I wanted to have my car serviced while I was in town because I live very far away.I made an early appointment just after they open to get this done quickly and before any backlog had time to form.When I went there they said that they would need 3 hours to change the oil. I mentioned that I had a doctor's appointment and had to pick someone up at the airport in a very respectful way. They did not care one little bit. They said to go with or move on and reschedule.They did not care that I lived very far away and that it is very costly for a senior on a fixed income. Nothing.Very disappointing.

Driving 10 hours with seat belts warning and empty seats is apperantly normal function to this dealer. After waiting four hours to diagnose or turn chime off nothing was done to fix seat belts.

i'd give them 5/5 because they're professional, explain everything in laymans terms & give a great car wash but the fact that we waited 4.5 hours for an oil change is rather ridiculous; i understand they're busy & maybe shortstaffed but 4.5 hours for an oil change???

Surprising bad experience at the service department this time.The service advisor call me at home and said my vehicle needed some work as he explain what it needed it was very hard to understand him I believe because of the mask take it off you re gonna talk on the phone, So I waited on the work however , I did get my truck serviced and whoever drove it is did not put the service sticker on my window and that irritates me. It s the little things that make great customer service.

I want to thank the service dept, they sent me over to Caliber Collision to get my camry fixed. They did an awesome job. Toyota has always taken care of my car. And has been very nice and respectful.

Check in great! 11/2 hrs to tell me tire was loosing air due to nail & then 30 more minutes to change! 2 hrs for flat tire after waiting 3 days for appointment what do you think!!

The service department was AWESOME. I would given them 5 stars. But I had an UNSAVORY experience with one of the "receptionist." But the service department and sales personnel are AWESOME. Definitely going back for my vehicle services and maintenance!!!

Service for car issue resolved by a recommendation and they redirected so I would save moneym. Thank you. Sales couldn't find a car for me and that was a let down, because I've heard so many good things about Toyota.

Tony was helpful and eager over the phone so I gave this dealership a try. While it was suggested I bring my vehicle in first thing at 8am it sat over an hour until any repairs started. I will say their service rates were lower than the nearest alternative Toyota dealers. Forget about a plush waiting area or snacks and drinks during your wait. Those thongs are banned during Covid so not really the fault of the dealership. They could mention that on their website where they still show it being available. Staff was very friendly and I commend them for hiring respectful staff like the driver who drove me in a Prius to pick up food during my 8 - 3 pm wait. Great kid, well mannered and polite.

Jay Cronin is my service advisor. He did a great job. Got my car in after I was broken down on the side of the road with a blown tire. I'm very happy with my experience at North Bakersfield Toyota

The service department staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and spaced for social distancing. Adequate outlets available to charge devices.

Very bad service. Our tundra is 1 year old, a 21. We took it in for the second service even though the miles are very low, they didn't change the oil or the filter, so we took it back a week later they left oil hand print marks on the hood & door & writing on the windshield. Unprofessional, disappointing

Took my van because the temp gauge was sticking. They kept it for a few hours and claimed nothing was wrong. A week later the radiator blew and we had to spend nearly 300 to tow it home. Very dissatisfied.

Largest service center in the county, tvs, wifi, a cafe, friendly advisors (especially Medka) and an expansive parts area. Andy and Beau manage a great service experience, even if it is at usual dealership prices. Overall tho, worth the price

They offered me a complementary Uber ride and from this location while my car got fixed. You have to be within Bakersfield.

DC was awsome great customer service very polite answered many questions I had before I even got out of my truck. This toyota dealership always treats me with the greatest respect and resolves any problems I have or had, I use to be a Chevy guy but I've forever changed to toyota because of North Bakersfield toyota
