Not a good place to go for tires or anything they will damage your rims and scratch your car leave dents lose your valve steam ect worst place ever

If the owner is disrespectful to people outside of his shop, what does that say about his business or how much he's willing to charge you...Avoid this place. Especially when there's so many good mom and pop shops or even chains to choose from.

I had an unpleasant experience here today! I went in to buy a used tire and I was told to wait 10 minutes since they had several customers in front of me. An hour went by and when they went to look for my tire, they said that they didn't have that size. What a waste of time coming here!

This is best mechanic period. Fast and friendly. They'll take care of you. Been going here 2 years and drive 250 mi per day and have never had a car strand me on side of road. Thanks to these guys for their quality maintenance. Will recommend to everyone. Ricky, Omar, Jorge and April make it a pleasure to visit.

So far so good! We brought our Lancer Evo X to get the AC recharged since the passenger side was blowing out warm. They saved me a lot of money, we were spending more trying to do it ourself but taking it here was very reasonably priced & finally the AC works like new, especially in this Bakersfield heat!! Only took a couple hours, just make sure to call them to check if your car is ready to be picked up is the only complaint I have. Idk if they get busy or something but my car was ready & they didn't call. They did a good job tho other than that, I am very happy I brought it here.

I was there on a Tuesday. Reason for my visit was too replace a ripped tire. I asked if they could check the other 3 tires. He suggested to replace the other 3 faded tires as well. Great customer service, it took less then the amount given which was great. I'm happy with the service rendered here at pacman tire & wheels. Reasonable prices and for the quality well time will tell. I shall wait how good the tires lasts. Until then I will get back to my opinion on the quality part. But over all and for now I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

I called they didn't have my special tires in stock for my BMW 535i. They called for 2 they recieved them very very quickly. They put them both on on a timely manner & workers very pleasant. Yes I for sure would go back.

Always get my oil changes here now. They definitely could use a bigger parking area given the amount of customers they get on a daily basis. It s definitely a hassle trying to pull up for servicing. Other than the parking though, this shop knows there stuff and definitely appreciates its customers!

After doing business with them for almost 3 years, I've grown to APPRECIATE their shop as a customer. I recommend all my friends from Los Angeles to drive to Bakersfield to Pacman Tires for their car work. They are that good.

Pac Man tire and wheels is the best! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a one time stop for all your car needs (tires, wheels, AC, mechanic, etc.). The prices and results are the best in the Central Valley and I strongly recommend them!

I was on my way back to Washington when we blew a tire outside Bakersfield. Pac Man was located around multiple places. I saw the open bay and went for it. It took longer to unload my family then for them to have us back on the road. My spare back in its home efficient and fair priced.

Don't go heree,,I spend 600 ,,and they said my car was good now,,the next day ,,it was bad again,,I called ,,they said they will come pick it up and check it again,,and they never did,,I keep calling and they keep making excuses,I don't recommend this place.

Leaving this business one star because my fianc� took my car to them to fix some things and he paid them for their work. We live an hour away and I go to school in Bakersfield so we thought it would be best to stop at a place in Bakersfield. After we picked up my car and drove home we realized they had stolen my oil filter that my fianc� had purchased at auto zone and left in my car to change the oil later. Obviously, we know not leave valuables like money and such in your car because you can't really trust anyone, but an oil filter? Really? We thought they did good work on the car and we were pleased, but that doesn't even matter anymore after we learned that they had taken something from us. We definitely won't be going back. I just hope they needed that oil filter more than us- a family with a working fianc� who cares for me, a disabled student, and his 2 kids.

This place sucks! I would rate a 0 stars if I could! They do not know what they are doing. Ended up messing up my car just so I would have to pay more. What a dishonest place! I will never go back!

Horrible customer service. They say one thing and end up charging you more. Especially the owner, he is unprofessional and not honest. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor ever go back. So please do yourselves a favor and don t even waste your time.

Horrible service ......! 2500. Dollars in auto repairs ive spent at PACMAN AUTO REPAIR SHOP. ! Less than a month. Ago and my car wont even start?! Engine light comes on same day i pick it up .. Took it back they told me it was my gas cap? .........

If you need anything done on your vehicle this is the place to go. They know what they are doing. Nice, friendly people. Speak English and Spanish.
