Helpful employees that extended nothing but kindness warmth and courtesy. The IHOP employees next store were great as well. If you're going over the mountain and through the vineyards I suggest filling up because gas gets way more expensive.

This place needs a overhaul asap , this place has only one restroom for the entire building with lots of travelers coming through, truck pumps are old and need updating and the pumps are dirty and spiderwebs all over and the ceiling has mold all over and flys are everywhere, sidewalks and driveways need new cement there s holes everywhere.

Disgusting. Had to Dodge bird droppings while pumping gas and going into store. So NOT worth the few pennies/gallon we saved! See pics...

They pre-auth $151.00 on your credit/debit at the pump. Sign on the pump sats pre-pay inside.If you try to pay at the pump, your $$ be held up for 3-5 days unless your bank declines it.I called them because it looked like an attempt to skim my card and they promptly told me this. They also told me that most truck stops do this. No. No they do not.

What's the use of having card readers at the pump if none of them work? You have to go inside to pay. And if you remark on this they tell you that you need to call your credit card company. Well if this is the only gas station I've encountered in 1500 mi that requires me to go inside, it's not my credit card it's your pumps.

Not only did the cashier put in less money than we gave him he would talk to us rudely when we tried to approach him about the issue

Such a shame of truck stop!! Yes they have plenty of parking!But ok i can relate why they have no showers! But to have a single damm toilet seat!!! i mean really!!!!!! here you have enought space for parking but no space to make extra toilets!! and you also rely on IHOP for Offering extra restrooms when they close their access doors! what kind of fkt up place is this?

The cashier try to use credit price to change my debit card! And they even know how to fix the problem! And they told me don't come here again,great customer service!

Great soda fountain. Friendly employees. Lots of gas pumps. Not too much parking -- if you are towing then perhaps you should stay on the side street (Stoner, no making that up).

Very nice truck stop, easy to get in and out of. Nice store and restrooms, very neat and clean. Nice IHOP as well. I would have given a five-star rating if, after spending over $100 in fuel And taking my small refill cup to get a simple refill of black coffee, to be charged $2. Really? Can t give a truck driver a cup of coffee with a fill-up? It s the perks we are looking for sometimes

This place only wants to scam your buck. I will never go back in there again. I gave them a benefit of the doubt last time shame on me. The only thing a good about this place is IHOP food is very good. I would not waste my money on the gas 2 miles up the freeway is a full Center in town 40 cents or less per gallon

Cash register guy was an absolute nightmare and when I told him the pump didn't work and it took my money he just shrugged and said oh well. I don't know his name but he's bald on the top and has grey hair. He has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Place is a scam. They have a huge biodiesel sign for 2.89 that you can see for miles but the rest of their gas is more than 1.50 higher than nearbye stations. Check gas buddy!

I almost never give a bad review. I always look for the positive. The positive here is the diesel prices are way lower than others. Thats it. It's so dirty its gross. The most unfriendly employees in the entire west cost. Been here several times to give them the benefit of doubt and every single time they were unprofessional and rude.

I tried to load my Cash App card here ( it's on the list ).Employee said " We don't do that here.".I asked her to at least give it a try as other stores have said the same thing, then, when they tried, it turns out they DO load the card.She refused to even try.

Store was clean and well organized. Stopped in and grabbed a couple Sprites, and chips. Had a good selection of soft drinks, energy drinks, water. Lots of snack options.

Inconvenient! Half of the gas pumps are non-functional. There is no sign so you won't know until you try to start pump. I saw many cars park, then drive around again to find a working pump. Very inconvenient.

Great fuel prices. One of 3 places on the 5 between here and tracy with fuel prices this low. Lines do get long, at times all the way out to the fwy. With prices easily 50 cents or more per gallon lower than the big truck stops it's no surprise. All of the lady cashiers are very polite never had a issue with any of them. Now the guy there , maybe a manager, he comes thru as very arrogant and not really helpful or friendly. Basically the fuel is affordable, great for owner ops, lines get long but if you don't like it go to another truck stop. It's a free country afterall.

I honestly don t care about customer service. Fuel is cheap. I notice every time I fuel here,my truck runs smooth boosting my fuel economy. Good quality fuels.customer service does need adjustment tho.

Interesting place to fuel. Line forms in the street. Nobody pulls up behind trucks fueling. First time here so I came around trucks in the street. One self appointed parking lot monitor (aka driver) ATTEMPTED to get me to pull out go around and get in line. Cashier was however helpful with transaction.

Cheapest diesel but you have to leave your ID even if you are prepaying I forgot mine and I went to it there was a bunch of like 100 of them so am not the only one. The should work on that.Be prepared to queue up for diesel but there r good people there

I will not fuel here anymore, I guess their fuel is made out of oranges. Bad for trucks with DEF.
