We are so very happy with the deal we made at Haddad Dodge yesterday. We had no intention of trading in the vehicle that I ve loved so much these past four years, but as we were having her serviced at KIA, right next door my hubby saw this beautiful Dodge RAM in my favorite color, and upon meeting a wonderful, new and young salesman, Vicente, he did an amazing job in working his best in getting us a great deal, we couldn t pass it up. Thank you, Vicente. Dodge is truly blessed to have you as part of team. I look forward to stopping in to visit when I have her serviced. Five stars for Vicente!!!

If I could give dodge service 0 stars I would. Something is physically wrong with my car I have took it in twice this month and they keep telling me nothing is wrong when I can see my brakes smoking and all the heat spots on the rotters when I drive I feel my brakes literally getting stuck.I can t tell you how many times I have took my car and and it is mis diagnosed and I have to take it elsewhere to get looked at and provide them with videos of what the car is doing for them to realize something is wrong.The mechanics and all service members are a freaken joke!!So I would never buy another dodge vehicle so I don t have to deal with their service department.

Jesse Aguilar is the best sales man that I have met in all these years. Trust me, he ll take care of you. I walked into the dealership to look at the trucks and he ask me what I was looking for. He showed me different options and gave me an estimated payment. I told him that I didn t feel comfortable with that payment amount and then told him what my budget and terms were. His answer was Let me see what I can do boss He was able to come through with my offer with no ifs or buts. Thank you Jesse Aguilar for the fast and smooth transaction. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I definately recommend Jesse Aguilar for his great customer service and professionalism.

Had terrible experience with service in all the recalls to our 2020 Dodge Ram, my husband had to walk to work, at times 1 week or other times for 2 weeks because they didn't have rentals. Finally truck broke down I was so upset, so we exchanged to a Durango with promises that I would get,$ 5, 000 back and my truck payment $565 we had just made when truck broke down, and runners for easy access. Ismael gave me the run arounds always saying he would take care of it so it's been over a month and and it's not taken care of, but I did receive most of $5,000.....Something needs to be done for better customer service and keeping your promises. With all this I got sick with a migraine headache and anxiety. I also mentioned to Ismael if I was going to get back Gab ins of the truck, Credit union stated I should be getting it back too.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst place to take your vehicle to get serviced. When you schedule an appointment they don't tell you you have to leave your vehicle for at least 2 days... And this is just to run a diagnostic to see why its making weird noise. So now my husband hasn't worked for two days and i call to check the status and find out they still haven't even touched it. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service experience .Dropped off my vehicle and took 3 weeks to get it back to me. Had booster malfunction and dealership had to order a new booster and my vehicle only has 17,000 miles. When I was told it was ready for pickup I drove it around the block and my speed did not exceed past 10 miles an hour it felt like my transmission was out. I drove it back to the service department and they checked it out one day later and told me that the brake light pedal switch was out and they broke it on accident and it caused the transmission to act up and go Haywire . The brake switch was all that needed to be fixed to fix the transmission. My reason for a two star rating is I was given four different stories on why my vehicle is taking long to get fixed I bumped it up to a number two star rating because I had to ask for them to wash my vehicle being it was there for 3 weeks. It got washed and vacuumed so I upped my rating. Communication was horrible at the beginning until I had to start calling every single day and the last 2 days is when an actual manager started calling me to give me the status on my vehicle. They asked me four times on the phone on different days if when I get my vehicle back when I do the survey if I could give them all 10's. REALLY!!!M y Worst experience at a service dealership. SMH!

CAUTION! If your getting ANY service done, please double check they did what they charged you for. They said they did some stuff and clearly it wasn't done. I spoke with the owner John Haddad and he laughed about it. He checked into it with his security peraonnel and confirmed what I said. Security went back looked at the tapes cofirmed my suspicions never refunded me my money nor even offered an apology. No one was fired or reprimanded. I've been to dozens of dodge dealerships and this is by far the worst!!!

I went to four different dealerships to shop for a new truck.Haddad was the farthest from my home but by FAR the most impressive. Jennifer Gomez got me in the door with her friendly demeanor and quick/accurate responses to my questions. Nick Martin was everything I hope for in a sales rep - Knowledgeable, Professional, Not Pushy. Nick really went the extra mile to help me feel confident about the purchase.Thank you both for helping me buying this 2022 RAM 1500 LARAMIE - I am loving the truck thus far!

