Ran into car trouble on a long trip home. I needed help fast. These guys stepped up and were amazing. They got me right in, and helped me get back on the road very quickly. They even didn't try and take advantage of me traveling and being desperate. Stand up shop with stand up people. Highly recommend!!!

Ramon has the best customer service he listens to you and makes recommendations without being pushy. I took my 2007 scion tc for a ignition coil replacement. Ramon saw thatthe serpentine belt value cover and air filter needed to be replaced they took care of it. Good quality good price. I will definitely do business with this shop in the future. My A/C broke down on a long drive in the middle of August. The shop was extremely generous to take a look at the issue 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday. The mechanics were very clear in expressing potential issues, as well as the solutions they were going to try. They were able to get my A/C back and running in a short time and at a fair price. For those of you with a longer wait, they also have a lovely waiting room with air conditioning and TV! Again, the amicability and hospitality of this shop cannot be overstated!Service: Auto A/C recharge

Been going for years.being a woman I've been ripped off by my share of workers. Not with Simon. They have been extremely fair with me on every aspect of my car and good work. I have lot's of respect for these guys down there. Show me my old parts and explain everything. Thanks Simon.....

I googled auto shops and this shop had the most consistent positive reviews. First time visit definitely left me confident enough to make them my go to from now on. They were thorough, showed me the parts they removed and their pricing matched online estimations. Great neighborhood shop!

Great experience at Simon s! Was driving on the 5 and our alternator belt jumped and was shredded so our car overheated, but we called Simon s, got a tow, and they helped us out immediately! Ramon was extremely helpful, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and found the part we needed quickly and had it delivered ASAP! We were back on the road within 2 hours, highly recommend all the mechanics here! Very affordable too :)

Best shop I have ever been. Used them several times over the years. Always friendly, knowledgeable and fair prices. Never felt cheated like most places.

Our family was passing through Bakersfield from Colorado and we had a coolant hose break (while towing our boat). Simon and his team were AMAZING and didn t charge us nearly enough. If you are in Bakersfield and want a knowledgeable team with incredible pricing - These guys are it!!!

want to get your car fixed with no BS, this is the place to go. If you're a do-it-yourself type of person but need the help, just bring your own parts and let them know what you want to do and they will be happy to do it for you.Very reasonable rates.
