I've been getting my car serviced here for about 2 years. Overall, the service is good; they are thorough and are good about advising me of upcoming services I will need (brakes, filters, etc.) without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I drive a lot for work and I feel confident that my car will run well after they take care of it.

Great knowledge & fast service. We needed assistance with 2 RV fuel pumps, tricky parts but Jesse took the time to ensure we got the right parts. Highly recommend!

They didn't start working on it until 20 minutes after I arrived for my appointment and was there 1.5 hours for oil change, but I brought a book to read so it was fine. I do like how you can check electronically for updates regarding how long. Also the lady at the counter was friendly and quick.

Wish I had a better rating for this great dealership but sorry I can't. This service need help!Stopped in for the "Quick Lane" service without a reservation. They encourage it....Short wait...hour and a half to do oil change only.Girl at desk was having a bad day. Very curt both on arrival and at departure.After service done when I went to car, the windshield washer had been ran ex excessively...for what reason I don't know...(I had just had my car washed before coming in) and the windshield and doors were covered with dried wiper fluid.Went back...contacted to desk girl...asked for manager. He apologized and window was halfway cleaned...left it streaked and the doors still covered in dyed wiper fluid.Got on the freeway and the hood had not been securely fastened.Need to step up their game.Maybe a manager in the office area and check the car when it's being returned.

Service was reasonable and professional. I was travelling and was well past due for an oil change and was able to schedule one here relatively quick. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

VERY impressed with their service. I brought my motorhome in about 2pm on a very busy Saturday and they got me right in and did an oil change perfectly. Had a really neat big screen TV with the status of my vehicle and every other one and it was accurate almost to the minute. ADDITIONALLY, I was having a problem on my tow car, a Ford C-Max and Nick the manager looked at it and fixed it AT NO CHARGE! Ruben also helped and they both couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I will recommend them to anyone.

I have one experience. I don t live in the area so I ll likely never be back. I found a screw with one of my tires. It punctured a nice hole in. But the tires are rather new, mileage wise, so a patch seemed appropriate.I found this business where I find most businesses these days - Google. It was a good find.After negotiating a time slot, I arrived and they patched my tire at no cost to me. Remember, I don t live here. I didn t buy the tires from them. But still, no charge.The staff was friendly and efficient. If I lived here, I d be back. I m seriously considering buying a Ford in the future and I d definitely look into this dealership.

Brandon was terrific very helpful I was looking for parts for an older model Ford which were no longer available through Ford. Brandon was knowledgeable about what I needed and helped me find them.

Had my 60,000 engine check up here. Charged only half what Toyota wanted. Very satisfied with their work. Engine maintenance light came on 5 months later. They turned it off free. Treated me like a queen! Highly recommend them.

Jim Burke Ford Service Update:Not the most exciting news this time around. Since it is my 1st time at this location, I was truly hoping for a much better experience with with Ford motor company.I brought our Ford F150 into the "Bakersfield Quick Lane" for a routine transmission service and to check on a transmission sensor that had been recalled for this model. After speaking with a different person every day for a week , I was told that my truck would not be receiving any service Aside from a drive around the block from the manager 'Ralph' who Claimed the vehicle was unfit for service. He has finally responded to my call.Will update progress here...Services: Transmission, Tires

The only reason I come here is I bought a service contract with my truck and it's closer to my home than the Auto Mall (who may be the same). They do a fine job but I've never spent less than an hour there. They do have a nice waiting room with vending machines, I just hate waiting!

By far the best dealership service I've dealt with here in Bakersfield. Quick, organized, and clean. The service adviser, Brandon, was excellent and completely thorough with the process. Definitely will return if I ever have a problem with my Mustang. Have and will recommend to people!

I am not an happy camper. Although they created the problem and just as i thought and like before they never feel what i feel. They want me to ride with them which but my only concern is when i go will it make a difference in what they claim they don't feel? I had took my car in to be serviced for regular maintenance and my wheel alignment checked. I ended up buying a new tire that i regret being i had no issues with how it drove. I just didn't want to chance a used tire after 7 months be put on the highway going on the grapevine in this heat. So they had to rotate the tire with another tire leaving 2 tires unbalanced that wasn't recommended. Once i picked up i noticed a change. I still drove it hoping im tripping (maybe) and it's the street. Not it! Drove the freeway at 80mph and as i thought something is off but i can't pin point it. I took the car back for the issue in my tires i can't pin point and realign my wheels because that definitely wasn't aligned as i was told. Now my alignment was corrected and the other tires were rotated. Still i feel something is off still so i contact the department explain to them i have a lot to do and that once i bring it in. He will them go with me to test drive. That never happened. 3rd time taking it back at 7:30 am. I didnt get my car until after 5 pm. I wasn't pleased at all. How do it take so long to make corrections to a vehicle that has been brought back 3 times. Tires to be exact. It made me feel as if you complain they purposely make you wait and drag out time. Almost 12 hours to tell me they didn't feel anything pertaining to my issue. They went back in history which had nothing to do with why i was bringing my car back for. Which reminded me that i shouldn't of took my car back beino issues just my oil changeup until June 2021 smh i will after i take it back to the service department for the tire issue since i still feel an issue with my tires they claim are good in thread and weight.hhgggnowvvgprior i had about the same issues that again they didn't feel. I had to take my car to another tire place and with no issues. Fixed and not charged. Car was back to normal. Now i regret returning but i truly forgot about the tire issue i had with them prior. Since i have to return my vehicle to the service department for the tire problem im still having and something else that i don't trust being fixed by other than the manufacturing company that knows their vehicle and have close contact with the engineering for that particular vehicle. I will not be returning my vehicle there i have to find another mechanic that knows my vehicle. Something so simple messed something up that they want to be blind too. They're not honest and take way to long. I can't keep bringing my car back and i don't ever get offered a vehicle until my car is ready. My mom warned me and my God i should've listened and remembered my experience the 1st time. Reward points or not i will not be returning to Quick lane oak st or any other ford here. We took our car in for new tires and brakes. We found that we also needed a brake booster, which fortunately was covered by our extended warranty. We were very pleased with the work. Plus Matt called around checking prices on tires. American Tire had them cheaper, so he matched their price for us! Can't do better than that!

