Got me in and out in a day. Had to come to the area to recover a truck. Everyone else didn t wanna do the work but these guys got me right in and was up front about the repairs and cost. Thanks a lot guys

Dennis and Josh busted their butts to fix 4 brake linings that had a slight crack and had me shut down until fixed. Worked hard and had a great attitude about a job that wasn't fun. Waited for me to pass inspection before they left. Really felt like they had my back from start to finish. Thanks!

My name is Bom. I do OTR out of California, for my family business. I was home from a East Coast Trip. I was worried about my brakes on my 26ft box truck. I was in Buttonwillow California for my 10 hour reset. I contacted JTS Truck Repair to have them inspected. The mechanic's name was Josh. He did a wonderful job. He was thorough with his service. He checked everything and made sure the truck was good to go. He did amazing and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with the knowledge he provided and the services done on the truck. If you have any car or truck issues I recommend contacting them. He was awesome. Thank you Josh! I appreciate your help and all the information you provided for my truck. I'm grateful. Keep up the great work!

I ve been so busy, but have finally found the time to post my review of the services I received not only from JTS, but from Dennis! Dennis was tremendous and went out of his way to ensure I got back on the road ASAP. I can t thank him or JTS enough for their services! Highly recommend

Abel came out to a Pilot in Bakersfield today to repair the ABS on my trailer. Not only did he get it done in a timely manner, he got it done in 106� weather while I hid in my truck with the AC blasting. Thank you Abel for your hard work. I strongly recommend JTS Truck Repair to get you back on the road quickly. 5 stars for sure!!!

Dennis came through and was determined to have me rolling. Broke down @ 10:30pm he arrived around 2 am, he couldn t save the part so he drove over an hour away to retrieve the part and had me up and rolling by 8am. It s nice when you come across an individual that takes pride in their work, and clearly he does! If you re ever in this area and need some assistance don t hesitate on reaching out to JTS and hopefully you get lucky with Dennis!

My truck broke down on the grapevine. Within minutes Adam called and gave me ETA and was there when he said. His goal was to get me up and going asap. He quickly solved my issue and I was on the road. I will definitely be calling JTS truck service if I ever need Help again. Adam did an excellent job on a FUBAR trailer that caught the wrong side of an explosive tire blow out that knocked out my driver side trailer stop lights, my DOT bar, and my mud flap. I went to two different shops and they couldn't do anything about it. At least now, I can drive down the road DOT legal before this trailer gets a cosmetic surgery to restore it. Adam was patient, inventive, and innovative to get the trailer fixed up and road worthy.

ABEL service technician came through fast and serviced my 2018 freightliner when I got stuck downhill on the 5 south 3 miles before Valencia.Got the truck running super fast and I was on my way!Super friendly, knows his diesel engines, and even called me on his way if I wanted a drink from the store that I gladly accepted.Overall an amazing experience.Will use them again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our alternator seized in Lebec as we pulled into the rest area.Looking online through available shops i picked JTS. I Called and their dispatch was great. She reassured us that someone was on their way and we would be looked after. This was on Thanksgiving weekend.The local JTS mobile service mechanic Nick showed up.Nick went above and beyond making us feel confident and safe in a very scary situation for us ( we live in Canada). Nick got us our new alternator and had us on our way as promised.We had to stay a couple nights in our travel trailer and since we had no car, Nick offered to drive us to get groceries on his own time after work.we did not need that but it helped make us feel taken care of.I can't thank Nick and the JTS team enough.i highly recommend this crewThanks Nick!!Service: Electrical

Repair tech ABEL. Came thru for me and fixed my trailer air bag within 45 min he was on site and getting the job done. I RECOMMEND!!! Within 2 hours I was on the road again

Total Robbery. Advised them our truck broke down with a blown turbo hose clamp. They went out with none or the wrong size. The tech drove around to find a part. 2k for the road call and tech stated he knocked off 2hrs.terrible

We were stranded on a Sunday afternoon. Most places are closed. The tow truck couldn't tow our bus because the back brakes were locked. Called JTS and they had a 24 hour emergency mobile repair. The mechanic named Abel showed up and was quick to unlock them! Price was fair and Abel was very nice. After that service we had the bus towed to them!

Adam showed up quickly, outstanding performance he called the dealer ship but the part was on national back order. He did his magic and fixed the switch!!!! Got me back on the road. He's the man!!!!!

Was stuck on the side of the road, debris from a wreck went under my truck and took out my air lines. These guys came out quick and took care of me in 30 mins. Adam was awesome! Even gave me some ice cold water 10/10

JTS is a great company. The work is spot on and they are very flexible with our schedule. Beau and Allen provide excellent customer service. The crews they send out are very knowledgeable and can take time to give me info on repairs needs. I feel very confident on having JTS maintain our fleet. I think this place deserves a higher rating!My freightliner m2 had a very bad oil leak, and I was recommended this place by the local moving company.To my surprise, I got my truck inspected right upon arrival and within 10 minutes diagnosed with a problem.The job was completed in a timely manner and I was charged the correct amount for the labor time and parts.I am very glad that there are places left where they don't take advantage of their customers and do a fair business!!!I really recommend this shop and special thanks to the general manager Alan.Roman

Had different company come out day before to fix non operational trailer lights. 5 hours and couldn't fix it. Abel came out the next day and had the problem fixed and I was on my way in less than an hour. Great service and great customer service.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This shop was a real life saver. We were driving through Bakersfield, on our way to see our granddaughter, and our water pump went out . I called all over town and was told it would be two weeks before anyone could get to it. I called JTS and spoke to the manager, Alan, and told him that we have to get to our granddaughters. He told me If you get it towed here, I'll have you on the road by 5 tomorrow. We got it there and he had Gerardo, the technician, get right on it. It was 105�out and we have 2 dogs. Alan let us stay in our RV with the AC running the whole day. Gerardo got the job done and we were out of there at 5:30. They could have charged us anything they wanted but they didn't. The price was fair and the quality of work was top notch. We've put over 1500 miles on it and have had no problems. Thank you Alan and Gerardo. Our 6 weeks with our granddaughter was amazing thanks to you two. Forever grateful, Wayne and Christune.Service: Body & Trim

Adam was the tech came out after hours was a great conversation holder even while working super friendly and willing to go the extra mile not only got my trailer light fixed but went and got my landing gear handle fixed but the handle he picked up was the wrong length for my type of trailer and he went back and got the correct one no hesitation and even offered to custom make one to get me back on the road if no shop had one definitely a great guy and would definitely recommend him and his services when someone is in need 5 star top notchService: Electrical
