Man I really hate to do this, because I've had such good experiences in the past, but We had a Car Accident back in 2021(Jeep Grand Cherokee) and let me tell you it's been nothing but a nightmare. First off let me say, the car is still not fully finished.We've taken the car back multiple times to get things "fixed" over and over, some have been the same fixes that still aren't done to this day.The back Lift hatch or gate won't open automatically from the key fob anymore, the paint job in the rear doesn't match and is dull compared to the rest of the OEM Paint, on the folds of the hatch the paint is chipping already. Every single plastic panel inside the rear end where we were hit is still Scratched and popping out or doesn't set right anymore, they didn't replace any of it. Funny thing about it is, the gentleman we spoke to always says "that's easy" but yet it still isn't done. When we got the car back finally after 6 months the first time, headlights were out, driver seat frame was still broken and there were bubbles in the paint, rear tire panels were broken, plastic covers were missing from the inside of the car and emblems were the wrong color,We were promised by Larry that everything would be restored to brand new, but that's not the case. and we can't ever get a call back from this guy. To this day there are things that were promised but never fixed and we are just over it at this point to even reach back out, so much so that we noticed the front bumper wasn't popped in right so I just did it myself.I won't ever come back here for any work or recommend this place to anyone, just go to Lucky Spot honestly, that's what I should have done.

Office staff has no idea what's going on. Rude and doesn't update people. My son had his car here and because of his age they tried to ignore him and take advantage. Office staff should be ashamed of themselves. 15 calls and never called back. Had his car in the shop 3 times now and still not fixed. It's been 6 months back and forth to get this resolved and it still isn't. They have no problem taking your $$ but refuse to actually take responsibility and accountability for there own staff. Would not recommend.

this is one of the best shops I have ever worked with. they were very patient and kind. they made sure I understand the damages and the repair costs and all the other line charges. definitely a repeat client.

The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain to me, the bodywork that was needed to repair my car. I also, like that the receptionist called the rental car company for me to be picked up. The bodywork was completed on time and they did an excellent job with the repairs. They made my first insurance claim go so smoothly and no stress.

Unfortunately I wish I didn't have to leave this review but it's an honest review, I brought my vehicle in at the end of December for some minor work, they had it almost 2 months giving me excuses after excuses on why an additional 2 weeks kept being added. When I initially brought it in they didn't have very many vehicles ahead of mine, they only completed half of the work and left many exterior and some interior part off when returning it to me, they didn't complete all of the work and it was an insurance claim job. I had to give my rental back as I was paying out of pocket and racked up over $1000 when I got it back it was driving worse than when I dropped it off there was major issues they didn't fix and inevitably yesterday my break system failed on me causing me to crash. Needless to say I will never bring a vehicle back here again. I even reached out to the company multiple times in an attempt to get the remaining work done with no help or answers any of the times.

I have been waiting for repairs since July 2022. It is now February 2023 and I cannot even get the parts manager to call us back to find out why they have not called us to get our car in for repairs. The person who answers the phone is very nice, but promises to return our calls have never happened. I have yet to speak to the parts manager to know why or what part they are waiting on. I think it may be time to find another shop. I need my car fixed before my lease is up.Service: Body & Trim

My husband had his car towed to Eagleson s to replace a door lock and ignition on the steering column. He was told it would be about a week or so to be repaired. He was never informed of the progress of repairs and he called several times and left messages that were never returned.. Finally after three weeks in the shop he called and was told his car was ready. He picked up his car, did some errands in town and then drove it home. The next morning the care wouldn t start. He called Eagleson s and was told they wouldn t do anything about it. They only guaranteed the labor and parts. I would never recommend them and have also reported their poor work performance and lack of costumer customer service to our insurance company.

Have used them in the past, recommended their business, many of times. NOT ANYMORE!! GO LOCAL THEY SAY... I try every chance I get. My vehicle has been in their possession for over 2 months. Was told it would be done 9/9 and it's 9/16, STILL NOT FINISHED.!! Save yourself time and headache, go elsewhere. Hopefully they finish soon, I doubt it though. They don't even deserve 1 star!! UPDATE- I FINALLY received my vehicle, was not even washed!! Total time it was there, July 8 (Which I waited over 3 weeks to get in) until September 19th. Since it was so dusty, could not really see the quality of the work. Will keep you posted. They did say warranty was granted for as long as I own the car. PRAYING I DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK!!

