I wanted to share my awesome experience with the Tesla branch in Bakersfield. Jaime A., the advisor there, is the absolute best! He s been helping me & my mother-in-law, with the model X test drive, return of her model Y, and picking up the new model X. Jaime is very responsive, extremely professional, so friendly and positive, courteous, very helpful, and so easy to communicate with.He would always go extra miles in helping us get the answers to our questions. He d even respond to our texts/calls, on his days off.He's currently helping me and my sister-in-law too, with our new Tesla searches.Thank you so much Jaime, for always being so pleasant and extremely helpful, with any and every questions! We really appreciate it!

I want to share my experience with everybody about how the team in Tesla Bakersfield cares about our community, I had a car accident from a Flying tire from a semi truck. The damage was almost 16,000. It was damaged on the side and the The bottom of my model 3, causing coolant leak, which is damaging the big high voltagebattery, and some scratches on the left side. The insurance company refused to pay the claim, They said it is 2 separate accident even I have full coverage. Mr. Mouhamed and his team did their best to give me all the logs from the vehicle computer And the log were showing the leaks happened at the same time. Without the report from Tesla I will never get my money back.Again, I appreciate all the help all the phone calls, all the emails, and the best customer service ever again thank you so much Mr.Moe

They broke my rear bumper while in service which had ceramic coating. While they did replace the bumper they also told me they d also pay to re apply the ceramic coating. I sent over everything they requested but they just ended up ghosting me.

My Tesla was stolen and abandoned (battery dead) in the middle of Bakersfield, CA. I live in Arizona.Fortunately for me, Jerry, from Bakersfield, CA Tesla Service Center happened to be present when the tow truck driver dropped my car off there. Not only did Jerry take the time to call me and assure me the tow was handled properly and that my car would be kept safe until it could be returned to me, he communicated with my insurance/roadside company multiple times to assist a speedy return.A horrible experience made better by Jerry and the Bakersfield, CA Tesla Service Center. I can t thank you enough.

I had a major issue with the website, and purchased the wrong Tesla. However, Cristian M. Valdez, at Bakersfield Tesla rectified the issue; he added the human touch and deserves a round of applause. Buy with the Local Bakersfield Tesla dealer, they really listen to the client and provide the AAA service experience. I ll send all clients, friends, and yes even family from here forward. Keep up the great work!

From beginning to end Jerry was absolutely amazing. He is extremely kind, professional, and someone who goes above and BEYOND for his customers. I ordered my car this last thanksgiving and received it the day after Christmas and fell in love. Jerry also explained how great the rebates on an electrical vehicle was and promptly helped me apply to receive $7500 just for leasing this beauty! Overall my personal experience was the best I ve received in any establishment before. Fast forward a few months later and he helped my girlfriend get the Tesla of her dreams as well! Any hiccups in the ride that arose he was prompt to fix and address. This man is heaven sent for Tesla and is one of the many reason this company shines. He deserves a raise and the opportunity to grow in the corporate ranks because if Tesla is the future Jerry instills such great values and morals for this company as a representative!

Really poor experience buying a used Tesla. Perhaps the kids who are working there feel so cool about being employees at Tesla that they forget good customer service. Went to pick up a used vehicle and the kid refused to show us the vehicle. It was only upon me asking twice that they let us see the outside. I am not dropping 40K to you to see a postcard. Then when I told him that I wanted to see the inside he slammed the door and disappeared. Plus, we had driven 5 hours and asked the car to be charged at 80% Min, which they said no problem over the phone. Got there and the car was barely at 40%. Maybe one day you will be a CEO, but for today, you are just somebody who needs to learn good manners.

Jerry at Tesla Bakersfield is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! From the time I test drove, through the ordering & delivery process, he has answered every question or concern I had. He absolutely went above and beyond to provide impeccable service and it is truly appreciated! I'm a first-time EV owner and having him help me navigate through the process made it so very smooth. I honestly cannot say how crucial he has been(and continues to be) through this process. Kudos to Jerry for making that place shine!!Great experience also at the sales and service center. Professional staff who are reliable and communicative.

Stopped by at almost 5pm the day before my service appointment to see if a leak was serious. 100k miles on my 3 and never had a leak of blue fluid before so wanted to be safe before continuing to drive in the late July heat. I don't live close by so it was beyond helpful to have Mike come out and evaluate my car in 110F heat and top off my fluids so I could be on my way. No charge and I was able to postpone my service appointment for what turned out to be something minor (wiper fluid leak, probably from cracked reservoir, apparently common after a few years with this model). Will not hesitate to book service here if I need it again when passing through. Nearly upgraded to a Y when I was there, but I like my 3 too much.

