Daniel & Luis were very helpful! I thought I needed my tire patched, but they let us know it was a sensory problem. They were efficient & courteous, and I will definitely come back if I have a future issue. Visited on 3/16/2024

The service manager David was SO nice. He went above and beyond to help me and my grandma! Definitely worth driving a couple extra miles to be treated well!

They are really thorough in their assessment of vehicles. They are also honest, if they cannot do the work, they will let you know without you having to spend your money.The store was clean and neat, easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff are very helpful and encouraging. They will also let you know if the issue with your vehicle is too much for them to handle, and offer suggestions to where you may need to go.The waiting area is small and uncomfortable. Their service is very slow. However, they were pretty busy when I arrived.

My car had a rock stuck in the rotator and the brake pad. They opened up everything took them about 2 hours and they did it all for free. Amazing guys, nice, and very polite, I recommend Pep Boys on Planz 100%!

the lady next to me pain 3000 over 2 weeks and they couldn't get her engine light off. it's trial n error and parts cost 3 times the amount

The guy that changed the oil on my car kept getting side tracked and took him 2 and 1/2 hours to change the oil in my car because of it. My car was up on the lift unattended for over an hour. There were plenty of mechanics there. The quote I was given for brake replacement was ridiculous. $600 is a bit extreme and price goudging for brake replacement.. Seems to be the trend lately with a lot of placesJust because other businesses are doing it doesnt mean you should too. Lead by example and I bet the company would make a lot more money charging a reasonble price for things and have a whole lot more customers by doing so . Not sure who holds these places accountable for price goudging but whoever it is, needs to do something and put a stop to it ASAP.

I brought my car in on Sunday...it needed work on the radiator. The office staff and mechanics were helpful and got the problem fixed by the end of the day. Very professional and kind.

The moment I stepped foot into the place I knew it was going to be a bad time. It took them 25 minutes to even say, how can I help you. The environment was not welcoming and both of the guys at the front desk had little to no experience in customer service. Despite all the red flags I stuck around for my brake inspection. It took around 2 hours for a brake inspection and I was not prepared for the estimate.The mechanic recommended to get new front/rear rotors and front/rear brakes with $300 in labor. A grand total of $1,000+ for a 2018 Acura ILX. I took my business elsewhere and went to American Tire Depot. Their brake inspection did not recommend replacing the rotors but to change out the front/rear brakes and resurface the rotors. Total price was $658!This establishment is a prime example of shady mechanics trying to rip people off. Save your money and go to a place that at least has a bathroom that s operational.After reviewing the invoice the estimate price was $1,386. Get a second opinion before you decide to pay for their overpriced services.

They sold my mom a tire with DOT of 2013 state of California says you can't sell tires that are over 5 years old because of the fact that it can blow out on the highway then when I went back in they wanted to argue with me about it instead of just making it right in the first place I had to threaten a guy with corporate office for him to do what was right and fix the problem.... the worst part is my mom told them her son was a Tire Tech and she's taking it to him to put it on so wouldn't they think I would check the stuff before I put it on

Ben and his coworker were fantastic help! They helped me get an oil change for my Chevy and the price was very affordable. They gave me a good time estimate and it was done before they estimated it being done. 10/10 recommend!

Purchased warranty not honored truck still has same problem after I paid $1,452.00 and now they no.longer do the work. BEWARE!!

Arrived 20 minutes early for 10am scheduled appointment. Car not brought in til at least 10:30. I remained in waiting room til appx 11:45 when oil change finished and car ready for pick up.

I had a battery issue and realized that this battery I had was two small, and not operable, pepboys was informed, they stepped right in and made sure this was corrected, no dispute, just great customer service. Keep up the good work.

My family has been doing business here for about 30 years. The mechanics here can be trusted for your car service needs as they are very knowledgeable. I've only gone to other places when I couldn't get in here and I sorely regretted not waiting to get fit in. They are quick, efficient and document well on everything needed. They don't try to up-sale you on things you don't need. Plus if you get a card through them it's typically 12 months no interest on bigger purchases. If you haven't done business with them before you should give them a try.

I showed up last week in a tow truck with a blown out tire right as they were getting ready to close. Benino and his associate began replacing my damaged tire and I was outta there within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

This place is solid as always. Same familiar faces everytime. Dont go in there spewing any BS though. You want the repair, you pay for it, and they will get it done. Fair prices, guaranteed work. Did a full break replacement for me after 3 months because they would not stop squeeking. I see them every 5k miles for oil.

A old Caucasian man in the front name Dani has terrible customer service, every time I go he is always grumpy and is slow at his job. He is always the one that i end up dealing with, He is no help and makes the process seem complicated I finally decided to go the pep boys on white lane and the lady at the front was very HELPFUL. She did the process fast and accurate. She even had to change my last name to my correct last name because the pep boys on Planz had my last name wrote completely incorrectly even after I told the old white man my correct last name he didn t bother to update it and said my contract wasn t covered my name was wrote wrong in the first place because of him. Ridiculous how some people cannot do their job correctly.

2017 GMC Yukon Denali with A/C issue. Condenser was leaking which is a known issue for GM. Ben and his team went above and beyond to get my vehicle in mid day and repaired by EOD. Only a few places in town besides the dealer that replenish 1234YF refrigerant. Also thanks to Raul at the Rosedale hwy location for lining everything up with Ben

These guys offer nothing but the best service I had a flat tire when I got off the freeway and Most of the tire place were about to close. It was about 630 and the tire places close at 7 so i called them and they said they wait for me I had to drive on a spare tire for 15 miles under 50mph but when I got there they got to work and replaced it.

Came here for an oil change and had made my appt at 1. When I came in I was ignored for 10 min until finally someone came and told me the oil change would take about an hour and a half even though over the phone they said it would only be 45 min. Also over the phone I was told it would be $55 but when I got there suddenly it went to $85. Not just that but their attitude also stinks Never coming here again.
