Four cars hooked to to four chargers and my ID.4 drew 124 +/- KW (which had a max of 150). Ergo, the charger worked reasonably well and as expected. Would be nice if they installed more chargers, but that s doesn t affect why I am compelled to give this place two starts.I would give it 4 stars, but Christ this location reeks. Wind blows in the smell from what just be hundreds or thousands of cows. I could literally taste the cow poop condensing in my mouth. But on the flip side, it s a pretty good location if going over the Grapevine in either direction. So long and short: buyer beware.

In the middle of the week I got the faster DC charge ever, at 244 kW (the fastest that my Ioniq 5 can do) but unfortunately when I stopped here on the way back on a rainy Sunday afternoon, one station was out of order, the other stations were all in use, and there was a line of 2 EV's sitting there. And once I got a (350 kW) station, I got less than 80 kW most of the time.

Arrived early in the morning. Chargers were available. Only 1 charger was not functioning. Was able to charge to ABRP suggested level before driving through the Grapevine. I really like EA more than EVgo and Chargepoint.

Charged my polestar2 on my road trip from LA to SF. Very convenient. Two charging stations in the middle are for 350 kHw but seems not working at the moment

The bus charge for two and a half hours and we went from 53% to 96%.!

Convenient location and good number of chargers.For improvements.1. Please build a shade so it's possible to spend 30 min during rains and hot summer days.2. When there are two chargers in one station , only one is usable at a time. That's a bummer. Please upgrade he and sw so both are simultaneously usable.Thank you.

There are always lines of cars waiting to charge.. takes an hour in line then 30 min. To charge. There needs to be more charge ports.

The sun seems to give a beating to these chargers, so don't count on them. There's a lot more nine miles east.Also, though these chargers are capable of delivering 350kw, they don't.

When we went to the Electrify America in Bakersfield just off of the 5 fwy, the 350 kW chargers did not work. The 150 worked fine but we had to wait 15 minute or so.

What can you expect from the products of a company that was started as VW's punishment and with the Diesel-gate penalty money? Exactly, mediocrity. Half the stalls don't work, on the ones that do work, the card reader doesn't work so you can't use it unless you use the app. Call to service take forever to pickup. Step it up, Electrify America, and put that VW Diesel-gate money to better use.

Only 4 chargers. Unavailable and kept erroring out immediately. When we finally got it to work, charging only at 35kw for us. Head to Bakersfield instead. It's 20 min away, but more options there.

EA is consistently unreliable. Often chargers aren't working and the app doesn't represent current status. Good luck.

Charger looks new but difficult to use. Hard to connect and disconnect. App couldn't find our account. Finally charging then got app notification that charger stopped. Had to change charging stations and try again. Phone support is friendly and helpful but the charging stations and app are horrible. Wasted 15 -20 min each time we have to use one of these charger. Company needs to make the charger and app more user friendly.

Used the 350kw charger and got 190kw on my EV6 which was decent considering it was 105F outside. There's a small market to grab a snack and use the restroom.

2 out of 4 ports here don t work, and for a charging stand that has 2 plugs, only 1 can be used at the same time, that is very odd and redundant. Location is also 1 mile detour from I5 exit, not recommend.

1 charger was out of service and had to move my car to 2 different chargers to get 150Kw speed as initially was only getting 30Kw Charging. The EA network in general is just plagued with issues!

12/26/2022 - only 1 out of 4 charging station working.Calls to help line useless.All Tesla stations across the lot (I am counting over 8) seem to be working.

1 charging station is not working now. Some advice: if one charger is being used and you use the other charger plug from the same station, it will stop the first charger.

Some things are pricey but it's a very convenient location and has a wide variety of food, fast food restaurants, Gas and any other miscellaneous mini Mart odds and ends plus right by BV Lake

Was there last week, didn't have a problem with the charger closest to the metal gate area. Used it 2 days in a row
