I changed my oil 2 weeks ago and today while I was going to Visalia I got this notification from my car. If I could give jiffy lube 0 stars I would. Now I gotta go and change my oil again.

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for the last 20 years and I have been very satisfied with your service. Not to mention your employees always being very kind and helpful in making sure my vehicle stays in good condition. I have recommended Jiffy Lube to many people in the film industry in which I work and will continue to do so.

The team at Jiffy Lube was excellent. They were efficient and comprehensive. They checked my vehicle for any safety and mechanical issues. They discussed pricing before and explained all work which I approved first. I liked going there because I know what to expect good work, good service at a reasonable cost.

Amazing customer service. Made me feel valued and kept me in the loop the whole time. Usually I feel awkward when I bring my Escalade in for Oil changes, NOONE talks to me and keeps me updated on what's going on. That didn't happen here! Amazing guys! Friendly, professional and great customer service! If only all Jiffy Lubes were this way! I'll never forget you guys! Thank you!

Came to this establishment recently to get a high mileage oil change. I believe Carlos was the person that helped me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service was quick and efficient. My overall experience was excellent.

Carlos and Tim, and the rest of the team did an outstanding job. It was my first time there. I was impressed by their patience in trying to change my brakes. One of the screws was stuck from my last brakes service at a different auto workshop, so it took over an hour to get it unscrewed, but they didn't give up. I strongly recommend Jiffy Lube on North Chester. Also, the staff is very friendly and courteous. They deserve 5 stars.Service: Brakes

I had an Oil Change there and the service men worked efficiently. They explained what they were going to do before the work was done, like checking the transmission fluid, water level and oil level among other thing that they checked.

Friendly, helpful, and fast today. The waiting area is nice and cool too! These guys do hard work in the heat and are still friendly. They even put up with me and my coupons

They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I was taken care of very quickly. Will definitely be going back. The staff was very friendly and polite. Most shops make me dread car maintenance appointments They even showed me the pieces they were changing to my car.. (new and old) love that. And I was even walked to my car.

These guys are amazing. Daniel, Blayne and Kennith have saved me numerous times with speedy service, attention to detail, and the utmost professionalism, ensuring that I'm aware of any problematic situations that may occur or that had already occurred and that they resolved while showing me what they did so that I can be educated on what's going on. Also great conversation and wonderful individuals themselves outside of their professionalism.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I probably wrote this several times but, I went there today for a oil change and some other things that needed to be checked. And these guys are Awesome and Kenny and Blayne are a great Team.. I used to take my service truck there until they took advantage of the fleet account. I went in for an oil change, they pump out my transmission, & differential then brought me an authorization... Then the charged for wipers that were never installed... Frank is a bad manager! Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location

This location was friendly service. My car had a oil change that was quick. Luckily I didn't sit in the office for a long time waiting. The staff explained any issues. I was told that they didn't have a code reader. One of the guys did. I didn't get his name. He was able to find the code and tell me what was needed. My experience was better than I thought it would be. For the guys at the shop, Thank you for helping.

Ken, Nick & Arnold are awesome! It was my first time visiting this location and they were more than helpful! They didn t try to get me to pay for a bunch of extra stuff I didn t need. I was in and out in no time. They were so polite and friendly! This is by far the best experience I ve ever had while getting my car serviced. I ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles to this location!! Thanks guys!

I've been getting my oil change here for both vehicles for a while now. Forgot to get around to reviewing them. Switched to them by chance, due to being near by. Stayed with them for my past 3 oil changes, as well as transmission flush due to their quick service and quick to answer staff. The staff are friendly, and personable. Just looking to answer your questions and get you back on the road. Will be using them continually.

My experience was great all around, definitely with Kenneth I appreciate his work,& labor ,he got a task done that other places would not do,& didn't charge!!!!!!! I will definitely get what ever services I can get done there when I'm able. THANKYOU once again.Have to prepare,or take in a meal to him to show my gratitude

I went for an oil change & to have my transmission fluid level checked. They found multiple issues, filters & spark plugs, for an example. Another great place to take your vehicles. Workers are very knowledgeable at what they are doing. And management is very very helpful. Will to work with you. Honest guys and very respectable. Won't try to get over on you. Low on cash take your vehicles here. Any work that they can do on your vehicles let them.

Because I didn t want their brand of oil, I had to go to the parts store and supply my own... and then had to supply my own filter!!! Was then charged FULL PRICE for the oil change!!! Only got credit for a single QUART of oil. A whole whopping $2!! Biggest ripoff of any oil change facility I ve ever been to in the 30+ states I ve been to and had oil changes

Kennith and Blayne are AMAZING!!! I needed an oil change and these are definitely the guys to go to. They checked everything for me. I highly recommend these guys to all the lady's that got burned by mechanics that over charged them and didn't get the job done. Thank you guys sooo much. I really appreciate you guys.

Honest crew, did not double charge me. I Had a Groupon for another place and they redirected me because I already paid for the Groupon when they easily could have just did the service and charged me. Definitely going back next time, plus they were offering $20 off coupons

Either Timothy or Juan didn't notice a brand new water pump when I was told that my truck was excessively leaking coolantNow I don't know how a person couldn't see a brand new water pump when he was pulling the dipstick to check the oil level after the service was done.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