Go there and ask for Jesse. The guy will take care of you like none other. I really didn t think I d get approved for what I did. Him and Ismael really made the whole buying experience as quick and pain free as possible. All the while giving me the best deal and finding rebates for me. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

I have been going to Haddad Dodge for years and I must say I've never been disappointed by their sales or service! My son purchased his first vehicle from Haddad Dodge years ago and since then I have continued to do business with them and so as my son and his Company. The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable and the Service Department in my opinion is top-notch never had an issue they get me in and they get me right out! If you were looking for a pre-owned vehicle or a new one I highly recommend Haddad Dodge they will treat you like family!

I had an emergency with a faulty def system for my diseal truck. The next morning Ruben gave me a call and got the parts needed to have have my truck back ASAP. He followed up as needed to stay informed. Thank you for taking care of what was needed to get done. I can go back to work now. Will definitely keep this service dealership for any future repairs.

its horrible experience we went there today for new car they run mine credit without mine conserving first first they told us they did the new car for zero APR but after that when we went there and they didn t do it and they are run my credit put on mibe credit specifically aware these guys name victor and chirs.

David and ish did an amazing job with achieving our goal on trading in my car for another vehicle. David was very responsive and easy to get ahold of and did everything in his power to make it happen. Ish also did an amazing job and everything he was able to do to get us into the vehicle that we wanted while being patience with us to work reasonable numbers to satisfy us.Overall had an amazing experience and if I could give a 10 star I would but 5 is max.

I took my Chrysler 300 in for a ticking sound. Oscar Hernandez was the Service Tech that helped me getting my car fixed by working with the mechanic. Oscar kept me informed on the on going investigation to the problem with my car. Once identified I was called told of the problem and approved the cost. Parts was ordered immediately and in 24 hours my car was fixed and I was surprised when picking up my car the price was even a little less than price quoted. After going to pick my car up we discovered that my battery was bad in my car. Oscar spoke to the Manager and said I was on a fixed income having spent what I could I would have to wait for the new battery they helped me out with discounting the price so I could afford the new battery. I m a senior on fixed income. Thank you Oscar Hernandez and to the Service Manager for everything. I definitely give 5 stars

Salesman Rickey is the man if you intend to buy here, I got a 2022 Ram 2500. He took care of everything I needed to make a decision to purchase this truck. He delivered the truck to my house 45 minutes away twice, once for the deal and after some extras were added at the dealership. Highly recommend Rickey.

Went in today to order a part for my car the Gentleman at the Department area was very nice and helpful answered all my questions as I was stressed out he took a load off my back once I new I could order the part for my car and could be here faster then two weeks Juan Guitterez at the Parts Department explained everything I needed to know he s a Great Employee! give that man a Raise we ll Deserved Happy Client Thank you Haddad Dodge for your Service!

Took in my Jeep Wrangler for shock replacement due to them leaking. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I received great customer service. I was scheduled to take it in two days later which was pretty fast considering how busy they are. I was assigned to Oscar Hernandez which also greeted me with great customer service from the moment I arrived. Oscar Hernandez went out of his way to make sure all my damaged shocks were replaced and had my vehicle ready within a day. Previously I had taken it to Jeep in Bakersfield and had a horrible experience. I am very thankful for his help and making sure my vehicle was taken care of. I am very pleased and I hope dealers hire more people like him.

Do not trust this dealership with your information. They ran my credit numerous times without my consent after I specifically explained that I only wanted it submitted to one bank. They don t even have a signed credit application from me, will pursue the matter legally. Buyer beware.

Rueben in the sale department has been great. We moved to Bakersfield a couple years ago and now service both of our vehicles at Haddad Dodge in Bakersfield. Went looking to buy a van, dealer was asking nearly the same price for a used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan with 32,000 miles on it as they were for a brand new 2020 model. Ended up finding a 2019 with 15,500 miles for about $15,000 LESS (yes, that's fifteen thousand less!) at Barber Honda......oh yeah, the van I bought still had the remainder of it's manufacturer warranty AND Barber Honda GAVE me a 20-year 250,000 mile powertrain warranty also!Thank you Haddad Dodge for making me run in the other direction!
