I purchased a Forester from Sangera Subaru a year and a half ago and worked with Trenton. At the time he helped us and made the process simple, easy and straightforward for us. We loved our vehicle, but unfortunately it was totaled in an accident a few weeks ago. With the whole insurance process, that was stressful, and we didn t want to deal with stress buying another car. We live 4 hours away, and knew we wanted to work with Trenton again. We text him and it was his day off but he was still willing to help us. Within days he found us our new forester, did financing and we were able to purchase. Sangera Subaru is amazing, but I think what makes them amazing is who they have working for them. Trenton was very great with communication, he wasn t pushy when we didn t respond for a couple of days because we were waiting for insurance, and he made sure that our car buying experience was great like the last time, thank you so much Trenton.

The staff at Sangera Subaru is one of the best staffs I have ever worked with . Service managers Irene and Mandy and sales staff from Max to Val to Leo to the parts department and mechanics all make you feel like this dealership is backing you. When you drive off your car is ready for more mountains to explore or anywhere this state or country let s you drive too. I recommend highly the Sangera Automobile Group to get your next new car .

We purchased a 2023 Forester from Sangera Auto, we couldn t have been more happy with the entire experience. Very knowledgeable salesperson who took his time in answering all of our questions and made sure we knew every option available for the vehicle. We are first time Subaru owners and we love our Forester for the ride, comfort and most of all safety features. Sangera beat all competitors prices and we were happy to buy from a local dealer. Our sales person has been in contact with us after the sale to answer any questions regarding the vehicle we have.

2nd time buying from this dealer and it was a great experience yet again. Trenton helped us out and did not hesitate to answer any questions that we had. He was nice, attentive, and very informative. My experience at Sangera Subaru can be summed up in 2 words. PREET and TYLER! I am a 55 year old and female. And first time buying by myself. These guys made me feel safe, secure, confident, and well informed in all phases of the sale. From the test drive and sales pitch. Zero pressure to buy. (The vehicle kinda sold itself.) To the fair, competitive price. (I shopped the whole state.) To the paperwork being ready when I arrived for purchase. And catering everything to my husband, for signatures, so he didn't miss work. And explanation of features and extras to the contract. I was helped to understand, generally, everything. Inever felt the fear of being duped.... EVER! This place was my first stop on a day of test drives. It ended up being my only stop. These people definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I honestly feel like a member of the Subaru family. Thanks guys! I will recommend Sangera to everyone I know.

Working with Faraz was easy and he allowed us to meet with him on our schedule which was beneficial to the whole process. He listened and heard what we wanted. I love the Crosstrek we got. The whole process was easy. We would gladly used Faraz and this dealership again.

I came to Sangera Subaru to buy my first car. The first time I came to look at cars I had a lot of anxiety that I would feel pressured. Trenton helped me through the whole process. He didn t pressure me, he helped me find the exact car I wanted, and answered my millions of questions. When I texted him with questions, he answered quickly, and was very friendly to me and my family!! I will definitely be recommending Trenton to friends looking to buy a subaru! He helped make my experience of buying my first car so special:)

It was easy buying a car from Sangera. Brandon showed my wife and I an Outback, but we thought it was too large for my usage. He suggested a Crosstrek instead. We love it.I was surprised how easy and carefree it was to buy this car instead of haggling prices like I'm used to. Maybe they got everything they wanted, but I don't feel it was a bad deal either.It was a good experience.

The service department and I parted ways months ago because they were so expensive. I felt like they were price gouging me. I decided to write this review because of my daughter and her Forester. She had a flat, which she got repaired at Costco, no big deal. One week later she took her car in for service at Sangria and they told her that she needed new tires to the tune of approximately $1,000! This struck me as odd since Costco did not mention the tires being worn. So, my husband and I checked the tires when she came home. They are maybe worn to half of their life. The little ridge inside the tread is still way down below the tread. I got so mad at them for trying to take advantage of her that I decided it was time to warn people about their excessive prices and possible dishonesty. It could have been a mistake but .....

I highly recommend Sangera. Leo especially, he made sure my experience was nothing but excellent. Answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I knew all my options before making my decision. Will definitely be recommending family and friends to come here and coming back when I want to upgrade in the future.

