Very much appreciate this shop. They fixed my car for an affordable price and took the time to talk to me about my car. I also got my car back the same day which was great. Very good service and customer service.

Terrible customer service. I took a vehicle here today to get some tires mounted and balanced. A simple job that shouldn't have taken long at all. The man in the front cut me off, and told me someone else would be with me. Another man came in, and rudely asked what I needed. When explaining to him, he told me " it's technically lunch time, I don't know know what you expect me to do". The workers were still working on vehicles and their was 2 people waiting for their vehicles to be done. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

My boyfriend had came here simply to ask for a job one of the guys walked past him saying "I wouldn't hire you after you did a burnout in front of my shop" when it was not my boyfriend it was actually a dodge speeding past us because we stopped to turn into their shop I don't know how they are with their work but I definitely wouldn't work here.

Best service, knowledge, expertise and very honest. No trying to sell you stuff you didn't need. Eric is the owner and guy upfront at the counter. I was really surprised the work I had done didn't cost a lot more. Parts were in stock and wait was incredibly fast. Very comfortable waiting area w TV and Cash the dog and I'd come back just to hang with him!Best in town!

My mother in law purchased 4 new tires that were supposed to be under warranty. I got a flat on one of the tires and took it in. They did a patch job on the sidewall that went flat on my way home from their shop. They sent out their mobile tire repair guy, who stated that the patch job was in an "iffy spot", and he said he didn't know why they didn't notice the tire losing air because it was "evident". So when I brought my car in (the day after they 'repaired' it), I was greeted with "So you caught another nail, huh?" After putting on another tire, they charged me $99.75. What happened to my warranty? All I get is an "iffy spot" patch job and THAT'S IT??? I just paid it & walked out.If I had known it wasn't covered by the warranty, I wouldn't of even went back THERE to purchase another new tire- I would've went somewhere else for a better priced tire!

This is the only place I take my family's cars along with my company fleet vehicle. always honest and really nice people! Also they will not nice and dime you for repairs.

I was referred to Tyler by a friend for new tires and rims and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to accommodate my requests. He sent a driver that same day to pick up the rims, which was an hour away. The rims and tires were installed that same day and I am completely happy with my purchase. I would recommend Tire Empire for your rim and tire needs.

I went and got my Christmas present put on this week. I have to say Tyler and the rest of the staff here are amazing. They did a fantastic job and even helped me with some design ideas. Talented people here!

Worst customer service ever all I did was show up and some big guy with tattoos came out yelling at me saying what do IWANT !!!! and I said do you have any tires for my working truck ? and he said NO !!! And walked back inside I'm not even over reacting he has to be racist no doubt it was in 2016 or 2018

I had my whole AC system replaced the only downside was I had to take back three times because it had leak in it system but Eric always took care of me also had my bearings and rack and pinion steering replaced reasonable price always back up their work

this place isnt a real tireshop or repair buisness its more of a look at my toys and how cool we are place. guys are considered bro and girls are bra's. if they feel like your not worth the time of day they will do what they did to my friend and tell you they are too busy and try somewhere else. there are far better places with further advanced equipment and more reliable services provided at other places for the same price if not cheaper. but if you want some overpriced rims, new grill, or some cool painted tail hitches, you've found the right place! LAME AND CHEAP!
