Worst mechanic service ever I came across with. Went to get the air leak fixed and asked them to change the leaky valve.They put a wrong valve, and it didn't fix the problem. They further went on changing the Quick Release Valve that wasn't even faulty to start with.The problem was still not fixed.After I left the shop, I started experiencing some air leak again and improperly functioning spring brakes.When I showed it to my own mechanic, he found out that airline connections to the quick release valve were not in correct order. It damaged the Quick release valve and cost me even more money to get something fixed that was not even a problem to start with.

The guys at Open Road truck repair did a great job getting me back on the road. They sent a reliable and affordable tow truck to pull me into the shop, and then they were fair and honest on their pricing and got me repaired in a timely, quick manner. Getting me back on the road in a day. It s nice to deal with an honest and fair shop. Really appreciate their help.

They came out to Bakersfield to fix my yellow 2009 ProStar INTL, I had an air leak in my brake chamber and they fixed it quickly for a fair price. I own a freight brokerage called Grizzly Freight Inc (if you need any work hit me up)

A horrible place to go to. They won t provide you with an estimate before working on your truck and the next thing you know is they have started working on your truck without your permission. The invoice shows hours of work while you have been there the whole time knowing they have only worked about an hour on your truck. When you try to raise the issue they just want to get aggressive threatening to fight you. They rob you just like thieves. Unprofessional, disrespectful, untrustworthy they are! Don t go here please

The worst customer service I have ever seen. These guys needs some discipline and moral the service you get is not worth it. don t go here ever. They did and I ll change I messed up my whole track. There was oil all over the engine cabin oil was leaking after the service drove for 250 miles, and the track shut down by itself due to not having enough oil and kind of felt like do used used oil.

Had a cracked radiator on my freight liner, talked to Garry, explained everything, he had all the parts ready ,had my truck towed in, ( they have contacts to cheap towing), replaced my radiator and put me back on the road within 4hrs. Very honest and very reasonable. Thank you again guys.

Needed someone to troubleshoot the check engine and low def lights that came on in our motorhome. We called Openroad and we're able to take our motorhome in that afternoonThe guys that helped us were great and explained the issue what they would do to resolve and got us back on the road there same day. Customer service was fantastic..thank you!!

I had a situation in which I needed repairs done on my trailer and it needed immediate attention and they were able to get me in and get my trailer fixed that way I was able to roll on about my day! Great and clean work!

He s extremely rude, his people are infamouse for scamming and robbing people for a living. A culture of professional crooks. They think of endless ways they can steal from others. They had many millenia to practice on their own people now they just do it to every body else.

I was stuck in the mountains on 58 because I had lost all air pressure. They came out and helped me get it to their shop. First thing in the morning I was in a bay. They had me back on the road a few hours in later. I've gone back 3 more times since then for various maintenance and repairs. They have never disappointed.

Come here only if you know what is going on with your truck and WHAT TO DO.I spent $7,580 for something that should take $1,200, if they were able to spot what the issue was.It took them 17 hours of labor and $4,480 on parts before they find out what the real problem was. They were digging in the wrong place.Go to a dealer or someone you trust for engine diagnosis. It will save your hard earned money!!!
