I came in this morning to get a new battery for my car, but had no idea what I needed let alone how to install it. Chase was so helpful! He provided excellent customer service, and installed the battery for me! I m very satisfied with my experience, thank you chase!

Absolute bad service, Asian lady , not good looking, wasted hours. For a battery test, while almost no one is there. Walked in, asked for battery test/ charge, she said it was half full. She'd recharge it. 30 mins later, she claims she messed up and didn't charge it. She puts it to charge. Came 30 more mins later and said it was charged. The other employee came to check it, shows bad. She comes to test it, knowingly, and says it's bad. Bad employees shouldn't be on payroll, they shouldnt be working in a decent place for an easy battery test. Came in around 6:pm , no receipts nothing. Left at 7pm for a simple battery test/ and misled.

I refused to go to this O'Reilly during a past visit I was clearly being ignored and not recognized but we've been having overheating problems so this is closest to me. These past couple times I went I received friendly service and I was asked if I need help. I think there can still be work on the customer service on some of the employees but I will be utilizing this one moving forward. I feel customer service is important being in it for soo very long. I don't go to places that fail miserably in that area.They also need more employees to free up others from having to feel stretched in every part of the store.

Got a great car battery from here. The 3 yr warranty is such a life saver!! Customer service was outstanding and I got the help I needed!!

I had a great experience here. I was having a really bad day but the gentleman who helped me out was very nice. He answered all my questions and gave me his best advice to the best of his knowledge. His whole attitude changed my mood for the rest of the day. I think I will really want to come back here next time I need to go to an auto parts store.

O'Reilly's is pretty good, but they don't have everything as you would expect. The service can be somewhat irritating at times but they really do try to help. I suspect the issue is more that they are understaffed coupled with some quick turnover with some staff. It's still worth going to so don't be put off.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about most parts. If part is not in stock it can usually be ordered and in stock within 24- 48 hrs. Has a recyclable oil/ filter dump on site. Usually will check code errors on your car free of charge.

Had to check my batter (which is in my trunk ) the young man had no problem with that. He even went out of his way to install it for me. I wouldn t even know how too. Over all, I was in and out less than 30 mins. He gave me a great price for a battery. Would absolutely recommend this O reilys! Hands down the best!

Just had great customer service from Mar. One of our truck batteries was dead. He quickly helped us change it out. Very friendly guy that you can tell cares about what he does. Thanks Mar!

Customer service was alittle better but over the phone to see if an item is in stock, they waste your time and put you on hold for 10-15 minutes. I reccomend going inside and asking if they have something way faster and more helpful in finding other locations with that specific part.

I don t know a lot about cars but the gentleman here behind the counter is very patient with me because I ask a lot of questions. He s very knowledgeable I forgot his name been great customer service here

These guys have had all my parts continue to give great service are very helpful in all aspects of service. These days customer service has gone out the window but these guys have helped me more than once to get me through with the job

Great service! I came to return a part I had bought 6 months prior and I thought I had the receipt. I didnt but they found it in their system and refunded me anyway. They also know their car stuff and go above and beyond to help you.

Do not deal with Lalo most unprofessional person snapping his fingers at other employees like there dogs calling them dude not by there name. Asked me what I needed explained to him a belt 101.5" long x .5 wide he comes back and asked if it was 45" or 46" I explained 101.5" he said sir the belt can't be a 105" I told him it's not it's 101.5" he asked what is the total length of belt sir you know what I said 101.5" sir we don't have any 105" belts.

Just shopped at the Haley and Columbus store in Bakersfield, the young man behind the counter thought it was appropriate to have a conversation with his his female co-worker with profanity laced comments while waiting on me (F this, F that). I do not agree. The name on the receipt states Marcelino at counter #446973 at 8:07 pm. No "thank you", as I am handed a receipt while he is still bantering on about someone selling him a Honda Civic. Poor service and no respect, needs additional training or another type of job....

Great part stores as good as pep boys when you order a part it's in the exact day they say it will be in and the prices are very reasonable I trust them with my car

I just needed a tire pressure gauge and I saw the aisle four special instruments and I went down there and found it I was in and out in 5 minutes I think it's a good shop.

At least they answeres there phone at this location but it said website mentions resistor is what I'm looking for snd the guy on the phine said he has no resistors there so idk are now

So helpful with car battery problems. They checked the alternator, the cables and the battery for free. Why go to the dealer? These guys are the best!

They had oil! It worked! And they had a sale on it even! Got two funnels too, one to use as a fake trumpet and another to use as a larger fake trumpet!O'Reilleyriffic! Five stars!
