If you are from out of state, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. They refused to sell me some parts that they had 10 of intock, and I only needed 4 of them. Any yamaha would only ever need 6 of them at the most. I was willing to pay their price and shipping. The parts manager told the girl working the counter not to sell me the parts. The young lady that I dealt with was polite and professional she was just relaying a message. It was her bosses decision.

By far the best help I have received since trying to get my GSXR 600 fixed by other shops, customer service 12/10 best customer service out there if I could give more stars I would.

This place is motorcycle heaven. Whoever helped me was really nice. I'm going to take the motorcycle safety course and I'm really short 5'2 29 inseam. I got to sit on the bikes. It made me so happy. I was told about lowering options for the bikes and short rider tips. Hopefully, after I learn to ride, I will feel confident enough for a sport bike. If I can ride a sport bike I would want to purchase it from here.

John was super helpful throughout the entire process. They worked with my bank to get the items they needed almost immediately. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taking care of. Would definitely buy here again!

My Polaris North Star was kept in service department for months at the time because of some serious gear issues. On time they kept it for almost 6 months and were never able to duplicate the issue according to their service manager. Finally I took it to another dealer and was told that my transmission needs to be replaced. Truck has only 90 hours of driving, 890 miles only on paved roads and looks like transmission was already in bad shape when delivered from the factory. These people either don't know what they doing or and just don't care after you buy from them.

10/10 RECOMMEND!Got a flat rear tire on Higheay 5 just out of town at 3:40 pm, called these guys, they said they have a tire in stock and would stay late to install it if I could make it before closing at 6. It is a Saturday so they'd be close until Tuesday other wise, every other shop in the area closes at 5 or earlier, and also closed until Tuesday. I made it in around 5:15, they helped me out, and got the tire on for me even though they had to stay late to do it, I recommend these guys 100%

This was the second time I went in to only browse, and came home with a new motorcycle. Both times I had received fantastic service and received a bike in excellent condition, put together and adjusted properly! The last time I bought a motorcycle that was not from here, I had nothing but problems with the other dealer, but the guys and gals Valley cycle motorsports are fantastic they will take care of you like you are family.

Some customers have had bad experiences or reviews, but I personally not had any. I recently took my bike at the end of summer and got it out within couple of weeks. Only minor issue I had was one technician was putting the seat cover/cowl back on, the bolts were little longer than stock and tightened too much and it punched indentions out; Was a bummer but I can always replace/vinyl wrap my old one.Update (10/23) I took my bike in earlier in this year and had bad experience. The technicians were helpful in terms of getting work done at relatively quick pace but one removed something that I had both verbally and written down that I did not want it to be. They were going to charge me for the re-installing it despite it was their mess up. I paid for what I had done but not going back there again if avoidable.

my 98 HD had a flat front tire so i got a new tire and wanted it balanced . i took my front wheel to valley cycle to get balanced i bought the tube from valley cycle i already had the new tire.i asked twice if they balanced tires they said yes .i told them to mount the tube and tire and balance it..when i picked it up he says i have to let some air out of it how much do you want in it ?i said whatever it calls for .he replied so about 36 psi. then .i told him whatever it calls for, i guess so. well the part about the air was on the work order and it said they installed tube and tire but nothing about balancing the wheel.i didnt have my glasses so i could not see what was listed i paid the 52 dollars and left.(1)it takes 30 psi he should know that its also on the tire.(2)balancing is not listed on the work order nor does it say i was charged for it.so i assume it wasnt done.i was a mechanic in the U.S.A.R. from 82-88.why would i do all the work and pay them 52 dollars to mount a tire when i could do it just as easy.they didnt do what i thought i paid them for.so i bought a tube and was charged 52 dollars to put it on my wheel and they lied to get the job

Me and my brother had rode about an 1 and a half hours to go look at a 2023 R1. Walked in and staff just looked at us and went on with their business. I waited several minutes to see if someone would assist and no one bothered to come ask to see if i had any questions. Will not even bother trying to buy anything from here. Only came down due to my local dealer not being able to get the R1.

