Chipped the paint off my back bumper when attempting to tow my car away.I was parked IN FRONT of my home for less than 6 minutes. Came in to use the restroom since I was on my way to my second job for the night and heared my son screaming so I run outside and see my car being taken. I was told tell you manager idk when Im asked if I can work somthing out and make payments since I m a single mom.This person has no compassion and basically said to pay or shut up.

This company and people in it are thieves. They illegally tow your car. Refuse to let you get your property.. won't answer your calls.. and refuse to tell you where your car is.i can't believe they are in business!! But that's okay,,cause they also stole my son's car!! And that will come with regret!! They suck

Just towed away one of our vehicles with keys still in the ignition for being "parked" in an illegal space, the vehicle was not "parked" but was literally still in use and only idling for 5-7 minutes before being stolen from the front of our home. Called and they refused me access to the vehicle even though they where still open and refused to give me a location, had to find them myself.

Careful everyone they steal your cars/trucks. They called my dad because they found his truck with no tires, parts of the engine missing and no cadillac converters and they didnt want to give him their address so he can go see his truck. A day later they called again saying someone broke into their yard and stole his truck! Wierd how someone can steal a truck with no wheels. I went their myself because my dads a truck driver and was out of town. The kid wouldnt let me speak or get answers and hung up on me twice. Ive had people tell me they steal the cars/trucks and strip them and try to make it seem like they found it and charge the owner for the towing. I smell a lawsuit coming pretty soon.

Called them as INSTRUCTED to have a illegally parked vehicle towed in my Mother's neighborhood. Was told I could not call that management had to. Management was not in the office and frankly even if they were most likely would not have called. So I do not understand why a tenant can't call to remedy this situation!

Super quick, very professional. Called and was greeted by a friendly voice. Assured me he d be there ASAP. Towed my vehicle to where I asked and was knowledgeable with the area. Highly recommend.

Omg today I ran out of gas and was stranded on the side of the road in a very dangerous spot. I was trying frantically to find ny roadside assistance number and out of no where an angel appeared in the form of a tow truck. I was literally 2 blocks from the gas station and he picked my car up and gave me a quick haul to the gas station. Thank you so much to that driver for pulling over and assisting me . i appreciate you so much you have no idea...Service: Special vehicle towing

Im glad i called Chinos Towing to get my my husbands car home he came fast and the price was really reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you need towing!!

So you guys charge $300 for impound fees for one day then don't even give a receipt for payment and then say cash only seems like someone is pocketing the money, you should really keep track of your shady employees, I've worked in towing for quite some time and have never heard of a company that does that you guys are a joke, and it's also pretty disgusting you have that fat girl on your payroll going around saying she's a concerned citizen just scoping out cars

What happen to the good old days were real men kepted there word... I made an appointment the night before and got a text saying to confirm appointment @7 am so I did guy never showed

Our Apts have a contract with them and they NEVER answer the phone when I call. It's ridiculous, do better!

They came to my house to pick up my husband's car at 6:15, which was parked outside only when I went in to eat and there was another car parked since 4 pm and Isidro didn't do anything until my husband told the boyLlegaron a mi casa a levantar el carro de mi esposo alas 6:15 que estaba parquiado afuera solo en lo que entro a comer y av�a otro carro parquiado desde las 4 pm y no Isidro nada hasta que mi esposo le dijo al muchacho