With Covid-19, unfortunately, Customer service is on a decline everywhere. I would recommend Quick Lane at Jim Burke Ford.I called Jim Burke Ford to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment last week.-Great customer service, on the phone and at the facility.-They offered me a ride home, while they serviced my vehicle.-The technician called me and kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle and asked if I wanted things like my wiper blades replaced.Recommendations:Have all the Ford dealership's sync. up, track your vehicle by VIN. Had some work done out of state at a Ford dealership, But it does not show up in their system.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Get there early, or you wont get in.. Doors open at 7:30am, and there's always at least a few people waiting at the door to get in. The best would be to drop off the vehicle and get a ride. My oil change and service took about 3 hours. Always busy, always packed

I have taken my car (not a Ford) to the Jim Burke Quick Lane for several service issues. The Service Advisors have ALWAYS gone out of their way to help. The mechanics appear to be top notch and willing to answer any questions. On a more specific note Service Advisor, Yessenia Galvan, was a real pleasure to work with and I just wanted to let her know that Good Service is still recognized!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Quick Lane service @ Jim Burke is to be commended for the quality of service,the professional knowledge of vehicles & for me the most important because of my busy schedule,is the convenience!! Very courteous staff & nice customer lounge. Matthew Munoz service manager is an asset for the business, great customer skills.My new go to Ford service center for my Ford Fiesta & probably my family's vehicles as well.

Went with a friend while her air bag on the passenger side was replaced and fixed due to a recall.They were very courteous and their customer waiting area was very comfortable. Vending machines, TV, and comfortable chairs and a table with four chairs as well.

Service is extremely slow even with a scheduled appointment. 1hr and 40 min for a simple oil change and that's without a tire rotation or brake check.Additionally they took an another 40 min to replace tire pressure sensor

I have a friend that goes here all the time she insists it worth it. There are a few great employees but some of the services are very questionable. My friend got a nail in the side wall so they put a new one on. She went back for her regular service checkups about 3 seperate times and they told her everything is great they even rotated the tires. She asked me to check the air pressure one day and I noticed immediately that they put the wrong size tire on. When she took it in they charged her for a new tire even though it was their mistake. Then they have the nerve to charge her basically full price for 4 new tires even though they were responsible for the other 3 wearing out faster because of the wrong size tire. Then to add insult to injury they charged her for new valve stems but left the old ones on and didn't even put the valve caps back on. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I always go to Ford Quick lane for $45.00 you can get my oil change ,tires rotated,they even chack your battery and how much power you have left on it. They wash your car it's great my daughter and I why we waited, had free WiFi, coffee,water uses of there computer all why sitting in comfortable chairs. I forgot they have TV too. And they are very quick professional even the guys working on the vehicle are very professional they're so nice and then they just talk to you they're just great I just want to say thank you Quick Lane Ford Oak Street you've got to go there it's good.

Great place for a quick oil change. Can't beat Motorcraft oils for Ford and other makes. Great quality oil, fast service. Sometimes they have donuts, they always have vending machines and cold bottles water. Very clean, and busy.

I live near the Quick Lane and take my Mini Cooper in for service. The manager Nick is always helpful. He even fixed an engine light and saved me from going to the Mini dealer in Valencia. Thanks so much!

I am truly starting to hate this place. I arrived Saturday morning at 7am, just for an employee to tell me they don't open till 8am. I mention that it says 7am onlone. His response was, well I've been working here for 20 years and it's always been 8am. And that's when I got upset. Instead of just saying he will look into it or tell someone he challenges me. This place has horrible customer service, if it weren't for the fact that my car was still in warranty I would not come here and avoid it like the plague!So now I am wasting an extra hour of my time because they can't be diligent enough to check the time of hours of operation that's listed for them.If you don't have to come here, DON'T COME!!!!

How can they be a 2nd party dealer linked to Ford; and not be able to align a 2021 F150? - I feel like there s a lady working there who s basically a bouncer trying to kick anyone out who s service isn t an oil change. Normally, I service my Ford at Kieffe and Sons Ford in Mojave. But I had an issue with a lug nut on one of my wheels. They were able to take me, and since I carry spares in my emergency road kit, they replaced the bad one with one of those. Checked the torque on the others. Everything was fast and they didn't charge me for it. The mechanics were great about it and the service advisor Misty was very helpful. Service like this is why I stay with the Ford brand and bring them to Ford Dealer service centers. I always get top notch service. Whether it is Vista Ford, Galpin, Keiffe and Sons and now Jim Burke. Keep up the good job guys and if I ever move to Bako, I know where I am having my Fords serviced!
