Personally I had a great experience and was extremely satisfied with the complete paint job on my Lexus! I receive lots of compliments on my car!Although I was hesitant on which shop to go with I m glad I went with them. Jonathan and his staff are good honest people and easy to talk to.I would definitely recommend this shop.Service: Painting

WOW! It took me a year to find the right autobody shop for my 2008 Pontiac Solstice. The clearcoat on my front bumper was pealing. I had several small dents around the car and it was definitely time for a make-over.I came to Distinctive Coach, which is a family owned business located across from Smitten Caf� downtown in a large historic building. Everyone there was very professional and treated me like family. Jonathan really went above and beyond with the headlights, dent repairs, paint, bumper, shine and interior - all of which was completed in a very timely manner. My car looks brand new! I came to the perfect shop. Thank you so much for the beautiful work! You are officially my car people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Today I picked up my 2006 Jaguar S-type sedan and she is beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! The British Racing green is gorgeous, the body work is flawless, and every attention to detail remarkable, The price was reasonable after getting 3 different quotes. "Kitty" hasn't looked this good since my husband bought her for me in 2008. Jonathan and the entire family staff were patient, friendly and professional at every turn in the process I couldn't be happier and prouder of the result. I highly recommend this locally owned family business for any auto body and paint you might have.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 67 VW Double-Cab into Jonathan and he and his crew did an excellent job in matching color, body work and painting. Have had many positive comments on the restoration job they did! Took my car here after being side swiped 3 months ago. I seen they have 5 star review and said to myself that i could trust the work they have to offer with no issue. Normally i wouldn t take time out of my day to write a review but that s how disappointed i was in their quality of work. After waiting 2 weeks to get my car out of repair i had to tell them they needed to correct paint and body adjustments ((4 TIMES)). Not only that but they attempted to paint my wheels the color i had before my accident and did a POOR JOB on that. When i brought up the paint job on the wheels the painter pretty much told me he didn t think i d notice?? When i had them repaint some more wheels they had me wait 3 MONTHS just to do the SAME PAINT JOB as if i don t know what i m looking at. At this point i ve given up on them and i m glad my personal money didn t go to them. Besides that, they have good communication and decent customer service but i wouldn t recommend bringing your car here for repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very hesitant, as most people are, when searching for a body shop to work on my car. I must've received estimates from 4 different body shops to do cosmetic work to my vehicle. Each body shop gave me an outlandish price and always wanted to go through my insurance. This makes sense as my insurance would be able to afford their outrageous prices. Distinctive Coach Auto Body & Paint gave me an unbeatable price and reasonable time frame to do the work. They gave me a very detailed estimate, with all of the price broken down so that I could see exactly what I was paying for. They provided EXCELLENT quality work and I was very satisfied to have my vehicle back within a week.To anyone who is wondering if this is the shop for them, from my experience, I would say this is the best place in town. This shop is amazing! My car was damaged by a garage fire and they did an amazing job fixing her up and making her looking amazing again. Extremely professional, well mannered, & this young man Johnathan and his crew knoweverthing they need to know from the lugs nuts on up. If you want excellent work @ a reasonable $$$ cost see these young men. Satisfaction Guaranteed !! If Johnathon & his staff can't repair your vehicle like new it can't be done !! Lyn S. Will be more than happy to refer everyone I know to them. That is should the need arise. Hopefully it won't. Thanks guys.!!!
