We drove our 40 ft RV to this shop because we were told they could do a photo reading to match the colors. When we arrived around 10:00 am on Friday morning, there were only 2 workers in the shop and no customers. He said Martin knew about us coming in and said he would go out for the reading. When Martin came up from the back, he didn t say one thing to us, didn t acknowledge our presence or the difficulty navigating the RV to get to the shop. I left through the front door I came in and he exited out the side door. I asked if he wanted to get a reading in the sun since part of the RV was in the shade and he said he didn t need to. I asked him again since it seemed to be taking awhile and he said no. Wes went back in with him, gave him our phone number, and he said he would call us after he got the reading so he could give us a price. I called at 12:30 and he was at lunch. We never received a return phone call when he returned. I had to call again today to follow up and the woman that answered said Martin was working on it and he suggested we go to an RV dealer to get it. (RV dealers order from them and we would need to get it through a supplier regardless). No acknowledgement of our time, our presence, our difficulty navigating traffic through town, or a return phone call. The perception by us was that Martin hated his job. The shop was clean, and the other people were friendly but overall, it was not a good experience and they obviously don t need our business.

Waited probably 10-15 minutes and 1 guy at the counter with a customer. No hey hold on or anything.Nothing to look at besides car soap and other stuff like window cleaner and spot removers.I've been wanting to go here for so long and now that my car is ready for this step I'm going somewhere else since the customer service sucks.Too bad too, I needed a paint gun and a few different paints and had my credit card.

Always friendly helpful staff willing to listen to your desired needs ...They then Proceed to meet each and every need. Will be shopping there each and every time I need high quality Autobody/paint/detail items.

very kool people,they know what their paint,i'm a beginner painter and they help me a lot into what materials and what paint i need at good prices i done already a few jobs thanks to finish masters
