Best auto repair we have done business with. G&G has done previous repairs on our vehicles and we are completely satisfied by the workmanship and honesty. G&G have been our go to automotive repair shop. They stand behind their products and repairs and customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend G&G to all our friends and family for their repair needs. G&G has always met or exceeded our expectations with the repairs we needs.

Have been to them twice for an alternator replacement and differential leak. Got us in ASAP both times and had the vehicle returned within a couple days. Very responsive and communicative. Prices might be a little high, but the quality and convenience are worth it.

I just brought in my Chrysler 300 for new struts n they did a great job as always. I been coming to GnG for a few years now n have no complaints. My girlfriend also brings in her 2021 Camry when needed n they been great with that car as well

G & G Auto is very professional, clean and neat. They treated me and son very well. Michael communicated in a timely manner and didn't delay in getting our car back to us. The Pricing was fair and up front with excellent quality work. Michael took the time to explain the needed repairs. I will definitely go back for maintenance on my vehicles and recommend G & G to my family and friends.

Took my Ford taurus in for an oil change they got me in and out quickly. I felt at ease and like I was in good hands there. Took my car to the dealership, and they told me I needed an engine filter when I changed it five minutes before I left for my appointment. I will definitely be taking my cars here.

When my wife s passenger seat got stuck fully forward making me sit in the back seat, I was struggling to figure out where to get it fixed. The dealership had a wait till December and with a baby on the way that wasn t an option.I called G&G and they had us in that afternoon. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part ordered and installed the next day. They communicated the process and pricing before any work was done and were so nice and made me feel welcomed throughout the process.I know finding a shop you can trust can be tough but I found a gem here and will definitely take our cars back when problems occur!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

I am a single dad who drives over 700 total miles to be with my son on the weekends. I am DSP who helps intellectually disabled people live an independent life, I do a lot of driving.I m always running just above water with my finances, I don t spend anything on me.I had did a meter check on my car before showing up. I kinda had an idea of what was wrong but I m no mechanic.Mike was working with me and he gave me a lay out of what normally happens. I had to say thank you and go about my day and figure things out. I didn t have the finances for what was talked about.Mike stopped me and we worked it out in conversation how they could help me.I am so grateful for G&G and Mike. I m back on the road and I can see my son this weekend plus get back to working.They treated me like a person who needed help and they could help me.Nothing was discounted or given away. We just talked and he figured out how they could help me.I am grateful for the experience and they will always be my mechanic. It was a great thing my old mechanic didn t bother to show up to work. I took my vehicle to G&G auto repair and they delt honestly with me. I took my vehicle to a dealership and they did all kinds of work to my vehicle, but did not diagnose the issue with my truck. After describing the issue with my truck, they tested and found the source of the trouble my vehicle was having. They also checked out the rest of my vehicle and sent me an email with photos and a video of the diagnostic work they performed. When I take care of the rest of my vehicles repairs, I will not be going back to the dealership but to G&G auto repair.

Took my truck Ford f150 in today. Electrical failure. Computer problem & part needed no longer a Ford supplied part. Available according to eBay prices all over the place used. Autozone, orieley's, Walmart aftermarket special order, not stocked. Will see what g & g comes up with. Not your usual run of the mill problem. Hope g & g can get me back on the road and I can add my name to list of satisfied customers. This is also a hardship repair. I require a mobility scooter and carrier for it is mounted on truck. Bad vibe. Hands joined and pointed skyward for possible devine intervention.

G&G is a must go for mechanical needs. Was told at dealer $2000 for repairs. G&G specialist thoroughly checked my vehicle, which in turn only cost $430.

I usually do my car simple maintenance but I recently came across something I just couldn't figure out so I took it straight to them knowing they will figure it out and get my vehicle back to me in working order. Sure enough! They figured it out and and remedied the problem's' I get a call in a few days to come pick up my vehicle. You can't beat these guys when it comes down to customer satisfaction.

Mike was able to give me a very quick and honest check up on my car. I was able to get a more accurate assessment of my brakes then what I received at the dealership and did not feel pressured or frightened into making a unnecessary repairs. I am very grateful as I was about to rent or buy a car unnecessarily, or potentially moss a very important performance with my band.

Took our Audi Q7 into G&G for a rough idle. They diagnosed the problem and repaired. The car had a little hiccup and G&G was there to fix and car is running great now. Appreciate the team at G&G!

