If I could leave more stars I would! These guys were amazing. They stayed late to ensure my rental car got a new tire and were nothing but helpful and kind. Service was excellent and they ensured my rental was safe to drive. Can't recommend enough.

Great staff! Was really thorough and made sure I understood my car problems and which ones I needed to take care of at the moment. Shout out to Rebecca, you can tell she really cares about her store and customers! Will be going back for services. Especially after the dealership wanted to gouge the prices.

My daughter got a flat tire while driving, of course it was after 6 pm when everything was closed. I called Pep Boys because they re open until 7. We didn t have enough time to get the car towed before they closed. After trying other options, Daniel from Pep Boys called me and said he would wait for us to get there. I couldn t believe that someone would be willing to stay late for us, I am so grateful to Daniel. He locked her car up overnight in their shop, which was a relief.The next day, Ben and his team repaired the tire quickly and got us back on the road. So thankful for the wonderful customer service they provided.

Traveling cross country had to replace headlight and wiper blades on uhaul truck. Guys in the shop were very helpful showed my husband how to access headlamp, told what tools he needed and loaned us tools to get the job done I'm so impressed with the service we received Thank You Pep Boys

Came in without appointment was seen quickly, Daniel was super helpful and even swapped out my windshield wipes and headlight I bought for me. Definitely 5 stars. Will be coming to this location from now on.

Excellent service! My rental campervan required urgent brake work so Ben and the team sorted me out as quickly as they could even though the shop was busy. Thanks guys

Great experience. I had to get two new tires for my car, and Ricky was great. Very respectable, honest, and overall nice. I feel like a lot of car places try to take advantage of women, didn t feel that way at all. Pricing was reasonable and they were quick. Literally like 1.5 hour for two new tires. Didn t even have to leave. :) I recommend making an appt in the morning!!

Daniel is the man in the parts department. Professional,kept me up to speed on the progress on my vehicle and willing to answer any questions I had! Definitely recommend!

They're just getting back up & running at this location as they further continue redecorating, etc. Things feel a bit unorganized, BUT, they're working hard & trying, the prices seem fair & this is a convenient location for me. They do offer bi-lingual service, which was great for many yesterday, but also sometimes made it hard for ME to understand the English spoken.

Quick service, reasonable price for two new Korean brand tires. I have had the same brand on for the last five months driving 5he canyon everyday and they still have plenty of tread.

I went in with a nail in my tire, they took care of me even when I showed up a little late. They staff was really friendly and welcoming. Benjamin and Jose made me feel comfortable and taken care, Benjamin gave me a discount too!!! Thank you so much for looking up for me, I m a very pleased customer. I recommend for everyone to visit the pep boys on 24th street.

This was the best service I received in a long time. Friendly, honest, and helpful. I would give them ten stars if I could. They saved me 500.00 of services that I was told I needed. By a different company. That I didn't need. Real professional.

Was told my rotors were going to be turned when I picked up my vehicle they had replaced my rotors instead and got stuck with a much higher bill than I expected

They reduced the amount and variety of the parts but they still have the basics you will need to stay in the road and keep trucking. They have the shop too if you need the assist to get you going with tires, and more issues you may need help with there

I love bringing my cars here because they are super quick! Doesn't matter what is wrong with the cars....I always get my vehicles back on same day and the problem fixed. No knock off work, everything replaced on the vehicle is new. Prices are provided upfront and the mechanic Danny is on point when figuring out what is wrong with the car.Thanks Pep Boys!

I've taken my vehicle here for a few minor issues and my vehicle is doing great. The staff I've met with have been very friendly. They're pretty straightforward and are great about answering my questions. I recommend making appointments in advanced whenever possible!