I will tell you that I was greeted and treated with professional and knowledgeable personnel during my visit and service performed on my bike. I was extremely impressed with service, communication and honesty I received from your staff. The fact Rafael answered all my questions, offered suggestions and had my bike cleaned after its repairs was an added surprise. I will recommend Valley Cycle to all my friends and family and I want to thank Rafael for the great service!

The customer service at this location was excellent and the young man Adrian Torres that helped me purchase my RZR was very helpful and made this process very easy. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

Excellent Dealership and sales people, parts department was great to deal. How dealerships should be when buying, no high pressure, no bait and switch, no stupid comments, hassle free, enjoyable experience . Very happy i went with them for my rzr purchase

Just want to say thanks to Julian and david for the good customer service, I felt Julian went Lil extra to help find fuel pump for my 2018 xp4 1000 and for David keeping it safe at the counter til I got there to pick it up from dove springs ..... Osuna family iwas happy that memorial weekend wasn t cut shortThanks again

Just bought 22 Polaris Rzr here and it was overall a great experience. Ask for Shane! This guy knew his products and also made recommendations. Very personable and easy to talk to. I ll definitely come back to buy my second.

I brought my pro xp in for a warranty repair of a leak from what I thought was the output shaft seal. They replaced it were awesome to work with. Well after another month the leak came back a couple days before my warranty was set to expire. They Julian from the Valley Cycle took it back in and fought with Polaris to still accept the warranty work to pull out the transmission and fix the real source of the leak. There was great communication throughout the process. they even let my unit sit for 2 weeks while I was out of town before I could come pick it up. Overall a very excellent experience from Valley Cycle.

Yeah, I spent a lot of money but enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me tons of choices without feeling pressured. I was very surprised by the ease of the process and how quickly I was in and out. I decided over a year ago to purchase a side by side and Valley cycle gave me the confidence to pull the trigger here. Very satisfied!

Is leave a great comment for Julian, Rafael and everyone in the service department who fixed The Jack (my Turbo S) every-time I broke it and brought it in always pending something important I have to do. Any shop that deals with a customer like me and does more professionally and courteously as this team has deserves 5 Stars. A big thank you, Im sure youll see me again later, hopefully not sooner!"

Wow, what a difference a new owner can make. Previously Kern County Powersports was called Valley Cycle & Motorsports. With that owner it was the worst motorcycle shop Bakersfield had ever seen. Employees used to say "this would be a great place for a motorcycle shop." But that type of business reputation can only allow you to last so long. In comes professional motorcycle racer and race bike builder Bryce Prince and what a difference! It's like day and night! And to make things even more amazing they've hired the best mechanic Bakersfield has ever seen, Scott Tillery. Many of you might remember that great mechanics shop, R Tillery Powersports. Scott is also a highly successful former racer. With the combination of new ownership, a new chief mechanic and the phenomenal service manager, Brea, this is one amazing shop. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

Shane was knowledgeable about all Polaris models and helped me choose what best fit my riding use. He was very patient with my questions and back and forth about financing for few days. Just got back from my first ride. I do wish the fuel tank was filled! Minor overlook when I picked up vehicle, thank you again.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Julian took care of my bike and did a great job. The price for labor and parts was fair. I came in for an oil change and they brought my attention to things that needed repaired on my bike that I wasn t aware and worked with me on the price, overall I m satisfied with the work. They pay attention to detail; they even inflated my front tire that I didn t even know was low.

The service department here is great. Throughout the process Julian was constantly keeping me updated and never once did I feel as if I wasn t in the loop. From dropping off the bike to picking it up I never had a bad moment. Julian was true to his word from the first moment we spoke. They also finished repairing my bike a lot sooner than expected. Definitely 10/10.

Jamal and Zane did an amazing job working with me to get my bike. Anytime I called they answered and helped answer my questions. Jamal was even willing to deliver to my house which was above an beyond what I expected any dealership to do for me. I really do appreciate them both and they really changed my perspective on my thoughts on Dealerships. I always tended to avoid them but after working with both of these guys, it really changed my perspective. Thank you again!
