Do yourself a favor and don t bother go to Inglewood Transmission or just buy a reman . I had my transmission dropped off to be built to my specs wanting a billet triple disc converter. Within 3 days they had it ready costing me 5k. After I pick it up and payed I asked if they did what I asked. Told me to expensive as if i wasn t paying. Within 3k miles the torque failed and left me stranded and sending metal all throughout the system. Had to get it towed back to the shop COSTING ME. Once dropped of took 2 months to get it warranted, he called me saying it s ready and to come pick up while heading to drive there calls me saying there metal in the system again. Calls me 2 weeks later asking me what d I do and who installed it, that s the truck doesn t drive anymore like if it s my fault. Finally for the 3rd time they drop the transmission it s ready. I go to pick it up and it s NOT THERE the owners driving it around and smoking cigarettes in it as if it was his own personal vehicle. I can tell he was pushing cuz when u opened the open he blew a boot off and was driving it Rich for idk how long. Warranty cost me 400$. Now I m pulling the transmission again cuz the torque converter staring to send metal in the system and rebuild it myself AGAIN. And don t forget will I was pulling the transmission they never installed the hardware to bolt the transmission to the crossmember. Waste of money now I m rebuild my transmission 2 times costing me twice as much

They fixed the 2007 Tahoe, rushed us to pay the 1k, BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN DONE, repeat calling my husband, saying he needed to pay his employees , which I understand.But then the employees STOLE my yard speaker we use for big parties and rummaged the truck all the compartments were empty and stuff thrown in the floor.It was about 5 when we picked it up, so it was dark and my husband didn't notice till we were home that the stuff was gone and messed up.Of course Monday morning they acted like they didn't understand any English when he called, and I did mention to my husband they have a non responsible sign for theft or damage .It sucks and I will make sure we find another transmission shop.Disgusting behavior.This was the second vehicle they fixed and now it concerns me that I missed something in the first one and I know something is missing from there too.

Took my 2014 Jeep in for a transmission rebuild. Paid over 6k took over 3 months to get my Jeep back. As soon as I drove the Jeep it was not running as he said it should. Took it back twice and the owner would hide from me. Unprofessional and a rip off!! I would not recommend taking any vehicle here for any service!!

Do not take your vehicle here! Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and rude. They will take your money, keep your car for weeks, and never really fix the issue.

Anytime you find a mechanic shop that doesn't charge excessively just for diagnostic, thats a place you wanna return to when you need work. Fairly quick turnaround, decent pricing, would recommend for transmission service
