My car was recently involved in an unfortunate collision, resulting in unsightly scratches and dents. However, I was fortunate enough to entrust the repairs to the skilled technicians at Family Motors. Carlos was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the process! Having had a positive experience with them in the past, my expectations were high, and once again, they exceeded them. Their craftsmanship is truly exceptional! It's as if the accident never occurred, and my car has been restored to its former beauty.Thank you to the team of professionals at Family Motors!

Just got our Corolla back today, looks great. Even though it took too long, CARLOS had the professionalism and curtesy to keep us in the picture every step of the way, explaining the supply chain issues as they rose. You don't get guys on top of their business like him these days. You need car/truck body service? Go there and talk to him.Service: Body & Trim

This place is great! Customer service was the best. The kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, which I really liked. My car looks brand new. I was a little hesitant to take my car here for body repair but my insurance company assured me they were good. I had read bad reviews but I trusted my insurance company that they should know how well repairs were done. So I took it in for estimate then for repair. Don't believe those bad reviews from disgruntled people who wanted things done and charged to their insurance that were not accident related. My car looks like the new car it was before the accident. Paint perfectly matched with job perfectly done. They even had it back to me earlier than anticipated. I recommend this body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took our car for a simple bumper repair and paint touch up. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They called to give us an update and car was ready when promised. Returned in perfect condition. They did a great job. Hope I never need them again but I wouldn't mind. Nice waiting room and loved having Butch the dog there to visit with.

One they they don t have enough people in to support the business .We went to drop of car and the setup date they said they have nothing in the system and after going and back forth with my insurance , they found we can actually drop it . We dropped on Jan 19th till Feb 18My car is not fixed. Person who was point of contact is out office. Lady who answer said Part is not here, I said Can you call and vendor when those part will be here. She refused to do that said I cant have my people waste time doing that. Really Unprofessional. They dont know what are they doing

I have always taken my vehicles there for repairs and it works out well. Just be cautious of reception. Not the nicest people. Snarky attitude. A lot of eye rolling. But the repairs come out good. Oh and an appointment is just a suggestion give or take 30 minutes. So if you operate on a schedule well use a day off.

This is a very bad shop to go and never come here they take a long time the other desk lady besides the blonde girl was very rude and unprofessional. They take very long and the estimate time is not the real estimated time they will always delay. Even after I got the car back there was some obvious issues but idk how they missed those. Take my advice and go somewhere else!!!!!!!

They take their sweet time. Im dropping off and theres one car before mine, ive been here for 30 minutes theres 2 women and a man working the front.. and the guy just now went to check the mileage. In total to drop off a car it took 40 minutes. Im glad i had an understanding driver waiting on me.

Very terrible place the lady in the front is very unprofessional don't go in here asking questions cause they'll raise there voice and tell you they might have someone come out and check the car we waited there for hour while the lady just stayed on the phone and never asked anyone to help us. This place isn't about family. It's about being outrageous and rude as possible don't let elderly people or people who need help go in they will steal you for every dollar and the work will be incredibly bad quality. Care about your life! Find a different place.

Dropped my car off to get repairs done through Progressive Insurance. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Less than a month later door is literally falling and trim is popped off. Car was given back to me incomplete. Too many mistakes with bad work quality. No quality assurance on their end. Windshield was installed incorrectly, backup camera was not calibrated, sensors on my bumper were not flushed. I returned it back to them and they did fix everything and apologize for the inconvenience.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I have now used this facility on two separate occasions. The first time I was forced to wait for a appraisal on my vehicle for over 2 hours. They refused to let me drop it off and despite the fact I had an appointment, I still waited 2 hours for a 5 minute appraisal. I assumed this was just a bad day for this shop.However, I recently tried to use them again and once again despite having an appointment I was told to have a seat and wait for the appraiser. When I asked how long it would be I was told by the rude receptionist, "He is out right now. He will get to you when he gets back. You just have to wait". I waited an hour and left after that.Unprofessional and rude.

Top shop for body work on your vehicle. I Highly recommend it because of professional workmanship here. Have used them and our insurance accepted them readily for any repair work needed. Excellent ratings from the community. Best paint facility in town.

They did a great job on my brand new truck. The repairs took only two weeks. My only complaint is there was minor scratches around the whole truck. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

My husband and I do not recommend this place to anyone. My husband a 2016 Ford Focus ST that has very few, 5 or 6 at the most, little tiny rock chips on the hood and front fenders.A door ding on the passenger side front doorAnd a light scratch on the front right fenderThe guy started taking pictures of my car to get an estimate.He asked my husband why we wanted to get these minor defects repainted. He was curious because everything was only noticeable when looking up close. My husband said that he has a little bit of OCD and we wanted it to look new again.Then he automatically thought we just bought the car and proceeded to tell us that the rear bumper has been sprayed before . Mind you, there is nothing wrong with my bumper, it s flawless. We asked the guy what he meant and he said, it s hard to see for you but I m a professional and I can tell that before you purchased this car, it has had some damage to the rear end and has been repainted before. So we will need to repaint the entire rear end, right side and front end of your car. My husband then told the guy that he purchased it brand new in 2016 and that he is the only owner. So no there hasn t been any damage. Then the guy got chocked up and said, oh ok, it must just be the glare from the sun, I m sorry . Went back inside and typed up an estimate of $4,500 to fix the front end chips, a door ding and a light scratch on the front right fender. I think he was upset that we caught him in a lie and trying to scam us. Do not recommend the place to anyone. Very Dishonest people.

We went to family motors to have my jeep libertys window regulators replaced and front fender put back on. We spoke with Richard who was very friendly and professional. He gave us a quote and time limit for the repairs. It was done on time and cost below our quote. All staff members we dealt with were above and beyond nice. I would and will recommend family motors paint and body to all. Thanks to Richard for being so nice to us. John and Mary Byrd

I love Family Motors Auto Body. I brought my truck in for an inspection after being rear ended. They ordered my parts, called set up my repair date for me. Drove in at 10:00 a.m. they had me set up with a rental vehicle, called me in the afternoon, and I picked up my truck at 4:00 p.m. Very professional and polite. I would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Came in for an estimate on a parking lot bumper incident. Dale took a look at it, said "I think that'll just rub off", grabbed some solvent and a rag, and fixed it for me no charge. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable waiting area.

Terrible customer service, they give you a day to pick up your vehicle and when the day comes no one can give you an answer all they say is we will give you a call back and don't call back. Last time I take my vehicle here. I don't recommend it to anyone!

It was a really horrible experience. The receptionists were acting all snobby and bitchy, like They think they are too good to talk to you. They give out personal client information as well. I know this because I had a friend call for me and they gave them my name, number, and address. I'm pretty sure it's against law to give out personal client information to a stranger. There is no manager there most of the time.

This shop did a bad job on my girlfriends car.Next day noticed the paint was pealing off then noticed bonus damage.Really nice shop, but work doesn't match up.Would never take it to them again. Would never recommend it. After I told them about what happened they gave me the run around & never called me back or said sorry.

Great work on the accident being fixed but when I picked my van up my stereo was on 30 full blast and my shifter was broken and I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix what they broke with no help from them other then I'll call you back (which they have done once to tell me I'll call you by tmw at noon) again no call I call again to be told "oh I was off yesterday I'll get right on it " are you kidding me they have had 3 weeks. There 100% satisfaction guaranteed is a joke because they have done nothing to fix what they have done other then tell me I'll call you back. I will give more stars when they actually fix the item they broke. This is why I trust no mechanics in this town.
