The service I received was efficient and as promised. The engine problem I had was diagnosed quickly and the appropriate repairs were made in the time promised. Gabriel, the service writer was very easy to deal with and kept in communication throughout. I would come back again.

It was my first time to use quick lane for oil change service to my RV. Staff was friendly. Glad they were able to accomodate my RV although not much area to park it but I found a space to park it. I was in and out in 45 minutes. EXCELLENT Service!

The easiest and quickest experience ever! Matthew Munoz was beyond amazing with great communication constantly keeping me updated and informed, felt like my car was a priority to him and that he cared to listen about the issues going on with my car. Completely different experience, felt assured my car was being fixed properly and that I was taken care of as a customer, as well as Miguel Carillo very welcoming and just made the whole experience an easy process.

Elias was wonderful. He kept me informed every step of the way, he called every day with an update on my RV, which I really appreciated, and when the RV was ready, but the weather was bad because of the snow and I would have to come through Tehachapi. he was very nice. He said don t worry about it when you guys can come safely you come pick up the RV, Elias has excellent customer service skills and I am looking forward to working with him only, the next time I have to bring my RV out to Jim Burke

Misty gets five stars. We were given incorrect information when we called the general phone number and drove an hour and a half. But she listened to what we'd been told and worked us in. We thank her! Work on truck was all good.

If I could give it a negative, I would. I had a tow truck show up to pick up my vehicle from this crooked dealership, because the lemon they sold me has had ongoing transmission issues and recalls since I purchased it. The tow truck driver called me and said the dealership handed him my keys and told him to go find it himself. When he did, he asked me to come and help him push my car, because no one there would start the car and bring it to the service driveway, when I went down there two employees told me to go find someone myself, because they weren't going to help me. Elias Munoz left me voice mail, saying, "I helped push your car bro, it wasn't a big deal". As if that was the initial issue. I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I recommend you don't either, unless you want headache after headache. Please spare me your pre-typed or apology, talking about how you'd like to make things right. It won't be necessary. You'll never have my business again. I will be contacting the DMV and making a formal complaint, as well as Consumer Affairs, BBB, and anyone else who will help.

Jim Burke Collision Care fixed my truck accident making it easy, scheduling around my need for this crucial asset, interfaced with insurance, were helpful and pleasant even when an unexpected electrical issue was found, which they resolved with a knowledgeable manager. We developed an electrical issue in our 2018 Ford chassis motorhome and having no luck with our local Winnebago dealer (they said it was a Ford issue), we went to Jim Burke Ford for help. After three weeks in their shop, they gave up without a fix. We took it to another shop and they found a stuck blinker relay in 3 hours, reset it, and we're now on the road again. I give 2 stars because the service writer did keep us updated, and in the end they only charged us for one hour of diagnostics. However it would seem to me that a stuck blinker relay would be something that could have been found in their shop. Overall, not very positively impressed.

I had my oil changed with Jim Burke Quick Lane at the Auto Mall. The next day when I backed my truck out of the garage, I found to my surprise, a puddle of oil on my garage floor. When they drained the oil they let it run into a shield that covers the engine, transmission and catalytic converters. They didn t clean the oil from the shield which resulted in the oil dripping and splattering the underside of my truck and getting on my garage floor. I returned to Jim Burke so they could clean my truck. Very sloppy work on their part.

Everything was smooth and exceeded expectations at the time of service. A few days later I am suddenly getting a TPM code about a sensor fault. Traumatized by a job that I had in my late teens where I found out that the product I was selling door to door was bait and switch for shops that actually did break customers vehicles in order to get them to pay for repairs, I have conspiracies brewing in my head now. Yes I quit that job after a few customers approached me with their seemingly impossible stories.

Overall work was great and service rep kept me updated on progress. Only complaint was the time the repairs took. I was originally told it would be completed by Wednesday, then Thursday. On Thursday night I was informed it wouldn t be done until Friday, even though I d let them know I needed the vehicle for a trip on Friday Morning. I ended up having to rent a vehicle for my trip. Unfortunately they didn t have any rentals available so I had to use a third party.Service: Engine repair

The lady at the counter was not very happy with her job. Mind you, it s only 10 am and she looked so tired and disgusted already. Very poor service. It felt like I was a bother to her. She offered other clients a ride if they are not waiting but she didn t offer anything to me. I was watching her the whole time I was waiting for my car and she looked like she can t wait to go on her break. I ve been a costumer for a very long time. That is already my fourth Ford vehicle that I bought with you guys and this is the first time I ve experience that. Izzy Ruiz was really good before. That lady doesn t have any business at the front desk. She needs to be at the back where there s no customer service happening. I think her name is Yessenia. Despite of her attitude, I didn t have problem with my car being serviced.

I ve purchased my Ford explorer three years ago and I ve already had to take it in 2 to 3 times with transmission problems and still cannot get it right it s frustrating not having my vehicle after I put so much deposit down on it. Was without my vehicle for a month two days later it s back at the shop.
