One star for wasting my time today by answering the phone to tell me all your techs were on their day off. Then please update your times as this is not 24 hour service nor emergency service as your website states. Also, I don t know if you have multiple adds but I called another number that also claims 24 hour service and guess what? The same lady answered to tell me the same thing that all her techs were out today. Really? No point in having multiple ads if you have no one to send out? Second star is because I m nice.

I called this company when I got locked out of my car. I put my purse and keys down in my seat and my door shut and my keys got locked in the car. A nice young lady let me use her phone and I called them and the guy on the phone told me that it would be $45 to come and unlock my car. When the gentleman finally arrive, he gets there and before he unlocks the car says that they charge $150. It was 3x the amount the gentleman said on the phone when I called. They were definitely trying to get over on me. I have had my car unlocked for $65 at the most. The whole reason I told them to come was because he said it would be $45. Shame on them for taking advantage of a mom with kids outside in the cold. I ended up paying $100, but even that was too much. But o had already been waiting for an hour, because the guy said he came and I didn't see him. Told them where I would be and that I didn't have a phone. So I wanted to get into a warm car with my kids and go home. The guy that arrived struggled to open the door. He had no idea what he was doing. I had to help him and tell him where to pull to get the door opened. Then hold the light for him too.. he took like 15 min to get it open and if I didn't help we would of been there longer. All in all, the service was definitely not worth $100. Then when I went to pay with my card he said the boss said they already disconnected the machine. It was 7pm and they didn't close till 10pm. They still had 3 hours of time to be open. It was a scam, not worth the money I spent.

I was recently locked out of my apartment and I called them to help me. They were able to come to my assistance within an hour and got me back inside quickly and efficiently. If you're ever in a jam, this is the place to call

Great customer service great and speedy service very nice and professional guy...I lost my car keys he made me a new car key with alarm and had me back on the road in less than an hour ..he made my day brighter with his speedy service and not so expensive prices...he is very reasonable and professional guy....thank you again my friend

I was locked out of my house and needed to get back in, so I called a locksmith. Christian showed up in a timely manner, made me a new key and I was able to get back inside without any problems
