I went there because the part that I bought last month malfunctioned I couldn't find my receipt, and they could not find the purchase in the system but everything else that I bought that goes with the thermostat was in the system and I asked why wasn't the part there when I bought them together and the employee said he didn't know he was the one who sold me the part last month. So since you guys treat loyal customers as crooks because the employee told me since there was no proof he couldn't do anything. I guess after 30years of loyalty to them I'll be looking for a new part store.

My friend needed a steering wheel cover for her car's steering wheel and Rick very patiently helped us pick one out that would suit her needs -- then he offered to install it himself, free of charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Satisfied customer.

lisa is the worst orileys worker. she should be fired from that job shes at , she sent me to hub to buy a battery and told me they ll install it for me. turns out they cant swap it out because they re busy and short staffed . she lied and told me they ll change it and then the nice employee called her to see why they wasted my time and their time . so when she picked up she straight up lied and said she said oh i told him it depends on the location she straight up lied , this isnt the first time she does this , and she gave me the wrong part 3 times in one day . someone needs to talk to her asap

My truck wouldn't start and I went up to Emilio or Emiliano I believe was his name and he immediately went outside with me to go solve the problem. He said my fuel pump was going out and he showed me. He got the truck to start and I was on my way. Couldn't have thanked him enough and all he said with a smile was you're very welcome that's what we're here for. He saved me from having to call a tow truck. Awesome employees at this store. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

I walked into the store with my two toddler daughters. One in the arms and one holding my hand. I was standing in line while ANGEL was talking on the phone. He finished his call and told me he d help me in a moment. He finished on the computer and took another call. My daughter in my arms was already getting fussy. A customer comes and stands in line behind me. ANGEL finishes his call and tells me let me help him first and takes the customer behind me. I was so upset I left. He was completely rude and all I needed was to check why my engine light was on. I will never go in this store again.

Poor customer service. Called to look up a part and Lupe answered, immediately put me on hold for over 10 minutes, she finally comes back and hangs up. When I called back I brought it to her attention that she hung up and she got mad and hung up again.

Well i ask for spark plugs for my vehicle and they didnt have them they have to be special ordered i ask if the main store might have those she said yes but not the ones recommended for the vehicle i ask lupe if she could do light engine diagnostic lupe respond was they dont do that any longer but yet its posted everywhere at the entrance of them doing diagnostics if that was the case they wouldn't have those postings so i called corporate office and they say yes they do all � reilly stores should be doing it so am not going to recommend this location since the employee at this location is lazy and gave a vogue excuse when corporate said otherwise

From the second I walked in, one of the employees was watching me like a hawk, obviously because he thought I was going to steal something. As I was walking out because they didn't have enough of what I needed, he asks me if I found what I was looking for (after him telling me they didn't have what I needed) as he is looking me up and down trying to see any "bulges" from items I "stole". Not very cool to be profiled in a way to where I look like a thief to the rest of the customers in the store. I won't be going there again.

This is my main auto parts store, i get 90% of my auto parts from here. The staff are very friendly and know the Business and get the parts I'm after right then. I highly recommend this Business for your auto needs.

If I could give them 0 I would they are the most sexist place I've been to not once but twice as a female was treated like I was non existent and stupid first visit they tried to sell me something I knew was wrong i bought ut because the guy refused to listen to me then went to another orileys and got the right thing because they are not sexist and I was correct what they sold me was wrong. 2nd visit I am waiting in line and the guy behind the counter assuming I was just standing there I guess not waiting in line asked the guy who wasn't even waiting in line can i help you omfg are they serious I will NEVER COME BACK AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER

Heh. They have 'gangsta' rap in the background then insist on following me around, I found that pretty funny, distracted me from wanting to spend any money. Also how he recommended that anything I wanted was probably best found at another store...

Stranded in Bakersfield pulling a trailer. Loaned me tools. I bought what I thought was the right part. It wasn't. They "no-questions-asked" exchanged for the right one. Went way above the average. Thanks guys.

Very expensive part; almost $90.00 for a part that lists for $20-30.00 on most online parts sellers. Guess they can do that when you can't wait a few days for the part.

If you go to O'Reilly's on Chester and Ming as for Angel the manager excellent guy excellent crew there good place to get parts for your car
