and took photos for me so I could take back to the dealer to show them. They put a new filter on and added a quart of oil, as that's all it was low and only charge me about $25. They were supper friendly and helpful. I wish we had a Valvoline Instant Oil Change Center in San Luis Obispo. I visit my family in Bakersfield often, so I may hold off on changes to take it there. Thanks for your excellent customer service. My visit was in November of 2022. I don't know who helped me, but the managers name on the receipt was Luis.Service: Oil change
