Pricey, but the fastest and most professional place you can go. I didn't even have to ask for OEM glass, they just installed it. Even with calibrating sensors, they were done installing my new glass in roughly an hour. You get what you pay for, and Safelite is the best.

Scheduled service for a chip in front windshield online. Went in day of appt. and had tech come out to confirm it was something they could work on. After confirming, they took my car in a few minutes before my scheduled appt (good thing). Had it fixed / filled-whatever they do, and came out looking great. Hopefully crack doesn't expand. Still can see very minor cracks but I was already expecting it. Had this same service done at a different safelight and had the same results before. Good service, good work. Would go again

You know, on one hand I feel a little bad about posting this review but I feel it does need to be out there. The guy they had install /replace my windshield was incompetent. He left adhesive caulking on four different places of my paint job. When I asked about it, he said that it would just wash off. He also did not put the pieces of my car (plastics below my windshield) back together properly. Furthermore, the windshield he installed had baked in hard water spots all over it that would not wash off. I called and left them know about the issues and they sent a second guy out to my house. He was knowledgeable and he removed the plastics and replaced them the correct way. I talked to him about the hard water spots and told him that that was how it was installed. He took a can of window cleaner and tried to get them off to no avail. He then got out a razor blade and scraped the windshield with cleaner. Then and only then would the spots come off. But do you think he removed them for me?? Nope! He gave me a can of cleaner and a razor blade.. Lmao! He then attempted to clean off the caulking from my paint on the roof of my car. It left two decent sized stains on my car and he missed another small piece of caulk. He was really nice though. I then called and eventually was able to talk to the manager at the actual shop on Pegasus (you always get transferred to call centers) and she was really nice too. But she made me drive all the way over to Pegasus so she could look at it. This is supposed to be a service that comes to you. Lol. She did take my car around back while I waited and got the stains off but left a small scuff. I pointed it out but was sick of the process, so I didn't persist with it. She didn't offer any form of compensation for all of the inconvenience. I'm highly disappointed with their services.. Nice is great but it doesn't get me back my time and inconvenience whatsoever.

I wouldn t rate this experience as terrible but it wasn t good. Every one who worked there was respectful and polite, however I wasn t happy with the service. I dropped off my car to get my windshield replaced. They replaced my windshield but when I got my car back, it struggled to turn on, as if there was something wrong with the battery. Once it did start, the check engine light turned on. I just had my car serviced 2 months earlier and I had a fairly new battery. When I dropped the car off with them, the car ran just fine and the engine light was not on. I told them I was a little concerned so I was going to take my car over to the dealership to check my battery. Once my car was serviced at the dealership, they told me my battery looked like it had probably been drained. They went ahead and changed my battery just in case because I had a warranty on it. I regret getting my windshield replaced at Safelite. I could have gone to the dealership, paid close to the same price, and the dealership offers extra services like free Uber rides. I know it would have been more convenient. It bothers me that the Safelite employees handed me my keys and receipt without mentioning draining my battery or the check engine light turning on. The technician should have known about the issue since my car was brought around the front of the shop for me to collect and he should have been honest with me. As costumer you trust handing your car over to them to fix and there is a reasonable understanding that you will get your car returned with no additional issues. It s one thing to deal with rude employees (which no one was), it s another to get your car returned in this way.

My Subaru Crosstrek got broken into. They smashed the driver side window. I took it here to get it fixed. It was an awesome experience. Took about an hour. I think his name is Juan. He did an amazing job.

Dropped my trunk off around 9am. The staff was very friendly. I was told to come pick up the trunk no later than 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, the truck still wasn't ready but that was understandable. The staff kept me informed the whole time my truck was there.

They came and broke my windshield more than it was then say they aren't responsible. The technician was quick to say , just change insurance so you don't have to pay a deductible and we'll come back out. So they come break it on purpose so they can charge the insurance more? They are just scamming people.I spoke to there corporate and made a complaint because the technicians manager/ supervisor named Alex will not get back to me.

Guy that I spoke to was dismissive and didn't seem to want to help me. I had to reschedule my appointment and ended up just cancelling it and getting my windshield fixed by a local guy for half the price.

Wow, I am so grateful safelite exists. When you have a traumatic event that involves your car, your brain just doesn t work right. I was scared of having to jump through hoops in dealing with my insurance again. However, I went right to the safe lite website instead, booked my appointment so easily, and got my car fixed within 24 hours. I felt so much relief and support during the entire process. Safelite was like that supportive partner you need in all scary situations. The secretary was such a doll. My only regret is not calling safelite, or thinking of them, sooner

Rock hit my windows while traveling on HWY 58. Got a hold of Allstate which set up Safelite to come out to my home the next day. Joseph was the repair specialist and he did an amazing job. I'm very pleased with how much better it turned out. Photo shows the damage caused..would of posted an after photo but it's barely recognizable.

I have a 350 z that the front glass was repaired as advertised. However, when the tech damaged a trim part Safelite solution was to give me the glass free of charge. So my less than $200 job from Safelite actually cost me $525. To replace the part they destroyed. Hey, on the bright side I got a free glass. People do your self a favor and go to a local start up that really cares if they make or a representative of the company makes a error and will do you right and with ethics which is difficult to come by these days. Now if anyone from Safelite wants to invest their time to discover what happened I am free for your inquiries. Please forgive if I don t hold my breath.

