This shop does quality work at very reasonable prices. I appreciate their honesty, since every time I try to personally find the issue on my car and end up buying parts I don't need, they advise me to get a refund on parts after correctly diagnosing the problem. They are also quick to diagnose any problem I may bring to them, and until this date, they have not misdiagnosed anything. I've had all my cars serviced here for brakes, rotors, tie rods, alignment and struts. I highly recommend this shop!

Great place to have your brakes checked out. Tires replaced and patched up. I believe they offer more services. However the reason i go there to have my cars serviced its because they go out of their way to help you out. If they notice that something might be wrong with your car they'll give you advice on it. Even if They might not offer that specific service, their insight comes in handy for future repairs. Very friendly environment...!!!

Went in having some issues with my vehicle. They quickly were able to pinpoint what was wrong with my car. They were honest and told me that was one of the first things that was noticeable when driving my vehicle and that would be a great starting point on repairs. They explained very detailed what the cost estimate would be. They were very honest and told me that other repairs another shop had recommended were not currently necessary. The work was done in a few hours and upon my return they even showed me the parts That had been replaced. I recommend this shop and I will continue to take my business to them.

This this family operated service shop really went above and beyond to help me correct a unique situation. They treated me with concern as if I were family. They explained each thing that they were doing and showed me as well.. and without the overpriced bill as in the major chain shops. Wowww this place was AMAZING! I always try to support local and these guys r exactly why. Employees are very nice and curiousThe time u drive up .they come to u and help u right away I never had to wait for service. And they have fairPrices on new and used tires.flat repairs are fast and very low price.I recommend this tire shop to everyone .Great Service.

Had a low tire when I arrived, they checked it and had a nail in it. Repaired it fast and we were on our way. Great guys, clean shop and reasonable price. You won't be disappointed.

I was doing business with these guys when they first started until recently: I needed some break work done (one squeaky break) and they told me they could not warranty it unless I got the disc turned, and replace the new breaks that were already there with soft breaks. These guys surprised me, after spending $320, I drove home (10 blocks) and the squeak was still there. I took it back and the owner said he couldn t do anything about it (of-course I got upset) he refused to honor the year warranty on his work.

Great great people! Highly recommend! They will not try to make money off of you like most tire shops do. They're actually there to help. If there's nothing wrong with your vehicle they won't try to sell anything to you that you don't need. Great prices on tires and labor. Excellent people can't say enough.

Called ahead to ask about an alignment and tire rotation. Was quoted $80 and told first come first serve. We got there and the guy said an hour wait. It was actually about 40 minutes. Very friendly and professional and true to their quote. We will be back.

Over the phone I got a great price but when I went physically to the tire shop, they gave me a higher price. Not sure if they do this to reel you into the shop.

Got an alignment told me my motor mounts were bad so the alignment didn t work well told me to come back once my mounts were fixed & they d do another alignment. Got my mounts fixed & the alignment & my car drove a million times better.

Me and my family always take our cars to this guy. He is very honest and finds ways to help you save. 1st review I have ever written, but this place deserves it. He doesnt try to find other things to work on just to make extra $, on the contrary, he will check it for you to make sure you really need the work done. They open @8am Monday-Sat. Closed Sundays.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Simply placed a phone call to get a price of a tire change and we treated so unprofessionally.I asked how much a "Wheel" change was and he went on saying he cannot help me and that they do not do "Oil changes". I explained that i said "Wheel like Tire" and he responded "no no no no no you said OIL- OILLLL".I was a little upset about his attitude but continued to ask how much a tire change would be he asked then asked me if i was gonna order the part myself. I was confused and asked them if they dont have tires in store. He began yelling about how i asked for a completly different thing. And when i started telling him how horrible his customer service was and that he had no right to speak to me that way he hung up on me.I showed up to speak to somebody about this issue where all 4 of the men began to laugh and make joke on everybody answers the phone and that they didnt remember the call. (Which i came literally 5 mins after the call).Nevertheless i needed my tired changed and still asked how much to change and he laughed and said 80 dollars .I wouldnt reccomend this place to ANYBODY.INSTEAD GO TO1300 BEAL AVETONYS TIRESI GOT MY TIRE CHANGED FOR $35 THERE.

Used tires are used yes. But from the reviews I thought they "cared". But 7 year old tires? With cracks along the walls! I'm not the one to usually complain but when necessary I do. Seems like they knew which ones sucked they all sucked but hey they replaced 2... I don't have the extra funds to get any tires and honestly if you want a store that cares the tire store in tehachapi is my recommendation. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Sergio and the guys at Paco Tires are always courteous and respectful. I've been going there for years since I lived on the Eastside,And now that I live out in the Rosedale area,I will make that trek to the other side of town