Don t let the Christian business fool you like it did me. I took my car into them with all the receipts from the work I had previously done on my car, i explained in detail that my car had been through. After having the same things done , which were already done prior they had me pick it up not once but twice , the first time left me stranded they had to get someone tow it to the shop the second my friend was so excited it was finally fixed he had me give the mechanic $100 tip to show out appreciation but I wasn t so sure, I started my car and restarted 3 times and to my disappointment it was not fixed and they looked dumbfounded. They suggested that the previous mechanic did the damage and I took the previous mechanic to small claims court and lost the case and the judge suggested that G&G were ripping me off. After spending $3,000 and still owed another $2,000.00 I couldn t afford to pay the rest the car wasn t even fixed and they suggested needed another $2500 or more in repairs. They took my car for the bill still owed. I am still in disbelief at how they did me and my friend who was helping me fund this , they were fully aware of the $5600 we spent at the other shop trying to fix the issue. My car was only Kelly blue booked at $2000.00. Horrible experience. Will not go here again nor refer any friends.

We found G&G several years back when the wife and I were on the hunt for a trustworthy mechanic for service on our vehicles after our warranties were up. We've taken multiple vehicles in for service and repair and our experience has been top notch. Their ommunication every step of the way if they find unexpected issues is amazing. Every car I own will go to G&G to service or repair. I can't speak higher of my service advisor Perry. He's honest and knowledgeable. If your vehicle's out of warranty and you're looking for a shop, let G&G earn your loyalty. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time coming here, and I'll definitely be returning for any repairs I need. These guys exude a "lifelong friend" kind of feeling. As I was sitting in the waiting room while they worked on my car, I was able to watch the way they dealt with customers. They were up-front and transparent with the cost of repairs, and they made sure each customer got the service that best fit their budget and needs. It was like they were personally invested in every problem that walked through that door. Absolutely fantastic experience. I suggest making an appointment with them first to give you the fastest service, but they do their best to make time for walk-ins as well.

AC broke after being fixed here within 7 months. They have a warranty they claim but I was quoted $150 to even look at it after paying $500+ for it to be fixed. Scam, not worth it for AC repair.

Husband took truck in on 8/2/23 for a coolant leak with an appointment we had made 1.5 weeks prior. They didn't call us that day or the next. I had to call on day 2 right before closing to find out they in in fact knew what was wrong and had to order parts. They claimed they had called us with no answer but we had no missed calls. I approved the repair and they said they'd get it ordered and we're then waiting on FedEx. I asked it be quick if possible as we'd not been able to drive the truck for 3 weeks already. He laughed and said as soon as the part got there they would get on it. I asked if they'd call us and he said yes but if not call as much as we needed to for updates. Next week rolls around and we hear nothing. I call Tuesday 8/8/23 close to closing and they say they have the parts and should have it ready tomorrow. The next day we call close to closing and they say unfortunately it's not done and they found another leak ($800 more than first quote) my husband approved that fix and they said the part was in town and they'd have it done Thursday 8/10/23. My husband had ride arrangements as I was going to be outta town. We called 3 times with no answer, 4th time at approx 3 pm they answered and told me "I'm not the technician on this repair, he's out working I'll have him call you.". We NEVER got a call back that day. Friday first thing in the morning now 8/11/23 my husband calls and is told "unfortunately your technician is not coming in today so it won't be done till Monday.". My husband goes about his day and at 3PM he's told good news your car is ready. This is the only time they called us. We then had 2 hours to figure out who could meet him to pick up the car otherwise it would sit there till Monday. When asked why it magically got repaired it was stated there was a misunderstanding the technician came in at noon. After rearranging the end of the day and inconveniencing our friends my husband gets the car. The bill is discounted only 10% my husband asks for a manager and the manager tells him, "I don't care if you don't come back I'm not discounting it any more.". If I could give negative stars I would.

The a/c on the driver side cooled but the passenger side blew HOT air. Took my car to them, they diagnosed and fixed it by the next day. Everyone was friendly. So happy to have found a Auto Repair Shop that is honest. I highly recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you again G&G Auto Repair. If I need anything else done, I WILL be a return customer.

They are honest, trustworthy, and kind. I was having issues with starting my car, they did a diagnosis on the charging system and found it was a bad battery I just purchased in January from AAA. These guys are simply amazing. They not only fixed my brakes pads and rotors in record time, they fixed my rear lights and gave me an oil change for free. Then they gave me free rides to and from the shop. I told them I was on a budget and they worked with me. I ended up spending less than my budget. No more dealership for me.
