All I gotta say is this Shop is absolutely amazing over the last year my Experiences and expectations have been met.Pedro and his workers go above and beyond to provide customer's with excellent services. I highly recommend there shop for any Mechanical work either it s something light or major issues job well done. Thanks guys!!! :)

Penas auto electric/smog and repair has been taking care of my car and truck for a few years now always do excellent work with fair prices.One thing here is they will not cheat you like a lot of other places, Pedro is as honest as they come Two thumbs up in my book.

Hello Everyone,I must recommend this place to everyone. I went here for the smog of my car Volvo 2007. Which was not ready for smog. They guide me with everything how to complete the drive cycle ready. They are very helpful. Their service is amazing and quick.So must come this place for any smog or other kind of mechanical works. Pedro is by far the best mechanic that we ve been to. We ve never had any type of issue with him at all. Very professional and straightforward with what the car needs and the price. We trust him 1000% with our vehicle. If you re looking for a mechanic please go to him. He s a beast of a mechanic.

I would never entrust my vehicle to Pedro again. I gave him a chance to rectify the situation in private (phone call) and his response showed me exactly what kind of man he is. Not only did he tell me, after my engine was replaced, that I should have gotten a warranty with parts and labor included, but told me "I should know" despite sharing multiple times it was the first time I had done this. My full tank of gas was reduced to 3/4 tank, for only a supposed 12-mile test drive. He both argued about that and questioned what would motivate him to do so. I stated I'm not the one to answer the question, but he is. I spent $65 on a full tank and even told him during a previous phone conversation about the level of trust that it entails to leave a loaded vehicle overnight, and he acknowledged it in the phone call. That's approximately $16 unaccounted for. When he stated, after the car had already arrived at the shop, that he was going to test drive it three times (unbenounced to me) to a certain distance (which he insisted on in order to guarantee his work and said my concern is akin to telling him what to do - unbelievable! On my tank of gas), he promised to reimburse $10, and then renigged to $2.17 credit, test-driving only once before I arrived meaning I paid for the 2nd test drive mileage and gas. Did I tell him not to test drive it thrice then? Even my key fob was damaged ($200 value) - $218.17 total owed to me. He said a couple times he did nothing wrong, so you be the judge. I have a completely different view of Pedro now.

Pedro with Penas Auto Electric Smog and Repair is awesome I took my car in and they fixed the problem quickly. Pedro answered all my questions and returned my calls promptly he was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends .

Recently took in my 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. My poor car was a complete mess. Not coming out of park and battery dying electrical issues. Pedro was able to get to the root of the problem. Communication was very clear and consistent. Pedro was able to help with all my vehicles concerns. Very please with the service. Thank you

Extremely honest and understanding almost every mechanic I asked turned me down but pedro took my car in and got it fixed so I can pass smog.He even let me know I could pay fees online so I wouldn t have to waste any money!

Took my Durango for some camshaft work and they gave me the best prices in kern county and did an excellent job they delivered exactly what they said they d do with pricing and time frame for sure recommended I ll be taking my vehicles for repairs here for sure 100 percent satisfied

Great experience at Pena's. I scheduled an appointment online for 2pm but showed up about 20 minutes early for a smog test. He was able to get me taken care of and out the door pretty quick. I'll be heading back for more automotive work when needed.Note: The garage is behind the fence at Naranjo Auto Sales
