I had a great experience today at Napa, the employee was very patient and helped me find everything I needed to get my car on the road safely again ! I really appreciate the employee for ensuring i was satisfied with all the items I purchased. I received great quality products at a great price !

Disgusting store. I mean it's not only filthy but there is boxes on boxes just everywhere, to the point it's annoying and a hassle to walk around. Found this out during an inventory service we provide and not only this, they kept our equipment and my supervisor there for quite literally 14 hours (6 am-8pm). Refusing to let the equipment go to other inventory services scheduled that day. Pathetic franchisee and disrespectful. Also extremely slow at their part of the service we provide, ridiculously bad experience.

Good partners to work with when I order from them but I think they can improve on order tracking and solid etas. But maybe having 1 person who only does commercial because it's always someone different and most of the time they don't know what's going on with the order when someone else looks at it. Try adding notes to the order so whoever looks at it they can know what's going on.

Great people working behind the counter. I was also surprised to find there prices to be lower than all the other local competitors.Way 2 Go NAPA!!

Reported to Corporate Hopefully proper disciplinary action takes place....Honestly if I could leave a review that was less than 1 star I would . The worst experience I have had in a store in a long time. These 3 female employees were gossiping and giggling after I asked for a product they had hidden which should have been out in front. But the obnoxious annoying giggling was completely unprofessional and honestly that's not how you run a business. Its no wonder the place is always abandoned looking. I figured what the hey they deserve a chance but will never be returning.

My battery was going bad after only three and a half years. I came into get it prorated. The woman that helped me was more than accommodating. She didn't demand an invoice from the original sale and just took me at my word on how old the battery was. They handed me the tools I needed to swap things out and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I've spent plenty of time behind the counter at auto parts stores and I understand how busy thing can get. They are doing some fine juggling at this NAPA.

Purchased a battery online said would be in 2 days at store , call a day ahead to check on it to find out they never received it so ordered it again to find out it would be there the next morning , get to store and received terrible customer service person who charged me was very rude asked what I needed and was unaware they did not install batteries just sell them which was my bad on my part but , just because I asked a dumb question doesn t mean to be rude to customers

I had a part that I needed and couldn't get it at any of the other part stores in town. It wasn't available to even order. Napa had it first thing the next day. Another auto parts store suggested I go to a junk yard! This is your place for hard to find parts!! Thanks Napa!

Staff is rude, answering her iphone while on the phone with me. Laughing with her coworkers while im asking for parts. Then she doesnt know how to find what im looking for. NEVER AGAIN

The help at Napa is above the norm any time that I go into NAPA Auto Parts I always get excellent help knowledgeable people I really do appreciate the effort that the people at Napa put in to help me with my request

Great place to get OEM parts instead of the garbage the other guys are selling. I won't buy parts for my old diesel anywhere else!
