Very happy with my first experience here. Needed brakes, price was nearly $100 bucks cheaper than another shop down the street. 4 hours later job completed and I m driving home. Thank you.

Be sure to call before you go. I had a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched or told it couldn t be patched. I called them at 3:40. I could have been there in 10 minutes. I was told they didn t know if they could help as they close at 5. Their website says they close at 5:30. I ve been going there for 20 years no more.

I'm new here to Bakersfield was nervous to try a new mechanic and not my old mechanic anymore in LA. happy to say the service here is great! They did a great job on my car. Did an alignment and installed new tires. So far so good! Highly recommended. I guess this will be my new go to from now on.

They don t even deserve a one star!! Never ever going to this place again will nor recommend!!! I just got laughed in my face. I took my car in for a tire nail fixed just to find out it did not get fixed. Did not bother telling me anything just that it was done! I m so upset, maybe because I m a girl they thought I was less important or would not find out!!

This is a busy shop!! The Service advisors are all attentive and friendly. I felt as if they had my best interest at heart. Repair work done quickly and correctly. Definitely a place to recommend to friends and family.

Not interested in customer service, don t answer the phone, etc. we have choices and I was much happier with discount tires, and America s tire company. I own a company and will never use Caroll s again..

The M&M machine only gives you 2 m&ms for $.25. I tried the peanut butter and the peanut filled m&m's. I really like the peanut filled so I put in another quarter to see if it was a fluke. The second time I got 3, but still unacceptable. The reeses pieces looked old so i didn't try them. The skittles were a little hard but overall satisfying and came out in good quantity. They do a great job on tires though so I'm willing to overlook it.

I've been using Carroll's for years. I used to go to the one on Brundage and Francisco was always honest and fair to me and his team was always efficient and professional. Since that location closed I found out Francisco was transferred to the Rosedale location and when I needed tires, that's where I went. I was not disappointed, same great service. I recommend trying them out, they're the best!!

I always go to Francisco for all my tire needs. Francisco has been helping my family for the past 10 years. We appreciate his good customer service and great communication he has. We recommend all our friends and family to go talk to Francisco at Carroll's Tires for any of their tire needs.

Time is always an issue for me. I needed my truck tires replaced, and alignment done quickly. Lorenzo and Tim gave me a price that I thought was fair, and promised I would be out in time for my next meeting. They had me out quicker than expected, and I am definitely going back. Bang up job.

Have been dealing with Carroll's Tires for years service staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. I rely on their expertise and suggestions to or not to do work on my vehicles. Especially Francisco on Brundage and now in the Rosedale store. Thank you so much for treating me like family.

Lorenzo the manager helped me and answered all my questions. He was very clear, on point of every detail, and was very helpful to me. He was quick on resolving my issue. I recommend this place and asking for lorenzo for help.

As always, Lorenzo and the rest of the team take care of us like if we were family. I have brought my cars here since I started driving and they always drive brand new thanks to these guys. Just picked up my 2017 Honda Accord Coupe for new brakes and she's driving as good as ever.

Quick and easy! Had a slow leak on our motorhome tire. Brought it in and was helped by Casey. Turned out to be our valve stem. We've traveled all over the country and have spent some time in tire shops. This one was by far the most convenient experience. Quick, friendly, professional. Thanks again, Casey!

This place is amazing! The guys here are attentive and are on top of letting you know what's going on with your vehicle. This is the second truck we have been taking to them, and if we weren't moving across the country, we would continue to come here! Thanks, gentlemen, for being awesome!

I drive into Carroll's. I got a low air tire alarm. The employees where great.They were fast the check my tires and fixed it quick. Had a great experience and made you feel like family.

Seems like everytime I tried to stop in here, the staff just interested in helping, they won't look at you when telling they are too busy. It's kinda of weird.

I have spent $3k in the past 3 years total of tires and found they ripped me off having bought new tires and 15k miles later were bald and had to buy new tires again from them. I am not ever dealing with their schemes again and thought they were an honest outfit. I had faith in them but found out from experts I was ripped off! For putting on 2-5k miles per year on my truck as a cautious driver makes no sense for tires to go bald as I had the tires aligned and paid for tires for years with them. Very frustrating they did not professionally inform me till it was too late!

Always the BEST!!! Been buying tires from Carroll's since the early 1980's. Only tire co. that will do business w/n the San Joaquin valley. Very trustworthy & stands behind their products!!!

I have never been treated as badly anywhere else. They have lost my business forever. Between the attempt at hard selling my wife on brakes, alignment, high dollar tires, and over torquing lug nuts to a degree that i fought to get them off, I wont do business with a coumpany that doesnt care.

Even though Michelin tire customer service told me to go here for a warranty claim because this shop is a authorized Michelin dealer, the guys at the counter denied they are a authorized dealer when I asked them to inspect my tires for warranty and told to drive to a different tire shop down the street. Before I mentioned the warranty claim they were willing to sell me tires.I gladly went to big brand tires down the road since they didn't being deny being a authorized dealer and after Tim happily helped me with my warranty claim I purchased a new set of Michelin tires and a alignment for my suv.Thanks for nothing carrol's tire
