This guy was real honest. Hard to find someone who won t try to get you. I would recommend anyone to him! Lots of cars and customers.

This place is very unprofessional trumpedup charges for ridiculous amounts ..un believable went thru a program and they still tried charging 400 more on top of the 500 they cover just trying to get money ... And said my vehicle would be there 2 days it started over a week . Thinking they can just tell me anything cause I'm a woman the nerve of these men there I grew up in a family of mechanics .try it somewhere else

They are very welcoming. They update you on the progress and follow up in a timely fashion. Customer service is extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely come straight here for All my smog and maintenance needs. A huge plus was the brake and light inspection they offer so I didn t have to spend more time tracking another one down so I saved time and money here.Services: Change of ownership, Smog certification, Emissions testing

El Primo Auto Center is hands down the best! Everyone at El Primo is nice, courteous, professional, and extremely customer oriented. We went in for a brake and light inspection, and they did it quickly, replaced a brake light bulb that was out, and didn t over charge for the work they did. We will definitely be back. I 100% hands down recommend El Primo Auto Center to everyone!

Been waiting for over 20 mins and no one has helped me. Spoke with the female worker in the office and then she spoke with one of the workers but that is as far as it got. No time frame was given to me. All I want is a smog check. I m assuming the bad service has something to do with me not being able to speak Spanish. Very dissatisfied.

Used Valley CAN voucher for my repair.They were very transparent about the process.Had to leave car overnight and was ready next day. Would definitely recommend.

They were really cool and let me know exactly what I needed to do to pass smog. It s a real family friendly place, doesn t feel like a regular customer type of place (felt like I was getting instructions from my tio). They even offered me pan dulce while I was waiting. Run by some really nice people.

I had a car that could not pass smog that had been looked at by three different people. They got it done! These guys are the real deal. Fair, honest and trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation.

Very pleasant personnel. They were very helpful in locating parts and helping me with directions since I am not that familiar with Bakersfield. They worked on my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. Would recommend them.

Honest,Friendly.and fast. My wait time was less than 5 min. The inspection took no more than 30 minutes and I was on my way out. I highly recommend them to anyone
