They are professional and they did very good job on my truck and trailer.i always go there for alignment.staff if very nice and friendly.you have to make appointment before reach there becoz they are husy all the time .but they take you on time and give your vehicle back on time.

They had the shocks I needed for my w900 no one had them in town went to Kenworth every shop on union no luck will start getting my parts here they have better quality parts then most places in Bakersfield.

Came in for advice with my trailer and they took their time to walk me through it. The 2 guys upfront in service were excellent and represent what America stands for. Will gladly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Travis over in parts, essential individual, jack of all trades. Excellent customer service every single time. I'm not trying to give him more work with customers but definitely the man to go to over at parts, I always recommend him over at Jerry & Keith.

This business is ran very well! Friendly knowledgeable staff in Parts department, really good prices once you setup an account with them. They will actually call you and leave a voicemail when stuff you ordered comes in. I have a small fleet of trucks and trailers and i order as much stuff through them as i can.Brake shoes, drums, airbags, all types of filters, oil, electrical parts. etc. Great inventory of name brand parts.

Jos� at the service department knows exactly what he's doing. They managed to bend my travel trailer frame right back and then did an awesome alignment which made a dramatic difference in the way it pulled down the road. Best place in town for trailer parts. Customer service here is through the roof. If they don t have a part they call around to see who has it so you do t have to be running around.

Great service. Only thing I do not like is that they can't look for parts with vin number. Other than that they are great.

It was an in and out purchase I asked for what I needed, and Josh who was helping me show me what they had and told me the fitments specifications. And made it a speedy purchase. Great customer service.

We only bring our trailers for inspection, maintenance and possibly repairs. They get things done right on the first try. Great job!!! Keep up the good work.

They do the best triller alignment and they have all you need for parts I don't know about the prices but I think it's fair professional and they do it right from the first time

Opened up the store at 3AM In the morning employee on call was professional and friendly and willing to help had a rare container tire lug nut and hold down highly recommend place to buy your parts
