Great customer service, the driver had real time gps so i was able to see exactly where he was while en route. He got there in less than 20 minutes and was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their service again if needed.

This Company is amazing. I was stranded and looking at over a 2 hour wait. Called this company and they were so amazing about helping. They arrived in 30 min hooked my vehicle right up and took good care of me. They go above and beyond to help and the driver was very sweet. Definitely going to call this company in the future. He even gave me advice on where to take my vehicle. Would give 10 Stars if I could.Service: Car towing

I had a great experience with Roger and Lost and Found Towing. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the law and all of the processes. AAA failed to come through with roadside assistance so we were fortunate to come across and find Roger. He came out in less than an hour and got my car hooked up like nothing! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and saved the day! I would definitely recommend him for your roadside needs! Let me just say Roger is one of the best people in the business I ve met. Took the time to explain how my car works in a way I could eagerly unserstand. Went above and beyond as a business to help me. To figure out the battery issue. Seriously put this guardian angel on your speed dial !!! Hands down, this is the best towing company I have *EVER* come across. My husband and I broke down with our 20 utility trailer outside of Bakersfield. Roger answered the phone quickly and got to us in 45 minutes! 45!!! It doesn t end there; this kind man took our truck to his tow yard and used his personal vehicle to take us to our hotel. Not only did he take us to our hotel, but he offered to stop for food and snacks along the way, he had thought of everything we would need to end our stressful day! It is so rare to find so much integrity and kindness. I would give this veteran ten stars if I could! Please do yourself a favor and call this company if you need a tow. It will make your life SO much easier and that really counts when your ride is down and your stress is high. I highly recommend Lost and Found Towing!

Not many people are too happy with getting their cars towed, but if it happens pray that Lost and Found Recovery are the ones who do it. If it weren't for Roger towing my car I would never have been able to get it out. Not only is he an amazing business owner but a gracious, caring, honest, kind man. He is more than fair. We are lucky to have people like this in our community as business owners! He also supports 2160 Inc., as an Associate Business, and supports their efforts to make the community a better place. Thank You so much Roger for all you are doing!

Courteous, affordable, polite, and efficient. I will recommend them to anyone I know from now on! They quoted me a time of pickup and were so friendly. Made me feel more positive about my situation as well just by their customer service. So glad that I called! Absolutely amazing!!

Highly recommend! He was very nice, texted us a link to track him. He also texted us and asked us if we would like any drinks from the store before he headed up to get us(we were in the middle of no where) he was very quick to get to us, was very informative on what he was doing as he loaded up our truck onto his truck. Very professional and he wasn t expensive! Other places wanted 300$ and he hooked us up! Great guy. 10/10Would use again and recommend to good friends and close family.

Friendly service. Can always count on them to be there. I called multiple places that were suppose to be open 24hrs and did not get an answer or call back. Lost and found picked up on the first call and was up and ready at 2am when my tire blew out. I have them saved in my contacts now for life. Whether its another blown tire or any of my other roadside assistance needs, this will be the first company I call.Service: Tire change

Had to get a tow on labor day and every other place either said they couldnt do it or it was going to be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Roger was there in 45 minutes and hooked my van up in no time. Best tow service I've ever experienced. Privately owned by a family man. Fast and beyond friendly service with very reasonable pricing. Owner was very sympathetic to my situation and even gave me a ride home after he towed my car to the shop. This is the only tow company I will use in town from now on

Amazing guy right here he went out of town through the canyon to Wofford Heights right before a storm was coming beat the storm on such short notice not even 24 hours went and got my fifth wheel trailer brought it back for us very knowledgeable about what he does your defiantly in good hands! These guys freaking rock! After hydroplaning into a ditch, I was stranded on the side of the road. They went above and beyond while pulling me out they realized my car wasn't safe to drive so they insisted on taking me to where I needed to go after dropping my car off at the shop. Owner was really professional and he even bought me coffee. Would most definitely call these guys again. Thanks Lost & Found RecoveryThankful for everyday
