I found this place while searching for an authorized dealer to sell and install a Roadmaster tow-bar base plate for my Honda CR-V.These guys are amazing! Top quality work at a fair price and the job was completed when promised. What more can you ask for? The crew at Direct Offroad are true professionals and are extremely knowledgeable and highly competent. I couldn't be more thrilled with the job the did for me. I would not hesitate to bring anything back to them. Class act all the way!

High quality work done by professional mechanics at great prices. Shoutout to Danny and Mike who are knowledgeable and professional!I brought my 4Runner in to Direct Off Road after having two Toyota dealerships and a jiffy lube fail at removing the oil filter housing cap that a Toyota dealership had overtightened. Direct Off Road had all the parts I needed and the qualified mechanics to get me back on the road in one day. Highly recommend!

I just had a CAT shield installed on my 2024 Toyota Tundra at Direct Offroad. First of all, the staff in the office are first rate-extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The shield was installed in a very short time, and after I got under the truck I was equally impressed with the quality work that was done. I've had experiences at other truck supply stores here in Bakerssfield with less than stellar results. Believe me, you can't go wrong with Direct Offroad. These guys care.

Suspension! Holy Moly suspension. Direct Offroad installed my BDS lift on my Super Duty in 2018 and tuned it for a nice ride, much better than stock. Fast forward to 2023, with 5 years and 200k miles, it was time for a refresh. WOW! Instead of new parts, they rebuilt and retuned my coil overs, put me on a set of 37 s and the truck rides like a Cadillac now. Even better than the last setup. Regardless of your rig size, from Jeep s to Freightliner s, Direct Offroad is the place to go for suspension upgrades. My Truck is heavily modified, and Direct Offroad is my builder. See you guys soon to build my Braptor.

One of the best repair shop experiences I ve ever had. I had a broken bracket on my RVs Hellwig sway bar. Hellwig had sent me a replacement and Direct Off-road is listed as a Hellwig dealer so I called them and talked to Adam. Since we we re traveling through he said the would try to fit us into their schedule. He and his coworker were so helpful in getting us signed in and the shop guys did a great job in getting us on the road in record time at a fair price. I m sure it would be difficult to find a team that could beat their customer service!!

Direct offroad has installed suspension kits on 3 of my vehicles, preformed oil changes, done custom fabrication work, and corrected bad work done by other shops. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop that will stand by their work, and always give you a great price, then I highly recommend Direct Offroad.

I ve had lots of work done to my 05 TJ Rubicon including tires wheels and JKS suspension. The Fox Adventure shocks combined with my complete suspension ride excellent. The JKS does not produce any driveline vibration exactly as Pat advised. I am simply stoked! I plan on gradually adding/replacing additional accessories and upgrades in the future.I will be taking it to Direct Off-Road for sure. They know Jeeps.

Randi and the entire team was outstanding. Great people, great prices and love our Jeep modifications. We did new wheels and tires, light bars, lift kit, shocks, new stereo and powder coat work. AWESOME!!!!!

I had my super duty put back together by a tow yard and I wanted a second opinion on my front end because I wasn t gonna drive around with my steering wheel quarter turn already just to drive straight, so i took it down to Direct Offroad they fix it up within an hour I was back to normal 100% recommend them

I can't praise these guys enough especially Art. These guys helped me plan and install upgrades on my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. They did an amazing job and I would tell anyone thinking about getting work done on a vehicle to make Direct Offroad their first and only stop. Also make sure to check out the literal monster truck they have at the shop. Thanks guys!

Took my truck into these guys to spend around $4k for tires and front end parts to get rid of a death wobble problem. About 3 month later truck still has death wobble and front tires have worn down very uneven and only on the outsides, almost to where I need a new front set. When I took it back in to them, all he wanted is to sell me $1300 more in parts. Did not even offer to rotate tires or give me an option of anything. Service was poor, seemed that all they wanted was to sell me more. Also there machines do not know how to do realignment on a truck.

Had a front suspension issue, so I took my truck to my typical tire, wheel and suspension shop. Not sure why, but shop #1 was not interested in fixing the suspension that they installed without upselling the need for new control arms.I did the typical highest rated yelp search. The gentleman at shop #2 admitted that the job was too small, would be labor expensive and required parts that were not on hand. He referred me to Pat at Direct Off-Road because they typically have these needed parts.Pat (shop #3) had a look, asked for the keys and asked me to wait for few minutes. A few minutes passed, Pat passed me the keys and said you are all fixed. When I asked about the cost, he just smiled. It was a small job and the parts were minor. I now have a shop to take my truck where I feel like customer service and honesty still matter. I think I might just get those new future control arms, tires, brakes, alignments, suspension upgrades, etc., but my business will now be with Pat at Direct Off-Road.

Took truck in to get taillight straightened out they just welded it back crooked and now the welds are broken and taillight is falling apart again

These guy's are great! My parts took longer than expected to get in (not their fault) and they were able to slip me in and get them installed. I thought that I was going to have to cancel my trip, but they made it happen. Highly recommend!!!