This is my second car from Sangera Subaru and I especially love my Outback Onyx Edition! When I got my Forester in 2017, Max Pierce absolutely made it the most awesome car acquisition experience ever! He s been promoted and this time we had Brandon assist us. He s great and Max was there doing his thing making it exceptional. I immensely appreciate being valued as not only a customer but as a return customer. I recommend their sales and service departments highly! I appreciate the support in learning about all the cool features my car has also. Keep being awesome, Sangera Subaru!

Sangera Subaru, specifically Jayson, made my car buying experience so hassle free. I live closer to Fresno and was going to purchase my car there, but I got online and checked out the one in Bakersfield and it was definitely worth the longer drive there. Not only was it cheaper, but everyone worked together to get me the best deal possible. Shortly after I bought my car, my finances grandmother ended up needing a car. I told her to go to Jaysun at Sangera Subaru, and she too bought a car from them. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a new car!

Faraz helped us out and he exceeded expected experience. Literally all staff members we have dealt with to this point have been pleasant and customer service has been unmatched yall. I was a little surprised, sorry to say. Lol this is not my first time purchasing a car from a dealership but I can say it has been the best car buying experience so far. I recommend asking for Faraz if you're interested in shopping the Subaru brand.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Faraz from Sangera Subaru. Usually I dread the process of buying a car, but Faraz made it so easy! I appreciate his honesty so much, felt like I was being taken care of by a family member. And, to top it all off, we absolutely love our car! Thanks Faraz and Sangera Subaru!!!

This review is STRICTLY for finance. Paid my loan off early and have tried unsuccessfully to speak with their finance guy regarding the GAP money I should be getting back. This is my last attempt before getting ahold of corporate over the matter. I love my Subaru. However, I have a real issue with my calls not being returned.

Faraz Ahmed was our sales consultant and I m sorry I could only give him five stars. He was excellent communicating with us about any questions we had And returned texts and phone calls promptly. In this day and age that is very much appreciated!! Faraz exceeded all of our expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Subaru. Thank you for your help Faraz. Val was also helpful when I went to pick up the vehicle and he scheduled an appointment to go over all technical questions we will need help with. Overall, Sangera Subaru Exceeded all of our expectations and I would recommend this company highly. Thank you.

Sangera Subaru has been great over the years, i've bought multiple Subaru's from the dealership. Faraz Ahmed has been great to work with, very knowledgable and always professional but personable and has made the process very easy and fun. 10/10.The service team is also great, they've gotten me in and out under 45 minutes for a 6,000 mile check up before.

Faraz and the entire Sangera Subaru crew was incredible! Faraz was attentive, respectful and efficient, he answered all of my questions. With this being my first vehicle purchase, I had so many concerns but the whole process felt like I had a good friend advising me every step of the way! The vehicle I purchased was exactly what I needed for my family! I would 100% recommend Faraz and Sangera Subaru to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I just recently bought my Crosstrek, Maggie/Mags (named after Magnetite Gray Metallic), on 08/07/23, and my experience with Harpal was excellent! He was very professional, kind, courteous and helpful. It was very pleasant experience working with him. I noticed after a few days of driving the car, there were rock chips all over the driver/passenger side rear mirrors, so I brought the car back in. I was as helped by a manager, Max, who said he d order the new mirrors, no questions asked. I was blown away! He was also really cool nice! I brought my car in so the mirrors could be installed and the suv only had standard mirrors with defrost, they upgraded my mirrors with auto-dimming/approach lights like my rear view mirror has. I was truly floored! Max, the manager also remembered me and said a quick hello as I was waiting in the lobby. Super nice dude! Sangera Subaru took really good care of me. All of the staff are very nice. Also, shoutout to Irene in Parts/Service, she was also very nice and helpful! Good job, Sangera! Killer service all around!

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle through Faraz at Sangera Subaru. He s down to earth, friendly, and made the process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure my fianc�e and I were comfortable at the dealership. The rest of the team there were great also. They made the buying process quick and seamless. We arrived later in the evening and they stayed after hours to make sure we were able to drive the car off the lot that night. 10/10!
