I brought my truck Down to get painted. Got called a week later it was ready for pickup drove 2 hours to get it just to find out there was dirt all under the paint they offered to fix it. I drove down again a week later to find overspray on frame,leaf spring and window and still dirt under the paint and a Broken door handle. One week later and paint is already chipping off 3 months later paint peeling up the truck fender.

They sprayed my bumper the wrong shade. Very unprofessional and terrible service. They tried to charge me extra to fix their mistake..

Had my car for over 3 weeks. Hard to contact and never kept me updated. I could have had an engine built faster than a piece of glass replaced! Worst ever, don't take your car here!

Amazing work on our 1971 VW bus. They did some major and minor body work and repainted it in and out, it looks amazing! Quick turn around considering the amount of work done. Go with them and you won t be disappointed Thank you!

I will not recommend this company, the Bakersfield shop declined to paint my 1949 Chevy. They prefer to do the new cars , they never called me back , they prefer the insurance companies instead of the community retired citizens !

I had an overall positive experience. The price was well under the other places I trusted. They did a great job on my Lincoln Aviator and I was very satisfied. The only thing I think could ve been better is the turnaround time. For a small job it took 4 days. Other than that I was overall happy with the job they performed.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Good experience and good job overall. Took a month to get my car painted and there are some very minor flaws in the paint (as expected from Maaco). However they did also replace a bumper instead of repairing it due to a large crack that couldn t be repaired. The staff has a "macho" mentality and think they can treat their female customers like dirt. They made me wait almost 2 months to have my car painted, and it wasn't worth paying the amount I did. Slopy and unprofessional work they did on my car. It's 2023, stop scamming customers and be upfront about your services.

Never called back to let me know when I could pick up my car. I had to call myself to ask when if it s ready yet on a Friday turns out it was ready 4 days before I called. Also once I went to pick it up they didn t fix the missing car piece in front of my car. Said it was going to be an extra $100 because it wasn t charged on my previous statement. They said they would call when it was ready and never did again like last time.

I am extremely pleased with the paint job. It turned out way better than expected. For the old timers like me out there like me.... This is not a cut rate shop, these guys did a fantastic job, and it only took a couple weeks! I have always tried to keep my vehicles looking as good as possible - my 2001 Ram looks as good as new, the color matches original perfectly. For the money as well as the warranty, I don't think you can do better anywhere.A++ all good.Service: Painting

They never have offers they give you a 10 percent then they quote you more for anything they will make up stuff that is not true

All I can say is WOW! Juan was professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! I am very particular and expect quality work. He told me what my car needed done, what he could and could not to do. When I went in to check out the final job I was beyond satisfied!!! My 2002 Honda Accord looks brand new again. I couldn t be any happier than I am right now with my experience with Maaco. Great experience with them. They left my car looking amazing! They were a few days late on the deadline but it was worth it! Thanks to Juan and Muhammad for helping me out and walking me through the process of painting my car and wheels at a good price. If I ever switch the color of my car again I will definitely choose this shop again!

Left my 1993 Jeep Yj to get painted , Two weeks later I called and asked if it was ready. The Manager said yes it was ready so I fly down from Nevada to Bakersfield to pick it up. When I arrived, the Manager said give me ten minutes. So about , 30 minutes later they pulled my Jeep up. The paint job looked good however, they didn t put my jeep soft top back on correctly. Two pieces were in my jeep , they installed one but not the other. My door handle was also not working so they did fix that. My last complaint was a plastic trim molding piece on the drivers front was not installed back ( rivets missing) . I m not happy with the Jeep not being put back the way I left it.Service: Painting

During my early twenties I was a little reckless with my car and got into a couple fender benders that made my car look like I lost a fight with a can opener. I ve been trying to save for the past couple years to finally get the damage fixed. I went to Neira s and they were going to charge me $7000. I decided to go to Maaco where I spoke to Muhammad for a second opinion. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and nice. He took a look at my car and gave me the price saving me about $3,000. Considering the damage done to my car they got it done quickly. It took 2 weeks exactly. When I got the first look at my car I couldn t believe it was the same one. I am beyond ecstatic about how it turned out. I would highly suggest you go here if you re like me and want to return your car back to its former glory without paying and arm and both legs. I can t thank these guys enough for the amazing job they did!!!

I had my mini van painted at this shop a few days ago. I was a little apprehensive based on the price. However, not only did they do a phenomenal job, the customer service was great as well. I am very happy with their service and I will most definitely be a returning customer. Thank you to those who took care of me and my vehicle. My car was damaged in a minor accident I took it to Maaco collision repair & auto painting and i am so glad i chose them! My car looked even better with the new parts and paint job! Was so pleased with the results! Maaco and his staff were very friendly and kept me up to date with my car I highly recommend Maaco shop as they are really professional. And last but not the least their prices are also fair enough compare to their quality service and job

GOOD PEOPLE. QUALITY VALUE. SKILLFUL WORK. I am one of those people who resisted getting my old truck repainted, because how could the new be as nice as the factory paint? I am impressed. The service was top notch--from explaining exactly what my vehicle needed and why (including what it didn't need), being flexible with my schedule, sticking to their stated time table, following up on questions when I called in, and above all, returning my truck in AMAZING condition. I love my truck, but it was definitely in need of work....the staff here went above and beyond my expectations. Their work impressed many skeptical people who know cars and knew what I had given Macco to work with. Mohammed's team masked the two-toned paint job very well (beautiful finish work), and did a better job than more expensive paint jobs I have seen other people get.I highly recommend Bakersfield Maaco. Mohammed's prices are very competitive/fair, the shop is professional, and his workers are a skilled team. Thank you guys so much!!!

I took my mustang there which was almost wrecked after an accident. I thought the repairs would cost over my budget. I went to this establishment and was greeted quite hospitably. They were understanding of my situation and gave me a great estimate. I thought my car was at least gonna be there around a month but I picked it up almost last week!! My car was as good and new and I was able to drive it again.

I brought my car in Monday and got it back Wednesday. I got it back before scheduled time. This is my third time here, different cars & different types of paint jobs depending what happened to my car. Work turned out great. I just picked up my car and was so impressed, again, that I had to make a review. I think this is our forth car and we have never had a problem. I deal with the owner personally, which is unusual at most businesses, but very refreshing. The cars are always done on time, as agreed, and at the price discussed. I won't be going anywhere else.
