Every time I come it s always great but this time around they really need to be careful who they hire. I had Poor customer service. Girl with purple hair was pretty rude when I asked for her help. I wasn t greeted as walking in. I ask to see if I could get help on my vehicle using the scanner and no where in the store said they don t allow to go outside a certain time. Really disappointed and I really need to know what was wrong with my vehicle. I don t recommend coming here

Went to O'Reilly to get a brake part went to the parts counter to pay for it he found me the same part for $21 cheaper helped me out a whole lot awesome employees at that O'Reilly's thank you

I highly recommend going to Anthony. Anthony helped us out with everything we needed and he also recommended other products. He was interactive with us, as he installed our windshield wipers. He was very patient, and has a good sense of humor. John on the other hand, was everything opposite of what I just described.

The people here are SO helpful! I was in the middle of a giant, multi-day drive and needed new wiper blades. The associate helped me find them, put them on, and took a lot of his own time to make sure they were the right ones and were properly attached, in the dark, close to closing time. Very friendly, great prices!

I ve been to all auto parts store living in Bakersfield 31 year s and to this day Oriellys on Niles, address I believe is 3400 Niles St, 93306 is by far the best customer service hands down. Today I these two Gentleman, George and Daniel were above and beyond respectful, kind and went above and beyond to dig through boxes to find a part I haven t been able to source. Daniel and George, thanks! You guys and the rest of the employees here are the reason I always come back. Honestly and Customer Service.

Friendly but not as knowledgeable of vehicle problems you need to know what you want. Best mechanics alex, Juan Javier & Gabriel at a& t auto on Niles before met vernon they are not crooks also Hugo's onmnt vernonif you know whT you want done

Nah never again only way I will go back is if they fire there employees and get new ones that aren't lazy and rude .. I've took two batteries there to get charged and they weren't even charged.. I rather stick to the O'Reillys on union ave. There more helpful and not lazy.. hire me and I'll show them how to act lol

I called and asked about a part I had purchased at another O Reilly's store that was defective. The guy helping me on the phone found my previous order and verified that he had the replacement. The part was waiting for me at the counter when I arrived and as usual with them, there was no charge for the replacement.

No one would cash me out so I walked out!!!Walked in here this morning before noon to get coolant! No one greeted me, it was pretty quiet! Asked the lady at the register if she knew what if I needed a certain type of coolant i needed so she looked it up and grabbed it and handed it to me, then she walked up to the registers and then took off to the back! A gentleman was on the phone there and then walked away to the back as well, no one was around! I waited and said hello can someone ring me up, the lady walked back and said ya she will be with you in a moment, I didnt see any other women! Anyways i waited for another 5 min and walked out..why didn't she just ring me up? And after getting me the product? Terrible customer service! Was planning to buy gloves as well so they lost out on some good cash!

Seems like whenever I look something up online it's a certain price, and when I pick it up at the store it's a more expensive price. They don't pull orders when I call ahead of time and ask em to pull my order. That's even if i don't have to call 3 times first because the phone will ring so many times that a busy signal finally comes on. This isn't a reliable parts store. Think I'll stick to Pep Boys.

Well it wasn't me who went in the store and bought something my friend did she gave them the right year make and model. She has me change her oilAfter i did that i saw they gave her the wrong oil for her car .so i redrained the wrong oil they gave her put her original oil back in went back to auto stpre they told her no they canotrefund her money on accountShe had open the oil bottle. It was not her fault it was the guy behind the counter who gave her the wrong oil. She should be getting a refund or money or oil back well after some talking she got her oil back no charge wich should have been in the 1st place.inatead of not wanting to give her money back cause oil cobtainer was opened. Not her mistake theirsI can go on and on about this storyBut well u get the point. I guess at theHouse depot allways measure twice as the auto store check their store work twice.

Well... first off.... anything that has to do with a car is far out my comfort zone. I'm thankful that Johnny was there to help me and answer all my questions. He was very nice and professional and I felt like he even went above and beyond when helping me. Thanks again Johnny.

Love O'Reilly's, the line was way shorter than AutoZone, the service was fast and accurate. Checked my battery for free and quick. Let me borrow tools to install. Great friendly and funny staff! Clean store and parking lot!

My daughter visit us from Sacramento California. She mentioned that her mechanic told her to change the transmission fluid. He could do it for $200. We asked Erick from O'Reilly. He was so helpful. Even game me pictures of Filling/Drain Transmission fluid scheme. Superb service and good prices. They even offered to change wipers on my daughter's car in rain season.

I was the second one in the store that day and it took every bit of 15 minutes before someone got to me it was one person working in the store and he went out to put wipers on for one lady and finally another young lady came out the back and and help me but by that time it was five other people behind me waiting
