Called to get some 33 s put on 24x14 s and get an alignment done the man at the phone sounded like a good guy but after hearing me tell him I already have tires his demeanor changed and immediately told me i am not interested as if I was trying to sell him something. Very unprofessional he could have explained why he cant help assist me or pointed me into the right direction. Dont give business to guys that dont have respect for new cliental it saves others time wasted.

Awesome customer service at Krazy Kustomz! Kent, was great made me feel welcomed. He remembered my days. Called me in for earlier service, which was much appreciated. Thanks Krazy Kustomz for my tint and making my new car look sooo nice!

Extremely selective whom I let touch my Z. Krazy Kustoms is a reputable responsible knowledgeable custom auto workshop I m comfortable letting touch the car. I dealt with Kent who was very accommodating answering all my questions and reassuring my desired outcome. Krazy installed my H&R lowering coils in a timely manner with surgical gloves. They also took care of the alignment and when ready the Z was sparkling clean. Aside from Bakersfield Nissan Krazy is the only other establishment I will let touch. Look em up you will be happy you did!.

Their customer service has declined tremendously. I ve been having issues with getting pushed aside and parts needing ordered. my truck has been down for three months. It s nearly impossible to simply order replacement parts so I can I stall myself. It s upsetting if a part breaks you can t order it.

Went in there, Steve was really chill. Helped me pick out a cool air intake for my truck. The intake was worth every penny. Although I had to wait a day for the shipping. I guess the idea of keeping stock of all possible parts would be impractical. I am going back for some more upgrades. Also they gave me a military discount, a company who supports their troops whats better?

They did a lift kit on my Toyota pickup in prep to runs to Mexico . New suspension and tires. Fell on the way home, 8 miles. Had it towed back to shop. Worked on it. Picked it up. Fell again at gas station on way home. Towed again. Fixed again.Been shaving the new tires since i got it back cuz tires dont fit the lift. Tearing em up on the turns.Staying up but can't trust for original purpose. Never got original parts back, I asked....great front desk experiance, terrible execution.

Best place in Bakersfield for fabrication truck lift window tinting tires wheels side steps Bed lining and powder coating and more I am writing this review because I have had all this done and I keep going back great owner and knowledgeable staff all work is quality work and is inspected by the owner before it leaves great place check them out.
