Found this place after a local locksmith recommendation and so glad he did. Broke the metal key portion of my Honda Civic key but still had the remote and chip. This place was fast, efficient and friendly. Prices were also very good and will highly recommend!

The audacity...You are losing customers because you price gouge folks.I use to come here and recommend others to get keys cut here.But now i see why this place doesn't get business no more.Will turn elsewhere.Please look for local locksmiths in the area.This place will charge you double for a simple cut or program.

Wasn't much help for helping older folks.Seems like they are over charging. Because I called around local locksmiths will cut and program for 50% less than what this place quoted me for.My son even bought his own keys for them to cut, but they charged him just as much as to program and cut it.I recommend shopping around first and skip this place.

I went to get a remote programmed, worker was on his lunch but came and helped me out and was so kind also educated me with my remote excellent service i would recommend it ask for Robert to assist anyone on what they are needing help with there

best place to buy quality affordable car keys for most makes and models of cars.I ve bought 2 replacement car keys from these guys for different cars. I bought a car key for my 2005 Chrysler 300, the key and the remote head both worked very well. I also bought a remote head key for my 2008 Honda Accord. Both keys worked great.I used a different car key replacement service in the past and the keys didn t work nearly as well and the customer service was poor.These guys are great and the gentleman that sold me the car keys was a pleasure to deal with. Very good customer service and outstanding price for such high quality car keys.Very very satisfied with my car key purchase.

This place is unorganized. First the main phone directs you to different parts of the country. I called many times to get an update on my key fob and for some reason I was directed to someone in another state? I came half hr before closing and a young lady was already closing up shop. So I didn t mind but my information was taken down so that they could take care of it the next day. She stated that they were having issues with fed ex to give them time to work on my key fob so I shouldn t call and they would call me. I was fine with that. So I wait about three days and nothing. Cool. But after the 5th I called and couldn t get hold of anyone cause of the calls being redirected elsewhere. When I finally got someone on the phone. A gentlemen stated they don t know what I m talking about because I never placed an order? I told him exactly what had happen and this POS wanted to get unprofessional with a consumer. I d rather take my hard earned dollar to establishments that deserves it. I run a business out here too. We all trying to survive. You re a reflection of your company.

Waited around 15 minutes in the wind and the lady seemed more concerned with talking to the security guard about a break in. She didn't even acknowledge me. Left and she didn't even try. No wonder they're not open very long.

Love working with those guys efficiently solved my problem and made my car key within an hurt beat. We re super friendly And professional over the phone... prices were fair and job done perfectly well, will use again for my locksmith need of a problem accrue.

This locksmith shop is truly a life saver. The people that work there are key gurus, they were able to clone my broken car key saving me a lot of money on towing. Thank you so much! If you ever need to make any key, come see them, they know what they re doing.

I ordered a replacement fob from The Keyless Shop at Sears, which turned out to be a big mistake. Their $$$ fobs only carry a 90 day warranty, and this was NOT made clear to me when I ordered a fob for my vehicle. The fob they sold me never worked well, often requiring multiple presses or unreasonably hard presses to get it to work. Finally it gave up entirely, but by that time my 90 days was up and they have no intention of helping make good on the product they sold me.This turned out to be a FALSE bargain! I will now have to find a reputable key shop and get another fob made. Something like a fob should last for many years, so why do they back it with only a 90 day warranty? Maybe because they know they are peddling JUNK.NOTE to Owner: I was at the store just yesterday and they sent me packing. All I want is a working fob - how do I get that?

I went here yesterday to get a spare key made for my car after the dealer had quoted me an outrageous price. Service was so fast & friendly! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to The Keyless Shop in Bakersfield.

My key-tech was Shannon, she went out of her way to make sure my unusual keys would work. Ultimately, for my Wright Screen Door key, we had to get the blank from another source to make them work. I'm very pleased with the service I received here.

Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed and got me set up and on my way. Very affordable as well. I highly recommend it. bravo Keyless shop.

These guys are terrible and really rude and try to over charge you way too much. I went to a different place and had the work done for $20 less than what these guys were trying to charge me. I went here twice and both times they were really rude so I went somewhere else. Save yourself some time and definitely some money and don't go here!

The Sears Key Shop is a good spot to get your keys copied they know what they're doing and have a big key selection and you don't have a long wait so that's always a plus for me I'll probably go there again to get my keys copied if I need to if I'm in the area but it's okay spot that you can see about it

I own a Toyota Corolla 2009 S and my remote key turns my car on but won t lock or unlock my car. I thought it was the battery to the remote key but I guess that isn t it because the light on remote key flashes but doesn t do anything when pressing on unlock or lock . Help please!

Don't waste your time looking for a locksmith. Like I Did. Just show up here and they'll take care of you. Experience and knowledge in what they're doing.

It's a nice place to get any still of the key but sadly they might go out when sears close
