Great storage facility. Very clean, secure and convenient. The office management (Kassandra) was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful, and assisted me get everything started, answering all my questions. I definitely recommend Stor It Self Storage for your future storage facility needs!

I recently had the pleasure of securing a storage unit at here, and I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the manager, Kassandra, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.Kassandra was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the process with professionalism and kindness. Really nice place! Kassandra was very friendly and thorough... the storage area is very clean, and secure. I love that there are carts to help unload stuff and put it in your storage space. I would definitely recommend, not too pricey either!

Cassandra helped make moving in incredibly easy and fast. The unit was clean and easy to secure, and the pricing was very reasonable. All the paperwork could be done online, making even that part of the process fast and easy.

Kassandra is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. She was able to make the whole process very simple. As for the facility, it is very clean and well surveillance.

Janet is very accommodating. She well instructed me on how to use the padlock, all the questions i asked were all answered. Including some recommendations that I was looking for. The entire srorage unit is very clean. Plus some decors because of the halloween. Lol!

I just began renting a unit and I'm more than satisfied. The staff are friendly, efficient, and competent. The unit is immaculate to go along with the cleanliness of the entire premises. And Stor It is one of the few places that offer climate controlled units, which is what I needed. I'm very glad I found this establishment and I highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I stopped by today to check out storage units. We didn t have a reservation, but Janet at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She took us to a few different sizes and made sure we got the best deal and best space for our needs! Easy in and out of the facility with great security. Definitely recommend!

This is a very clean storage facility. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, making it a breeze to rent a unit. Every time I have gone in to drop something off in my unit, I have observed maintenance being done. Touching up paint or cleaning. Very impressed with security and have been greeted by Kassandra on a couple of occasions. I would highly recommend renting a unit at Stor It on Patton Way.

I was very impressed when I went to Stor It, on Patton Way, in Bakersfield. I met their employee, Janet. She was very friendly and professional. Though other customers came in the door, while she was setting me up, she handled two or three of us at a time, and it went very quickly for all.She clearly explained the Stor It policies and procedures. I left a few minutes later, feeling fully apprised of how things worked, and wondered how anyone could communicate so well.I give Stor It FIVE STARS!

Fast, friendly and accommodating I ran into the office at 4:57 (closes at 5 on Saturday) and the gal working the front had no problem renting me out a unit. I was all set with a unit within 15 mins!

The moving process is already stressful enough, but Stor It made it very easy to move in all our belongings. Kassandra, the manager, was SUPER pleasant answering all of our questions and accommodating! We showed up a couple minutes before the office closed to inquire about the facility and she stayed behind to show us the facility and answer our questions. The facility is very clean, as was our unit. The phone app also makes entering the gates very convenient. You won't be disappointed! You can tell Kassandra loves her job and cares that you feel safe and confident in leaving your belongings at her facility! Thank you Kassandra!

Called to inquire about a unit and Justin the man who helped me (who was awesome and helped me with a special to I could afford the unit) had me moving my things in by the end of that same day. Everything was exactly as he had explained with no surprises and the unit was clean and very spacious. I was so happy with the experience I got a 2nd unit to help facilitate my house sell. Would recommend to everyone.REVISED 10-13-23 This was one a good store but I believed once the owner changed it went downhill. They sent holiday cards offering $5 discount per review which should have been a red flag. I recently lost my apartment and everything inside due to a fire. I ve been in the hospital for 4 months during which the bank found someone was using my debit card and sent another without my knowledge. My phone service was limited and did not always work so I wanted alerted until the 12th that the bill hasn t been paid. This was 2 day past the grace period and I called and paid immediately on the 12th explained the situation and asked if I could be refunded the $24 or $27 late fee. The 2 managers I spoke to said they thought I could be because of my circumstance but had to ask the owner. The owner said no because apparentlt they sent several notices and I should have known per her words. However I don t receive text messages from non iPhone sender with the cheap plan I m temporarily using and did not get a call/voicemail that showed up on my phone. The email went to spam and I only saw it because I was able to get WIFI which was a treat in the hospital. This was the only notice I received I explained that they probably sent more but I didn t receive them. I explained I have to replace everything I owned and could use the $24 or $27 fee I was charged. I ve been a costomer for about 5 years I have 2 units and pay $350+ a month for them and pay routinely ever month but that didn t matter or my unique circumstance. She greedy and in my option cares more about money than people. The first thing I plan on doing is closing my units as well as telling my friends to switch storage companies ASAP. Plus my units are both dirty from dust blowing in and some boxes have water damage as well from water getting in under the door. The facility is not maintained and over priced. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!
