They charge for 4 new valves we paint the rims before change the tires they were still painted and I go today one valve was leaking and they charge 15 to replace something that they charge for again

I was here yesterday with a quick fix, had a plastic hanging from bottom of car.. they said they would help...30 min wait no one cared all to busy been lazy ! I took off...2 min down the street I found some very helpful and hard-working people that assisted me for 20$ plus I gave them a 30$ tip for being honest and very helpful. All This guy's need people skills...and is alot of staff working ..

David and his crew were great! They are very knowledgeable about all tires, wheels, and alignments. If they don't have your tires in stock, they will surely get it for you. I will never waste my time and money on large tire companies when I can just go to Pacific Tire wheel. There prices are very competitive and they are willing to work with you. Thanks again Pacific Tire & wheel. Your service is greatly appreciated!

The mechanic at this shop put oil in my antifreeze space and now I have oil going throughout my coolant system. I ve spent over $2,000 with this shop only to have the mechanic ruin my car and completely dismiss the action. Save yourself some money. Don t go here!

The best tire and full service mechanic shop in Bakersfield! My first experience was when I had ran over something on the corner of California avenue and Chester avenue and popped both of my right side tires. I barely had enough time before they went flat to stop in front of Pacific tires. (Not the big one on the corner of Chester and California the smaller one across from the Maya theater).. it was 7:30 in the morning and I was trying to get my daughter to school they weren't supposed to open until 9:00 however the owner was there and he opened early to help me. I'm a single mother and my tires are expensive and I thought it was going to be close to $1,000 after searching on Google. $300 was the average price for even used tires in my size.However I explained my situation to the owner who had opened early for me and he gave me 50% off of the normal cost of the tires that were already really low because of his big heart and willingness to help me. I have since gone back there to have my oil changes, my brakes done, and other general maintenance. I can feel confident in knowing that they will tell me the truth, and they won't try and sell me something that I don't need, and they don't make me feel like I'm ignorant because I'm a woman. If you're like I used to be and nervous about getting your car worked on because you didn't want to get ripped off, go to Pacific tires and you won't have anything to worry about they are amazing!

What an amazing experience! Raymond made my tough day into a great one. I got a blowout on the 99, and he and his wife ensured me that they could provide what I needed for an honest and affordable price. They didn't hide any costs like other tire shops do. $35 a tire for me out the door. Awesome job!

4 tires were paid for on Saturday May 7, but only 3 were installed. I have to take my truck back on Monday and have the owner finish the job because their "tire expert" was unable to remove the wheel from the truck, and would rather drink beer that was brought to them to the shop than do the job they were paid to do. Awful place the only reason I'm going again is to have MY tire installed, but after that, NEVER again.

They were very quick to change our flat tire. Welcoming, Responsive, and Fast!! I was there for like 15 minutes tops. Great job you guys!!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Went here to get a flat repaired that big brand didn't want to fix. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Didn't balance my tire but it's fine since it will stay in the rear until all of my tires are due for replacement. Worked with Juan.

Best experience getting a tire change EVER! I live in the Kern River Valley and needed new tires. No one sells used tires there so I called around in Bakersfield. Everyone I called either didn't sell used or didn't have my size. I called Pacific Tire and Wheels and they not only had the two tires I needed but had them for $35 a piece. No installation fees. $70 otd. If that wasn't awesome enough... I didn't even have time to smoke a cigarrette before they were done and I was driving away. (And I smoke shorts). The staff was very nice and professional as well. All around perfect experience.

Hands down the best prices in Bakersfield. Always has great inventory on tires including 10 ply trailer tires and 10 ply off-road tires. Service is fast and the owner is always there working on customers cars.

We bought three used tires and had one patched at another location. After a few day one of the tires shredded. My husband went back there to be told that they have nothing but there other location further up, across from Maya Cinemas might. So my husband and son went there and was told they have a set of 4 almost brand new tires for $120. They refused to sell them separately. My husband put $60.00 down and we met our son there on Tuesday to get the tires done. They were put on and of course they had them wet and tires shined so you couldn't notice any damage. Once we were home and my husband was checking them out he realized that one was. They went back and was told they will have to get another one exactly like it, but it will take a day. We went back again to hear that they know nothing about it and the boss isn't there. Come back on Saturday. My husband just got off the phone with them and they are playing dumb that the boss isn't there and he will in on Wednesday. They knew that tire was bad. The customer service is horrible, they pretend they don't know what you are talking about. This isn't over. Because we lost $70.00 from the three previous tires and now this. Don't go there. Highly unrecommended.

This specific place of business has always provided professional and conscientious service but tonight I had gotten myself in a pickle that Juan problem solved until there was 100 percent success. I highly recommend this business and want to thank Juan for understanding and working the problem to a resolve, saving my dignity :) Outstanding service!!

Got an Alignment done An mechanic did a good Job. Charged me 60 buck to do it.He also told me what else was wrong free of charge for his knowledge

I trust Marco's expertise and honesty. I go back every time my car needs any type of work. Highly recommend him. He's right across from the Maya Theatre on California.

If you get a nail on your tire, this is the place to go. They fixed my tired right away and it was actually quite cheap. Employees are welcoming and come to greet you as you park. They accept card and cash.

I give three because we have used them before and they are friendly, but we got a "new" (used) tire for our truck the other day, went home for a bit, when we walked back outside the tire was completely flat and they didn't have time to fix it. We had to go to Les Schwab and get a new tire.

Worst place ever!!! Came to get a new tire because mines was too old and the threads were coming out... at first i thought good price for new tires ($40) usually i have to pay $60-70. I recently got my rim fixed because it have gotten cracked. (Btw ive gotten a new tire before i came here) & now that i come to this place i get a flat the next day, i gave them a call & they said they forgot to seal it while putting it on. So i went back had to pay $20 because they forgot to seal it & thats some how my fault.. the next day i have another flat on the same tire & now they are saying my rim is messed up even though its fixed so that was a waste of money even though i couldve fixed that tire at another place and they wont give me any problems. I dont recommend ANYONE going here because theres a %70 chance you'll get this same problem. If i can give them no stars i would. This is ridiculous. Theyre supposed to FIX your tire NOT BREAK your rim.

I have been to two other tire shops before Pacific Tires and neither one of them has the tires I was looking for then I went to Pacific Tires and they were fast and friendly to get me hooked up with exactly what I needed I would recommend Pacific Tires to anybody who is in need of tires and the fact that they were fast is a plus

They have horrible customer service... They replaced all four of my tires and In a matter of a month 2 of the four tires completely shredded.. I went to go get my breaks replaced to find out my lug nuts were stripped. So I came back to see if they could get the tire off and they wanted me to wait 2 hours for them to fix it and told me they were loose when they originally changed my tire but I was never informed of this.. They are a complete rip off.

I've been buying tires from pacific for quite a while & it may not be brand name but for the price difference there's never been a quality issue with their products 60,000 mile tire lasts just like a name brand as long as you rotate them