Great experience. Everything was easy and accessible. Fast delivery. I got my car two days after ordering it. And Jerry was an amazing person he helped me out with everything. Definitely buying more teslas in the future.

The service here was amazing. Jerry Benitez and Christian (Sales Associate) had the best attitude and extremely helpful as I had an unplanned stop during to a car issue. This was during Thanksgiving week which was much appreciated due to the holiday timing.Even though I am from out of town (San Francisco Bay Area 280 miles away), they made sure to align with my convenience vs forcing a timeframe on me.Knowing they service a major portion of highway 5 between LA and SF, I now have peace of mind driving through knowing that the team here at Bakersfield has my back.

Such a poor experience. Wouldn t let us inspect inside of car (we did anyway cause that s obviously not a real rule and has never been enforced). The S had 13 miles to empty. It was dirty AF. Rude manager and ignorant sales staff. Musk and his management are so attention to detail oriented, not sure how this site slipped through their fingers.

Ever seen a garage with no grease, oil, black slime everywhere?... This place is as clean as a mall and today they did me a big favor on a last minute repair I was scheduled for one week out. Go in at 8am and treat them with respect and they will take good care of you!

Jerry, who is one of the service advisor at this dealership was professional, and impeccable in his mannerism. Throughout the 12 weeks of waiting for my Tesla 3, I sent Jerry at least 8-9 emails, and every single time he replied back, within 30 minutes. One time he was off work, when I emailed him but he still replied back saying that he will check on the status of my car when he goes back to work. When he did go back to work, he email me back literally at 9:15 AM in the morning to update me. He actually remembered and kept his promise. I was not expecting this and actually was going to email him to remind him.After picking up the car, I had to bring it in for some minor cosmetic issues. Chris, who helped me was also just as professional and friendly as Jerry. The car was ready at the time that Chris promised. I think that if Tesla of Bakersfield have people working there like this, they will be very successful. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jerry is a professional representative that took time to thoroughly explain to me the intricacies behind our order in addition to delivery and everything else in between. Staff is so friendly, they will answer any questions or concerns you could have. Monty and Albert were great, they went above and beyond when helping me to solve some issues and explaining me how some things work. LA has a lot of Tesla service centers, but the best is in Bakersfield!

Buying Tesla thru the Bakersfield office was an amazing experience. Jerry Benitez has been very accommodating and an excellent guide in the entire process, not only in buying but also in operating our new Model 3. This is a unique machine. Jerry helped me purchase my Tesla Model 3. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and replied almost immediately every time I texted him. Not only did he answer all my questions and let me spend all the time I needed with the demo vehicle during my appointment, but also assisted me over iMessage through the entire process. He educated me on how to save money on my purchase. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at any point. Car pickup was arranged very efficiently all the way in Santa Barbara. Everything was awesome. I was contacted on time by Tesla employees. They even called me an UberX to take me to the dealership. Pickup took less than 10 minutes. A very minor issue I have with the car will be fixed at no charge by mobile service agents who will come to my house. I don't even have to go anywhere! I have never experienced better customer service from a car dealership. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My wife drove 2 hours one way to Bakersfield so that they could fix a leak at the top of our front windshield. Well they came up with the excuse that because we had the windshield tinted it voided the warranty, because the tint shop might have taken the windshield out to tint it. You do not have to take any windshield or window's to tint them. I don't know I just hope that this is not discrimination because my wife is Korean.

Last month I took a test drive of Tesla. As soon as I booked it online, Jerry Benitez followed up with my appointment via phone and email. A very polite professional who understood what I am looking�for�in a car. He lucidly explained the "in and outs" of different Tesla models. This helped me to funnel down my choices.A week later he followed up to show available inventories and also advised not only what would be a good choice and whatnot for me. Luckily I was able to secure Model 3 with the perfect match that I was looking for. Furthermore, I told Jerry I would prefer to take the delivery on my birthday that was only 2 days away. Due to such short notice, this might have come as a surprise to him. However, without any hesitations, he said, "The stars are aligned to get your Tesla on your birthday and I will make sure you love it".On the day of delivery, he booked the Uber ride for my arrival. By mistake, I missed the ride but he went out of his way to pick me up. At the time of delivery and during my first "owned" drive he guided me through almost every feature of Tesla "on the road".I cannot be more than happy to own the Tesla and Jerry made sure that my birthday would be special.� I am pleasantly awestruck by the level of customer care and the ease with which he carries out his job. This guy deserves a special mention and incentives from Tesla.On another note, this location really needs a supercharger available to all Tesla owners. I guess it is available only for cars requiring maintenance.
