My Friend came to this shop for my refer Repair First he speak so rudely than 0% Customer service charge extra money,not even tell you the problem . Even never let you enter the shop. Give zero Star don't go to this shop He hide many things in repair he charge $ 2200 for a small hose leak bad experience.. fake people

Do not go to this place unless you want to get ripped off. They will charge you way more than you will pay at thermoking/utility. They charged me over 2k without even telling me what the repair is and the mechanic is soo rude he will not answer your phone or give you any updates on the repairs. Please stay away unless you want to get scammed.

"My Brother had a terrible experience at this Repair Shop. They were very rude .. charge extra money without telling or showing you the problem and didn t contact you for confirmation so please be careful Truckers be safe from these fake persons . Paji bht bad service c extra cost charge kiti small problem c just a small hose leak c .. paid $2200 kiti

I had a reefer breakdown Call them up told him I will swing by in a couple hours. Fixed my reefer in no time very good job, reasonable rates. Avoid going to Panorama truck repair They could not fix my problem told me and my driver that They don t know what s going on with the reefer and I had to pay $820 for nothing. Kool Line Express Are reasonable (paid $400) and knowledgeable great job.