They never called or showed up for our first appointment. Then had to come back and re-calibrate. So, it took 3 days, amd too many phone calls. That was unfortunate. However, The guys were very nice and they did a great job.

Terrible, small chip in the window of my Audi, safelite brags 97% success rate well apparently my car was one of the 3% failure. What was going to be a free repair (insurance) is now going to be a $500 replacement and of course Safelite is not responsible!

Could not get a human on the phone. I needed to know if they had the windshield for my car. So I went with a company where people answer the phone and got great service.

I had the worse experience thus far with any glass replacement company. I am still waiting to hear from Supervisor at this location for the unfinished windshield on my Cadillac. They weren't able to calibrate the system on my Cadillac and left we high and dry. The supervisor never called me. Yet they issued a certificate of completion and my insurance paid them unknowingly. I will take this matter to the better business bureau. For leaving me with an unsafe vehicle that hasn't been recalibrated. Lack of professionalism and pride in workmanship is not valued here at this location.

Terrible customer service, poor training, unprofessional, impossible to get ahold of, communicate with and completely unresponsive. Instead of investing in making everything online, the company should invest in training for their employees and hire people who actually do their job.In APRIL, I had a broken rear window that happened in the process of moving - should have been a simple insurance covered issue. WRONG. After waiting 2 weeks with a broken window for repair In the process of replacing the glass, the technician broke my trunk latch told me the wiper couldn t be put back in leaving a open hole in my window/trunk and proceeded to rip the inside of my trunk apart removing all of the parts and leaving them in my unusable trunk. Before stating that they fix glass not electrical and that it was my responsibility to fix it. For the last 3+ months I have been fully reliant on my vehicle due to moving delays that have been exasperated extensively by the inability to resolve the issue with my car, or even effectively communicate with anyone who could efficiently help me with resolving this issue so that I can use my trunk again. Most calls are a robot that tells you to schedule online & hangs up. Do better. Truly perplexing how a national glass repair company was not able to fix a simple glass in less than 2 weeks and then proceeded cause an electrical issue with a open hole in my window leaving me unable to wash my car or open my trunk for more than 3 months.***This currently still an ongoing issue, if anyone at this company has any type of communication or logistical skills assistance would be much appreciated.

Had a new windshield put in my 2019 Subaru Ascent in August. I drove to Idaho and hit some rain and it leaked right away. I am so unsatisfied with this considering it cost 1000 dollars and wasted 6 hours of my time. I would not recommend safe lite to family or friends.

I write this from the waiting room at the 7th hour of waiting for an windshield replacement despite a morning appointment. I've somehow already paid for this replacement at hour 4 thinking it was finally done, but it was not. Despite asking for more info from the tech and very kind front desk attendant, there is just no information. I live 80 minutes away and the shop closes in 20 minutes, not really sure how to proceed...help? anyone?

Some jack wagon broke into my car and my technician Tim had it clean and replaced in less than a hour. 100% recommend Safelite. 100% recommend you ask for Tim to be your tech.

I call I called this place to try to schedule to get my windshield repaired to get it replaced and you can never get a live person on the telephone it hangs up on you and then when you send him a text message to try to get quotes or anything they never contact you this is absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to do any kind of business with

Phone system is automated. No way to reach a human without adding your info and wasting your time.Website is generic and home appointment time is a 4 hour window.Safelite online chat just informed me that this is industry standard. I asked if a human was available and they want all my info before I can speak with anyone. I told them I am an unhappy customer, they told me I can contact a 1-800 number.Just basic questions: Do you use OEM? Do you install acoustic glass? Can I schedule an actual time and not a 4 hour window?I will keep searching for a windshield repair company that is setup with a customer friendly website and phone system.

I suggest using another glass company. I made the mistake of using this place. The tech was not the issue it was the billing department. They billed me for wipers that I did not order. I was told they were free but, in the end, they charged me. When I called about it, I was given the run around. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the person was on vacation and no one knew when this manager would be back. I said I would call back next week to talk with a manager. I figured that was it. I received a call a minute or two later. The person explained I had been given a special. (I never agreed to or asked for any special) I was told I could bring the wipers back. (The wipers had been placed in my car.) I was then told my bill would be more if I brought them back. I was really confused by the conversation. I believe it was an attempt to cover some sort of billing practice used when repairs do not go as planned. (The chip repair did not go as planned.) I did not complain because I get that glass is not easy to repair. I'm just complaining about the billing deception practice they use. If you're going to give me a deal on the repair, I expect a deal. I do not expect to see 60 dollars in windshield wipers added to the bill. I would think paying for labor and material would be the deal. You would have been better off just billing me what you did without the "free wipers" on the bill. I can buy wipers for half the price elsewhere.

Helped within 2 minutes of my appointment, plus the two technicians were knowledgeable and gave me options for my repair. Very positive experience for me, just be ready to drop off and pick up if you're on a timeline

Drove to Safelite to get our window shield fixed replaced after a pebble hit our window and caused quite a crack. This was my first time coming here and I was very pleased. All the employees were nice. It was clean and comfortable in the waiting room. The bathroom was clean. I was told service will take about an hour to 1.5 hours. They finished in less than an hour and my windshield looks good again! I'll definitely come back here should I need another window replaced

Brought my car in and had Juan look at fixing some light surface nicks on my windshield. He was very honest and didn't recommend service as it was unlikely the repair would hold. He offered an alternative repair. Hard to find honest service any more, but was impressed with Safelite. They'll definitely be my first call for any future repairs.