I wish I could give them a one star. I will never ever use this business again. They are liars. They do not keep in touch with you. They they like to keep your car as long as they can. They have had my wife s car for five months. I understand that it s hard to get parts. But come on at least keep in touch they get zero stars from me. They are worthless

They do good work but if you use the downtown location be prepared for long delays. They have no customer service and seldom answer their phone. People to talk about your car are a tough to impossible thing. They work on their own time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Eagleson took care of my catalytic converter for me after it was stolen and although it took a couple weeks as they had so many vehicles in their shop they did an amazing job! My insurance company recommended them as they were affiliated so i paid my deductible brought my vehicle home and the check engine light came on so I called them and they said to bring it in, I brought it in they checked it out and noticed it was a 02 sensor that hadn't popped up initially the manager told me they ordered the part and it would be installed that day. They gave me a lift home since I left my vehicle there with them and when it was finished and test driven they even drove it to my home for me so I didn't have to go out and retrieve it. Amazing amazing customer service. I will certainly be bringing my vehicle to them if it needs anything further

My car was involved in a rear end collision and I couldn t be more pleased with the outcome of my vehicle after picking it up from here! They did an amazing job and they were very thorough from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up! Eagleson Body works has repaired and painted vehicles for us and they have done such a great job .one project they took on was my Ford F350 it was hit in the rear side . I was so worried it was going to look two tone /patched and as I walked up you could not tell a difference at all such a wonderful job /painter . I can't go with out saying this project all started in the office and the team in there was great to work with all so friendly and didn't mind answering any and all questions. Thank you Eagleson I see no reason our family would ever go anywhere else .

Very unprofessional somewhat racist I just noticed on how they treat Hispanic client's. It family owned so everyone in office was very rude even when I asked to file a complaint the young lady smirked. Now on the vehicle they fixed the body even tho I told them some fluid had leaked out so when they fixed the body of the vehicle 5 days later I the car started driving funny and I checked the fluids that they never checked after the accident.I think they do very bad service jobs so just a heads up go to your local dealer of the model of your vehicle and get professional job done on your vehicle. You go here you'll keep coming for an incomplete job and they get upset cause your calling them out..

Horrible place! Came to change the rear bumper. They called me and said the car was ready. I arrived and found that the new bumper was covered in scratches. How can a client take this? They began to correct and specially called me when it was getting dark outside . I already spat on it and took the car. Then I found out that the bumper was not installed evenly and there were a lot of gaps. I had to fix their poor work myself! I paid them almost 3k. You will not wish your enemy to meet such workers!

I've had 2 of my cars fixed there and they come back looking brand new. They are very good at what they do. The people are very nice and the girls in the front office keep you notified of everything. I highly recommend having your car done here if you want it done right. I will always take my cars here.

My drop-top convertible Camaro was broken in through the fabric top. This had happened December 1st.I decided to go through insurance and use Eagleson and have had multiple issues on top of ridiculous wait times to even speak with the manager, Donny. I was told I was waiting 6 weeks now it has suddenly gone to 12 weeks because they forgot to order pieces . Such a great company hopefully they can get it together and fix my car by March 7th.Service: Body & Trim

Very Pleased that I took my Car in on a Monday and by 5pm the next day it was done. I had barely left it that morning and I was receiving update alers on the status to my car. I was able to estimate when my car would be ready so I could avoid having my rental longer than I should and I was most pleased with the way it turned out! Brand new! I was grateful that John was patient and knowledgeable to my questions and that put me at ease. Since I was not happy to have my schedule interrupted with this accident. But very pleased with the outcome in getting the car back quickly and very professional service! Thanks!!

I don t normally write reviews on google, but I felt like I had to for this company. Hands down the nicest people and easiest to work with. I recently moved to Bakersfield and was fighting an out-of-state insurance company regarding an accident. The employees at Eagleson s made my life so much easier; they were incredibly flexible, generous, and caring. I ended up not getting the vehicle repaired since it was a total loss, but they made my life so much easier during a stressful time. I will certainly be back if I ever need something done and would highly recommend it to any of my friends and colleagues.

Quick story time: I curbed my rear bumper of my 2016 Shelby GT350 at the hospital next door to this establishment, I was unable to drive without taking it completely off and hid it at nearby Kaiser Permanente building behind an enclosure so my friend with a truck could procure it. I went into the hospital to visit my grandfather whom is passing away and when my friend arrived within 30 minutes to pick up my bumper, it was gone, he asked several people near by if they saw my bumper and they did not so he drove around looking for it, he found it in the garage of this establishment and when he asked to take it since it was mine, they ignored him. He left with the bumper and they chased him into the alley calling him a thief and telling him that it was not his property. He in a friendly manner told them the situation and they continued to call him a thief and accosted him in a very unfriendly manner. Keep this level of professionalism in mind when considering this business in the future.

I had a tree branch fall on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. It left a serious debt in the hood and a minor debt on the roof. When I picked up my truck yesterday from Eaglesons it looked brand new. They even detailed the interior (I think) because there wasn't even a speck of dust on my dash. Couldn't be happier with their work.

Poor customer service and communication on multiple different occasions.This is also the third time now that my car is being repaired for the same issue (it s been making weird noises every since they originally repaired the vehicle from an accident). I would not recommend this place took my vehicle for an estimate in part of my insurance they took a week in a half an did not even look at my vehicle they were just lying giving me dates on when my estimate will be ready please choose somewhere else really bad serviceService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My wife got into a mild fender bender and they were (fortunately) able to see her right away. Larry took pictures of the damage and was professional.
