I stop off at this Chevron once or twice a week to get a drink or other snacks before I hop onto the highway, it s just very convenient. The clerk s I ve met have always been helpful and friendly. They do have a restroom on the premises, but it is kept locked due to the invasion of transients hanging out.I used to fill up here, but not anymore, gas is almost 50 cents more a gallon here. I fill up less than a mile away on Fruitvale ave.

Pot holes, trash, dead plants, homeless encampment, few pumps actually work. The place gave me the creeps.Updated Review: It turns out there was a credit card device placed over the credit card slot on the pump that stole my credit card info. I don t blame the gas station for the details stated below. But the place is needing repair and the homeless encampment will prevent me from returning for a second time. What you see below is scammers doing their shady deeds and most likely not the gas station owner.I was already there so I put in my card to fill up. The pump stopped at $60 but the amount on the pump said $57.68. No receipt printed. Okay then, $57.68 was enough gas for my trip. I didn t see the charge on my card for several days. Always all charges show up on my phone immediately after every purchase. That was so odd so I checked each day and finally the charge was visible. I was charged $65! There s something really wrong with the way they conduct business. The owner and or the employees are unethical. I think this place is running a scam and should be shut down.

This place is a SH1thole. Most pumps don't work. The receipt printers don't work. Bathroom is out of order. Big holes in the pavement. And it is infested with homeless people. The prices on the sign don't match the pump. But the prices are typical, sky-high Chevron prices.

You're better off using the 7eleven next door. The credit card reader at the pump was not working so I went inside, waited in line and was "helped" by a slow moving, unmotivated girl behind the counter. Chevron is a brand I used to associate with quick and easy fill ups, but not this location with its poorly maintained credit card machine at the pump forcing me to waste time to go inside and wait for an unpleasant staff member.

The night clerk was so rude we were parked waiting for some family members to arrived from out of town and she RUDELY told us to leave! Note we were not disturbing anyone we were not blasting music we were not blocking any of the pumps. She just came up to the window and said you guys need to leave I asked her why and she just said leave! Whatever lady! You really need some customer service lessons and corporate will be hearing from me!

Pay at the pump out of service, restrooms out of service, ice machine out of service, and even the Service was out of service. Waited at the register to pay for gas but the service member was "busy" opening coinrolls. Lots of vagrants loitering around the station. Found much cheaper gas a couple driveways to the West.

Thank God most business's don't operate like this. I purchased an iPhone charger from Olive Drive Chevron ... admitantly a few months ago. I have had bad luck with chargers so I ask the manager 'which is the absolute best charger you have'. The manager recommended this particular charger because if it failed to operate it can be returned "AT ANY TIME". Note: she emphasized that I could return it at any time if it quit working. That's what sold me.I returned the faulty charger today to Olive Drive Chevron (where I purchased it) and was told they would not honor any prior agreements and would not refund or exchange. I was told ... "That was the old owner" and they would not stand by the previous sales agreement.Folks.......Can you even believe this. As a consumer...as far as I am concerned...I MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH CHEVRON.... Not The Prior Owner! Most of us know what kind of a businessperson does business like this. Usually it's a very poor one and perhaps even a dishonest one. It's hard to imagine they would loose a 35 year customer over $19. Just for the fun of it I calculated that over the past 35 years between my wife and I and our 5 children (who all drive), we have spent over $250,000 on gasoline. None of us....nor if I can help it.... none of the people I know.....will ever spend another dime at Olive Drive Chevron.A side note: I'm not completely sure .... but I have 35 years of business experience and am pretty astute as to what is going on. The Sullivan's purchased Olive Drive Chevron from 'Steve' --- a few years ago. It appears to me that they soon realized that although they were doing a good job keeping the station above water...... the surrounding area was sinking and becoming trashy. It was just getting worse. Vagrants, dopers and mentally ill street people were starting to make the surrounding area their 'home'. (BTW- I certainly do not recommend anyone going there at night.)The Sullivan's sold Olive Drive Chevron to a fellow named 'Romi'. The station has rapidly gone down hill since. Now .... the place looks like a cheap beer shop that one would find on the seedy part of town.My recommendation....I suppose if you just need gas go there if it's convenient and if it's daylight......But if you want to do business with professionals that know how to treat clients.....go north on Olive Drive about 2 miles to Sully's Chevron on Coffee.STAY AWAY FROM OLIVE DRIVE CHEVRON!PS: Romi.....may I respectfully give you some business advice. Advice that if you follow....not only will your 'bottom line' improve.... but perhaps even more important.... your reputation will greatly improve as well. You are in 'The People Business'. If you treat your customers as if pleasing them is your primary concern your business will flourish. I am aware that you are loosing the 'old timers' that have been coming to Olive Drive Chevron for years. They're going up the street to Coffee Road Chevron. That are simply following the positive feelings they had when Sully's owned the station. Your facility has lost that welcome spirit we all felt when we entered. I know one thing for certain ... you have just lost another today. You better 'stop the bleeding'.In the future....I'd recommend you adopt the age old American saying 'The customer is always right'. You should have told me today "Sir, even though you bought that charger from the previous owner and we don't warranty our products like they do....of course we will refund it. Furthermore.....we are so sorry for your inconvenience ....here is a replacement ....at no charge."Romi...Your saving $19 by not complying with the agreements made by the former owner has cost you so much more by loss of reputation. If you would treat me this poorly for $19......one can only imagine what you do for even larger amounts.Good Luck!

Worst service ever. Debit and credit charged at most expensive cost. Only one pump works. Nothing labeled about it. No air conditioning. Rude service. Lack of people skills. Lots of homeless outside.

PLAN GONE BAD:: Mr Andersen sounds like u clung onto the word "Anytime" and figured ok this will end my bad luck with chargers forever. because now u have a unconditional life long warranty . Im sure u made it clear to the employee of your belief and thoughts at that time. A lot of us have bad luck with chargers because sometimes we r a little rough on them . u said a couple of months mr. thats 2. A fue is more than 2 ! I dont believe u could return it anywhere after that long come on be real ! U said 35 years u were going there and to try and slam them like that over 20$ over an idea that u believe went bad come on be real u sound like you want to take ur toys and go home !! And no im not affiliated with this business i just stop every now and then for coffee ( so u can end that thought)

higher price than next door, attendant is extremely slow. Due to covid, she is NOT wearing a mask, and of course they don't have key to the bathroom.

Stopped to get gas at 09:00pm and it was locked with nobody inside (24 hour gas station). There was someone cleaning the bathrooms but she continued cleaning even after seeing me standing there. Total wait 30 minutes.
