Sparkling image on Stockdale Bakersfield CA is amazing, they are the best. The young lady working the reception area is always so nice and very helpful.The guys working at the lube station are amazing, they tell you and show you exactly what your car needs! They are all very nice and have great, excellent customer service. I been coming here for over 10 years and highly recommend them a percent! The lube manager and the entire team work hard and are very professional at all times!

Aside from the sticker shock from the price of an oil change, and the fact that you have to pay and extra $14.99 if you want the inside of your car vacuumed and wiped down, it was a good experience. The manager Angel took good care of me and he was quick, efficient, and very personable. If I come back, it ll be because of him.

I m very impressed with Luis & Angel. They quickly offered me a student discount without hesitation. I left my car there for an oil change and when I picked it up they had washed and vacuumed it for me. They were very friendly & professional.

My experience was amazing thanks to Enrique Hernandez. Every time I go to get the oil change for my wife car and for my car. He s always trying to give us the best deal. I never have an issues with empress oil change thanks to Enrique for all of his help.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could, Big shoutout to Angel!! Needed to get an oil change last minute before going out of town and they got everything done in under 30 mins! Not only was he able to do the oil change so quick, he cleaned my car inside and out free of charge ( : ! Highly recommended for those who get nervous when it comes to car maintenance, They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and keep the price reasonable. So glad I found this and will definitely be coming here for the next!
